Auto Doctors in Gardner have excellent customer service skills. Friendly staff, great at explaining what needs to be repaired and what they're doing to your vehicle. I can't thank them enough for all their help. Keep up the great work Tobey and staff.

Auto Dr s and the owner and employees were exceptional. My vehicle broke down on me on an emergency travel for my son being in the hospital. I was able to limp the car to the establishment the next morning and was greeted with professionalism. I didn t explain what was going on at the time but the vehicle was looked at immediately and was called an hour later and fixed in a timely fast manner. That being said the vehicle runs amazing and am super happy that I brought it to this business. My brother in law lives in the same city and recommended I take it there because of the work that is done professionally. Thank you so much and good bless.

Brittney in the office, and Jay the Technician have been tremendous.Both very helpful, honest, and knowledgeable. I can't say enough great things about Auto Doctors of Gardner. The work they do is the best of any auto repair shop we have ever been to and that includes dealer service depts. My car needed a new engine and with an extended warranty did not expect any problems. Well the extended warranty people didn't want to take care of it. In came Tobey, by the way the most wonderful service advisor of all time and now a friend. He went to bat for my husband and I and fought with them tooth and nail, took a while, back and forth he stayed on them the whole time and never gave up. It paid off and was much appreciated. So if you need any car repairs, go see Tobey and Auto Doctors in Gardner, you will not be disappointed and your life will be happier.

Brought my car in for a window alignment, held it for a month just to find out that they can't fix it. When picked up the door was not shut and when i opened it and parts fell off the door. It was in worse condition than when I brought it to them

I had a very frustrating experience with this place. Took almost a month for transmission repair, and communication was terrible. I made an online appointment and towed my son's car there after hours. They kept me in the dark and hardly returned calls. I complained about the lack of communication, so they offered to put my door panel back on for no charge. Nope, they just set it on the door, and it fell off the min I got in. The girl who answered the phone would change her story and politely tell me I was wrong constantly. She even told me that if she didn't hear back from her vendor, she didn't see a reason to call me back. I felt like my car was held hostage. My son tried to go and talk to them, and they refused to let him get something out of the car and wouldn't give him any info . In addition, I couldn't get an email copy of my bill or estimate. I got a text, and once I approved the work, I couldn't see the prices again. I'm pretty sure the prices weren't competitive, and im not even sure i paid what i was quoted. I do not recommend them. Go elsewhere. The work was completed finally, and the transmission is supposed to have a warranty. So far, there are no issues with that. But it's only been a short time.

10/10. From the first call to the moment I picked up my keys I was met with friendly staff and great service. Not only that, but I expected the work to take a couple days at least l...nope literally 24 hours and I was back in my jeep. I will be going here from now on for maintenance. I was satisfied with the work done and it was at a fair price. My car was ready when it was promised. The only problem I had was difficulty reaching anyone via the phone. I had to get an estimate via the internet. But once I realized that, I did get a prompt response.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

I recommend Auto Doctors 100%! I had gone to another shop for brakes originally for my 4Runner and in just a few months, those rotors were already warped. They blamed the tires. I went back for warranty and they put on more expensive rotors which warped soon after as well. My car was hopping when I braked and wasn't safe to drive at all. I then took my 4Runner to Auto Doctors, showed them all the paperwork and they put new brakes on immediately. Brittani wanted to make sure they were ok, so I drove my car for the weekend, brought back for inspection, and everything was perfect! They went over my suspension to make sure there were no other problems as well. I am so incredibly grateful!

The auto doctors recently helped a friend who was experiencing car trouble while in Gardener. They were able to recommended a tow company who like the doctors was prompt and reasonable.

Expert care! Staff was very helpful knowledgeable and kind. Had my car fixed in a timely manner. Even gave me a ride home so I wouldn't have to sit and wait. Also found some other repairs that I didn't know needed to he done.

Polite receptionist. Answered the phone promptly in the beginning and was one of the few shops to call me back when my car started leaking oil before Christmas. No obvious problems after 24 hours. They did not charge more than the original quote despite keeping the vehicle longer than expected; however I couldn t tell you of this translated into more labor or them just getting annoyed with my daily calls and not working on it out of spite. They quoted 8 hours of labor, but based on how many days I was out a vehicle they would have worked on it for at least 24 hours. Misinformed on time frame. If I would have know I was looking at getting my car back after the New Year I would have gone somewhere else, starting with a shop that didn t charge a separate diagnostic fee. Poor/non-existent communication once they had my vehicle. Did not complete the work on time. Moral of the story, this experience felt like a typical bait and switch ploy just to get my business ($1,780.00). If you have the time to be out a vehicle for a week or two, I would shop around. I would not recommend this business to anyone.Friday 12/23: I called to get my car in, I was looking to find a shop to get me back on the road ASAP due to only having one vehicle. They said Tuesday 12/27 while others said after the New Year. Naturally I went with them despite being one of the few shops that charges a $136 diagnostic fee that DOESN T get applied to the work should you choose to use them. Once diagnosed (rear gas seal), I was told the earliest they could work on my car would be Friday 12/30, potentially Monday 1/2. After not hearing from anyone by Friday afternoon, I called and was told it wasn t in the shop yet, but would be out by Monday. After not hearing from anyone by Monday afternoon, I called dozens of times over the course of 1.5 hours and was told it wasn t going to be ready before the end of the day, but would be ready by Tuesday. After not hearing from anyone by Tuesday afternoon, I called dozens of times and even left a message with a gentleman, but did not receive a call back. They close at 5:30 PM, and I called at 5:00 PM and the receptionist answered and said the mechanic told her it wasn t going to be buttoned up before close because there was a lot of rust and they needed to take more time on my car, and to plan on Wednesday 1/4 by 5:00PM just to be safe. After not hearing from anyone by Wednesday afternoon I called and left a message that was not returned. So I ended up stopping by the shop around 3:30 PM to ask about the status and was told that I was just about to be called and that it would be another hour, but they are happy to share it would be ready ahead of schedule. I was able to pick my car up later that evening.

experience went good replaced my crankshaft seal. Later on I went in to get my rear main seal replaced, 5 minutes after I picked up my car I noticed the leak was still there. I took the car back the same day, they told me it was my oil pan(it wasn t). I decided to take my car to doc s garage and have them look at it, my rear main seal was put on wrong causing the same leak I had. Yea not a good look for the shop. I have receipts of everything done to the car oil pan gasket was done before the crankshaft by the way. Owner contact me if you can.

Update i just seen your reply to my coil misfiring and your full of it cause one your mechanic had to come pick me up and take me back to your shop to pay you for over $300 for changing my spark plugs and not correctly fixing the problem and it was still miss firing then liar. Had to take it to another shop that only charged me $120 where you wanted $170. Never trust these con artists again.

Unfortunately got price-gouged by the Gardner location. took my car in Friday to diagnose the issue, they found the problem, called me with a $1110 price to replace the front cv axles (was about 1180 with the diagnostic work) and said they could do it same day if I agreed right then on the phone, or else they d have to wait till Monday (they knew I wanted to leave Kansas to take my family home Sunday) regardless of the pressure tactic, I still called a bunch of solid shops, ALL coming in around $800. (Even our expensive shop back home was 200$ cheaper at 900) When I called back asking about the price breakdown, her system was down and she couldn t tell me, so I called the other auto doctor location in Overland hoping they could explain it. The guy there was an honest dude and told me they basically make the numbers and price sheet look however they want, it s just a bidding job, so the chick in Gardner was just taking me for a ride. Ended up paying a solid mobile mechanic 200 bucks who got it done in an hour and a half and we were back on the road, lesson learned!

We were referred to Auto Doctors by a friend and my wife and I are very happy. They fixed a weird wiring issue, caused by mice on the mass air flow wiring harness and did reasonable and effectively on our F150. They had to create it since our part is hard to find. (the wiring portion). I just took my Buick Verano in and it was running rough. All good now. Very friendly and efficient.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I just love the folks at Marriott! I bring all my vehicles to them as they are trustworthy, professional and their service is impeccable. They have performed oil changes, serviced the air conditioner, clutch, alternator and now brake job for me and I have never had any issues with quality of work. The owner told me it would be $125 to look at my windshield wiper and washer fluid pump. Told me I would need to drop it. Made arrangements with him to drop it off when they opened. Told him i would have to rent a vehicle for the day. I asked a family member to take me to Enterprise to rent a vehicle. Went to drop my truck off. Owner said he was short handed probably wouldn't get to it that day. I said I have a company and short handed like every small business in America right now. I said I dont put that burden on my customers, that's why I rented a vehicle. I have an obligation to be at the jobsite and honor my commitment. I had to go to work so I left it. Had already spent $128 on rented truck for work. At lunch i got a hold of a ride to follow me. Called Auto Doctors and told them not to touch my truck that i was picking it up. My thought was this guy shouldn't be in business. He can't look at it let alone do the work needed to fix my vehicle. So my experience was terrible, the owner was a liar, and a thief. I hope he goes out of business soon. I hope all his employees find a better boss and mentor to work for. This place is a disgrace. Its not even worth 1 star, but they asked for a rating.
