My husband and I have been searching for the right RV for years. We attended the OVPK RV convention and ran into Damita. She was very helpful & knowledgeable. We found an RV we were interested in and she was kind enough to hold the trailer for us. So, we visited the location & stumbled on a better RV. We absolutely fell in love with. We didn't see a price tag & thought it was out of our price range. We ran into Damita who stated she saw another RV we would love, it was the same one my husband & I saw and loved. It was meant to be. Needless to say, we bought it. It's a 2021 Coachman Catalina Legacy Edition. It's absolutely beautiful! The entire staff was AMAZING! Dan worked with us on the finance to get the right payment. Joe, was WONDERFUL! He patiently walked through the entire trailer with us; he answered all our questions. Stanton(?) and the ladies in the store were AWESOME as well! I can't forget, sweet Brittney. She made signing our life away, painlessly! Olathe Ford RV Center is the place to go for your mobile home experience! The BEST experience ever! Thank you all!

Our second purchase from OFRV!! Our Salesperson, Chris was very patient with us and all our questions, concerns and indecisiveness. He was attentive to any issues we had. Bill, the Sales Manager was great to work with. Friendly staff. They definitely put clients first.

We purchased our travel trailer here in 2019 and have had a few service items performed over the past years. Purchasing process was fairly smooth and not a lot of hassle. Their service department is fantastic and honest.Recently thought my converter had gone out and while they could have replaced it, and I'd have known no different, they diagnosed it as simply a fuse. Minimal charge and I was back out the door. Very pleased with service!

Ann Barrett is amazing! She stayed late so we could shop and we found a camper aka a mini mobile mansion that needed to be ours! lol Joe was fantastic during our walk through also! Everyone offered top notch service and we cannot wait to make new memories at the lake this summer.

We absolutely love coming to Olathe Ford RV Center for all of our RV needs. All of the sales people are extremely helpful and professional. We ve never came in there with a problem they couldn t figure out for us. We would highly recommend.

The entire process of purchasing our 5th wheel was top notch all the way from the sales, service and setup. I have to give a special shout out to Scott. He was exceptional to deal with which made the entire sale pleasurable. Always making sure we came first and not the sale. I would recommend any one out there looking for an rv to head out to Olathe Ford RV. Thanks again for the great experience!

We were shown an Rpod by a cheerful salesman, Chris, who did Not pressurize us I to making a sale. Very kind and informative. Everyone at the RV Center was very polite and helpful. Chad gave us the walk through. He was great, and also gave lot of common sense tips as well.

These folks are great. Unfortunately, they know they have a product that is hard to find and practically sell themselves. Fairly low pressure sales force but you can tell they really want you to buy there! We will be back.

We just purchased a Georgetown GT7 from Olathe Ford RV Center. We love it. Ann Barrette a wonderful job working with us until we found the right Class A RV. Thank you so much. Excellent job! In addition they have a great Service Department!!

Entire process was quick and easy! Ann was great and took her time to show us our options. We enjoyed the personal interaction from Ann, Dan and Brittney. Finally our walk thru with Chad was great and more personal touches with the parts department to finalize and send us on our way. (Didn t get the young ladies name, sorry.)Looking forward to making new memories with family and friends!!

Kevin Bost worked with us over several weeks, helping us find just what we wanted. Once we selected our trailer, Chad inspected it and then patiently went through it with us explaining how everything worked, answered all of our questions, and showed us how to hook it up. KUDOS to all of the staff there, as first time RV buyers, it was a great experience. We will highly recommend Olathe Ford RV to our friends.

That was the best shopping experience I have ever had and that says a lot since I am 73!! Chris Greene was exceptional. Helped us every step of the way. Brittany was pleasant and very knowledgeable. Went in with my 62 year old mother with every intention of purchasing a fifth wheel. Although there were several people once we walked in, nobody was too quick too greet us. A salesman did eventually greet us. Grabbed his jacket and showed us a couple of possibilities. Honestly, the entire time we were there, we got the feeling like we were an inconvenience for him to have to walk us around in the cold. It was a quick tour through the RV's. Not much was said about each one. We left disappointed and feeling like we were not worth his time. The entire thing only took 30 mins if that. We chose too do business with another dealership due too our experience here.

I came out in November to look for my first motorhome and was greeted by Ann, one of the sales ladies at Olathe RV. She was very helpful and patient going through multiple motorhomes with me by the end of the visit I found the motorhome I was looking for, unfortunately I had to head back to San Diego. Olathe RV made it very easy for me to purchase the motorhome all online and also stored it until I could come back in February to pick it up. The walk through was very thorough and I can t wait to hit the road and enjoy my new motorhome.

We traded in a Coleman Travel Trailer that we purchased a year ago from a nationally known RV dealer. We were dis-satisfied with the quality of the Colemen Travel Trailer and also extremely dis-satisfied with the RV dealership that we purchased it from which is nationally known RV store. With that in-mind, we went to Olathe Ford RV Center and quickly realized how incredibly informative and helpful they were not to mention the friendly personalities of everyone at the store and the incredible inventory that they have. We were also impressed with the Sales Consultant, Christopher Greene and Sales Manager, Bill Becker. Each of these individuals were very informative and truly first class. I have worked for nationally known automotive lenders over the past 35 years and can tell you that nobody does it better than everyone at Olathe Ford RV Center!!!

Best price in the metro, knowledgeable staff, and for me in and out quickly, but thoroughly. Communication couldn t be better either. I highly recommend them for sales and service for your RV.

Ann in sales was great! We drove over 3 hours to come look at a used RV and she made sure that we had a good idea about what to expect when we got there. The service department was able to answer all of our questions and allowed us to do our own inspection.

Came in with a broken hydraulic hose. They made it on the spot. Heather was by sales person and she was awesome. Definitely coming back with any repairs. I have on my RV.

We purchased a new Heartland Cyclone toy hauler and have been very unhappy with the purchase. We've owned RVs for the last 15 years or so, and always known quality is marginal with anything in this space. However, friends warned us that the items being built post 2021 are atrocious when it comes to quality, and they're absolutely right.One example is the king bed frame has a sliding tilt bed; the design was off and when the bed slides out it breaks out the front of the frame. The frame has nearly 100 nail holes in it from where it's been reattached multiple times (likely from the bed being cycled up and down showing folks multiple times). Instead of actual fixing, Olathe Ford would rather just slap it back on, make more holes, and move on.We're stuck with an overpriced, piece of junk, that was sold to us above our budgeted price range on the premise of quality and capability. Be wary of the 5 star reviews on their page, Olathe Ford RV pushes hard to have you complete a 5 star review before you drive away with your RV. Do your homework and invest your hard earned money in more capable brands that don't build out of Elkhart, IN.
