I needed a new battery, and I couldnt change it, so i purchased a new one and the manager and came and changed it for me. I am vary grateful for her!

Salesman sold me the wrong oil cooler gasket. Looked the same as original design. Once installed and car started all my new oil poured out onto the driveway. Huge mess. Took gasket off and back to store for correct gasket. It was made of a different material. Had to buy another 5 gallons of oil, plus oil dry. Store manager was out of town. I was told he would call when he returned. Been almost 2 weeks and no call.

i HAD A BATTERY GO BAD AFTER ABOUT A YEAR. When I took it back the man said he would have to charge it for a hour. after some discussion he put the battery on the counter and said leave. I am 83 years old I ask him. to put it in my truck he said not my job

Hannah was super helpful, she came out to check my battery & alternator, she heard my engine & checked my oil, in which I was in need of & she put it in for me also. Overall Great experience because of her (Hannah)This was a few days ago.

Aiden was super helpful doing the code reader and helping me get my stuff for an oil change. He also explained the codes and what they meant in a way I could understand them. Thank you, Aiden for the awesome customer service

I came in today because my wipers were getting bad and with the coming snow we have had I needed new wipers asap. I had no idea what kind I needed and the clerks were very helpful. They walked me through different brands and prices and got me what I needed. They even came outside in the snow and put my new blades on for me. Great service friendly and knowledgeable

The guys at the Gardner Autozone are always friendly and go out of their way to help you find the right part for whatever you're working on. I have been doing business with them for several years and have not been disappointed with the help they strive to give me and each customer. They suggested I sign up for their rewards program some years ago, and I have received the $20 bonus many times, after the 5 qualifying $20 or more purchases. The $20 bonus can be used on any purchase, as far as I know. Having previously used the other parts stores, I have never gotten anything from their "rewards" programs. From the management to the newest employee, this Autozone works to earn my repeat business, which they will continue to get. They are trustworthy and sincere in helping each customer. They have never sold me something I did not need nor have they ever pressured me to buy something I did not want. This is a store and a company where I will continue to spend my money. They also offer several free services, like most car battery and windshield wiper installations. Check them out. You won't be disappointed with their knowledgeable and courteous employees, nor their parts.

I got $20 reward card receipt recently, but had lost my card. Clerk told me to take the receipt to store next time and tell them I lost my card and they would do a workaround to get me the reward. Go in to store today to buy parts with my reward receipt and was told they can't honor the reward receipt without a reward card. Told them I had earlier been told they would do a workaround. They said there was no workaround and nothing they could do. Clerk handed me a new reward card and said I would have to call corporate office to transfer my reward to the new card. Frustrating to be told one thing by one clerk and a totally different thing by another clerk.

Came in here to get my brothers car diagnosed and the worker handed me the machine and told me go plug it in and tell me what it says didnt know i had an autozone shirt on....went back in to explain to them that it wasnt working and the other 3 workers looked at me like i was from pluto and refused to come out and do the job that their window says they do " diagostic readings" finally a young lad came from the back " obviously the only one working " and helped us our. His name was adam , thank you aiden

There was a lady and a Gentleman working when I came in and I had a very big price check list and it was no problem to the lady she totally understood and she kept going back and adding things that I would ask about onto my quote list in my opinion she was the best helper in vehicle repair place because she understood and knew what I needed. I ran and mechanic shop for a decade so usually when I talk to some of these counter guys I'm a little over their head but this lady was very knowledgeable very sweet and easy to deal with and in my opinion she should be the manager that store if she's not already this is the only AutoZone I will ever go through from now on and I have one about 8 minutes from my house and I'd rather drive 20 minutes 225 minutes to go to this one just for the customer service and the knowledge!

Last night we called and talked to a rep, who was very nice and helpful. Today I went in exchange the parts that needed to be changed. The lady at the counter was very rude and condescending. I decided to not argue with her since my children and wife were in the car waiting for me. I was going to start going back to AutoZone in Gardner,Ks because of the first guy we talked to, but after today I would rather go to NAPA and pay more for better service.

The battery in my fianc� s Prius died yesterday, I took it in and they tested it no problems. I pay for a new one and was told it would be delivered today around 10 am and I would get a phone call when it arrived. Today, no phone call and I go in to pick it up after work, presuming they just forgot to call.They don t have me under the list of ordered items, I got my receipt and go back, what happened was either:Other store forgot to shipOriginal store forgot to orderTransfer store s inventory was off and no battery to be had.I did no receive any communication about said issues and had to find out later about it. Never going back.

I almost spent way more than needed, and am glad I stopped in at Autozone before leaving our suv with the mechanic. Parker helped identify battery issues right away, and we were back on the road in 15 minutes. Can t underestimate honesty these days, A+ Young man, thank you!

Always have good service here. They've got a good selection and the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. My only complaint is that their prices always seem a little high to me.

They price match if you tell them a product you're buying is cheaper at another store. Over the phone customer service is great. In-person they are equally excellent. Most reliable auto parts place I've been to so far.

Store manager was a great help. The night guys have some things left to be desired but they were honest and helpful as much as they could be. 3 out 5 stars represents most autozone well. They have alot in stock and there sales are pretty nice from time to time. They are one of the last auto part stores that will change more than just you're battery which is a plus for people who need that. If your in gardener and need something automotive would recommend it as your first stop.

I bought a battery for my wife's car and the gentleman that worked there was very helpful and even installed it for us. We definitely appreciate their service at AutoZone
