Schiffelbein was recommended after my vehicle warranty expired a few years back. I have now recommended them to several friends and family, including my parents. They are very knowledgeable and efficient. I've never had any car trouble that they can't repair or that is over priced, or over what they originally quoted. I highly recommend their work. Thank you guys for always getting me to my destinations safely!

Called these guys when a work truck had issues. They were there when he said he would be, hooked up fast and delivered the truck quickly and safely! Will definitely use them again! Price was also very reasonable!

I took my jeep in there the other day to have it looked at. I felt really confident with their inspection and the estimate I received was very reasonable. I don't know anything about cars but he explained things to me without making me feel dumb and was super nice from start to finish. I will definitely be using them for my repair needs!

It's not often that one finds a mechanic as knowledgeable and trustworthy as Schiffelbein Auto Repair, in Garden City, KS.One great thing about Schiffelbein Auto Repair is the prompt service I receive every time I need to get my vehicles serviced or repaired. Another great thing is how Matt's honest expertise in diagnosing problems for our cars. Its a wonderful feeling to be able to trust our cars our in safe hands and keeps my family safe on the road. Most importantly Schiffelbein Auto Repair is reasonable in the fees they charge and keeps me within my budget.Schiffelbein Auto Repair is a genuinely a great business with friendly staff. There is no other place I would feel comfortable taking my cars. Out of five stars, I would give this business 4.5 Stars!!!! Great Job!

We hit a coyote outside of Garden City and my vehicle started to overheat. Matt came to pick us up surprisingly quick being a Sunday evening. He dropped us off at our hotel before taking my vehicle to his shop. We were anticipating a full day delay in our travels, but they called at 1:30pm on Monday to say the repairs had been completed. I needed body work, but just wanted to get it driveable to continue our vacation, they were nice enough to trim and secure loose plastic in the front bumper to make it safe to drive. Being w/o transportation, they even picked us up from our hotel. The ironic part is, I own an auto repair shop, but that doesn't help when you're 6 hours from home. Matt and his crew are what I expect from my employees: kind, curtious, and professional. Schiffelbein Auto repair is a great blessing to me, and I appreciate their service, thank you!Service: Car towing

Very professional and reputable company. They helped me with towing and car repair. When the car repair was not correct they went above and beyond to make things right which you never see anymore in companies. I am beyond satisfied and will continue to take my car there for repairs. Matt and his staff are always friendly and reliable. It is very hard to find an honesty and knowledgeable mechanic that thinks of their customers best interest first. We have taken all of our vehicles to Matt for several years now and have never been let down. I don't know anything about mechanics and have always felt that Matt gives us fair, honest and dependable advice. We have new and old vehicles and Matt can work on any of them. Great service, great mechanic, good honest family business!I would recommend Schiffelbein's to anyone that is looking for a good long term mechanic who will be there for you before and after the repairs are made.

We are forever grateful to these folks. Our car broke down on a Friday evening, after every shop was already closed. We were half way into a two day drive to our vacation destination. The tow truck was there to pick us up quickly, and we were delivered to our hotel. The owner allowed us to leave our car behind and carry on in a rental. He kept in contact with us all week, giving us updates on what was being done. Then, on the way back another employee met us on a day when the shop was closed so we could pick our car back up.

Our SUV recently broke down in Garden City on a Saturday as we were on our way to Colorado. We called Schiffelbein's Towing and they came out immediately, towed our vehicle back to their shop and dropped us off at a hotel on the way. They diagnosed the problem first think on Monday morning and were able to order parts and get it fixed early the following week. Everyone was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly! If I lived in Garden City, I would definitely use them as my regular mechanic! I highly recommend them!

Moved here from Illinois so wasn't sure where the best place for auto fixes were at in Garden City. Between reading the reviews and having a friend recommend Schiffelbein, I went here after I noticed something was leaking from my vehicle. They located the source after doing a free estimate and were able to get it fixed at a reasonable price the same day. Will be coming back if I need something worked on!

Was on a work trip and our 26ft truck wouldn t start after an evening blizzard and temps in the teens. Called every other mechanic in town - none of them had an answering machine or they were completely disconnected. Called Matt and asked for a jump start. $98, they come to us. We started with a battery pack. No change. Then we had the tow truck and an F-250 hooked up. No change. Finally Matt was rolling around on the FREEZING floor trying to get us on the road. He got us started a few hours later and man was I happy. Load made it on time. He told us not to turn the truck off due to a starter issue - good thing I listened because it wouldn t start immediately after I parked at the destination dock. Saved my bacon buddy and I m super thankful. Thank you!!!!!

My family and I were driving to Garden when our car began to overheat. We called Schiffelbein to see if they could tow our vehicle. They came out fast to help us and were very professional and courteous. Would definitely recommend this business and would give more stars if I could.

Great job! We got our car in and out in a couple days! He let us know everything that was wrong with our vehicle, and got it fixed in a timely manner! Will definitely go to them again with any car troubles!

For many years, we have used Schiffelbein for towing and repair on our cars. We trust Matt and Tyson. They are always there when we need them, and the mechanic work is always excellent.

Great service. I was traveling crossword country and had trouble with my auto. They diagnosed, repaired, and had me on my way in less than a day. I am very grateful for their hard work and great service.

My experience was not good. I would rate them no star but that option isn't there! I called about getting an alternator checked possibly changed. He said maybe tomorrow. I said ok. I'll have to call someplace else as I need it done today. I explained to him how my car started acting This Morning! And then I told him I had been kinda stranded here three weeks waiting on my driver to get loaded and he might get loaded today and he said SO YOU HAVE BEEN HERE 3 WEEKS AND YOU JUST NOW DECIDE TO FIX IT WHEN IT'S TIME TO GO! What a dumb ass! Yea my alternator has been giving me trouble three weeks! He obviously must be an office worker not a damn mechanic. I TOLD YOU PLAINLY THE LIGHT JUST CAME ON THIS MORNING ! Have a nice day!

I called them to help us one off our truck got stuck in a farmer where we delivering a load and it was raining guess what they said evry one hour $1000 dollars until they got back to their yard which is crazy it s not only crazy it s insane don t recommend they are rude don t even try to call them

My car had broken a ball joint and Matt the owner came and helped me get it home. I was scared I wouldn't be able to but he was the man for the job and he saved me a lot of money telling me I wouldn't have to replace the whole piece that it is attached to. Stole my vehicle at the request of Garden City Police Department hours after I was in jail without a warrant... saddest part is that I rode the CityLink for 90 days in Wichita with 3 children while living at a homeless shelter and in recognition I was donated a 2005 baby blue Town & Country Chrysler van from Family promise family shelter of Greater Wichita. Whatever funny business schiffelbein auto repair and Towing has going on with gcpd will surface and the truth about my vehicle will come to lights I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau I have already paid A Towing fee and $10 a day or however many days they held it I paid over $300 retrieve my van that I never give anyone permission to take from my home I met an officer at the impound the same day and my vehicle was not on the premises the officer acted strangely and did not even seem to have the right keys to the impound gate then I was also told they took my vehicle without keys that I need to come back with keys to pick it up I have went 504 North 9th Street impound I have been to shuffle Prime Auto Repair I did not see my van being held they're either so I was told to go buy one more impound lot behind AAA Storage off of Fulton it was not there either after this post if I am allowed I will post photos as my fruit that my vehicle is honestly mine I paid on the 20th it is now after May 5th and I have yet to receive my vehicle I will stop at nothing!!! it is not the material things in life that are important it is the sentimental value that is a part of my story and the principal that my rights were violated also that I am still being deprived of my property by the exact system and advocates that would charge me for such crime you know the last shift in the world has occurred when it is the people of the community fighting for whats right and just before sworn City and government officials. I stand firm and come forth not to press any issue but in peace and hopes that someone that can make a difference we'll see this and make a difference.In the sincerest wayChild of ChristKristen Emili Collazo
