I didn't have auto work done, but they also have storage units. They are very competitive in their pricing and have 24x7x365 access. The office staff was outstanding. Very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend!

My car was at big o tires and they said my subframe was bent and could not work on it. Now my daughter hit a pothole so I called insurance. I called gardner auto body and the guy said bring the car in he could work on it then when I got their he refused to work on it and said he did not want too deal with insurance. Now the car also needed ignition coil I knew that. But it was unsafe driving the car. But for the guy to saysuredrive it to him and refuse was insane. Well I called nissan . They fixed my car less than big o wo have were honest and the subframe was not bent people in gardner are not honest and if you are not friends with anyone around here they treat you poorly. Shame on this guy.

My vehicle was in need of tow, this person showed up. He was exorbitant with his fees! Literally ANY other tow in town would have been more fairly priced as I called and checked once advised of total. Rude, on top of that. This is one of those people who loves having even 1 second of power over others, and we encourage all to avoid him at all cost.

I had a scrape down the side of my 2019 Toyota Sienna. I was paying out of pocket for this. I live in Shawnee so this was an extra drive but, Lance quoted me a fair price and included some other minor body repairs. The work was completed in less than a week and was excellent. The vehicle looks new again! He guarantees his work for as long as you own the vehicle. GREAT PEOPLE TO DO BUSINESS WITH! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!Service: Body & Trim

The work that was done by Gardner Auto Body on my husband's truck was so well done and extremely professional that it looks brand new! They took great care of us and their customer service was excellent....communication is key and they were on top of it through each step of the way. We highly recommend them!

At this location there is an Outback Storage Facility also. I rented a storage unit here. Friendly staff. Clean facilities.

I feel that these people are honest with us and try to give us the best deal. They have saved me a lot of money compared to other places I have been given quotes on my vehicles. Several times they have told me cheaper ways to fix things or whether or not it was a repair that could wait to be fixed. I don't know what that other reviewer was talking about with the front desk lady. Everyone there has always been very friendly and helpful to me! I will keep going back to Gardner Auto Body!

Last Friday we went around getting estimates on fixing the fender on our car because a deer ran out in front of us. We went all around and ended up at Gardner autobody, I took the car in the following Wednesday. They told us it would take two days, they called me Thursday morning telling me the car was done! Great services, good prices and wonderful work!

Showed up to tow my expedition in a timely manner. I was stuck on main street with my 7 yr old daughter with me. The tow driver was quick and also made sure that my daughter and i were safely in his truck. Had no problem answering my daughters questions and was very polite the whole time. Also a very reasonable price for any in town tow, compared to others iv used over the years. I will be using them any time i need anything towed. Best tow experience iv had.

These guys are great! We broke down just south of town. The diver (whose name escapes me) went the extra mile to help us. He was kinda enough to bring me to one of the hotels in town after the tow and even made a second trip back when I realized I'd forgotten something I needed. They got my van in first thing in the morning and we were on the road by lunch time. Would recommend to anyone 10/10

Good place to get work done. On time and fair pricing. I work at Anthony s and they have fixed several of our vans and box trucks. Quality work everyone. I highly recommend them.

Had to have my car towed after popping a tire and Gardner Auto body & towing was there in less than 15 minutes and stayed with me until I had the tire shop figured out and a ride back home. Amazing customer service

The place is such a rip off...The owner is Creepy and RUDE!!! I got charged 270$ to have my car towed 500 yards..not even store for 48 hrs. My family is a business owner in Gardner for approximately 14 years and we hear a LOT of negative things about this place ..Nor would I ever recommend to a friend..I will continue to say bad things bout that guy forever!! Have a good day!! (not that it matters..Lol)

I have a storage unit here. The people are very nice and willing to work with you. They have gone beond for me & it's so appreciated. And to top it off, I'm lucky enough to be greated by the dog. I wouldn't take my business anyplace elc.

DO NOT Get your car towed from these people!!! They will rip you off!! I thought the KCMO towing prices were out of control? No, these guys don't have nothing on them!! They charged $240 for tow that was approximately 500 ft from their shop! Now if that isn't literally ripping people off, I don't know what is?They should be ashamed.....absolutely ridiculous!!!

worst place ever took in 1994 chevy silverado they say it took them over 6 hours to find that the distributor was out of timing and charged me $300. thats right on the same page as the old worry that a shop is going to replace a fuse and charge $300 just for that trick.besides that how does it take a professional shop 6hrs to figure a distributor is out of timing on a 350 chevy motor. like i said worst place ever was totally taken advantage of there.

Don't take your car to Gardner Auto Body. I had a 20 dollar bill sitting in the center console and when I received my car back it was gone. I wouldn't trust their mechanics with anything now. Freaking thieves. Just lost my long time business, I have no problem taking my car elsewhere.
