Thank you to Fletcher and Isaac for a wonderful buying experience. My parents were in a serious accident and needed a replacement car, but were overwhelmed with all the insurance and accident items that needed to be handled. Buying a car felt like 1 thing too many. I came from Colorado to help with the process but only had one day to help them find a car. Fletcher and Isaac listened to our situation, needs, and wants. They worked out a fantastic deal on an amazing car. I really appreciate their time and patience with the many moving parts to this deal. My parents drove off the lot with a better car than we thought they would be able to buy. Thanks so much!

I came in today and i had one of the most professional and personal experiences in buying a car. I want to say if your looking for a vehicle April Keith will have you covered. She was very helpful and knew what i was looking for by me just explaining it to her. She made me feel like family instead of a person buying a car. These guys are amazing. AMAZING. Don't go anywhere else. Here's my story: I was traveling cross-country from California to Massachusetts in March 2024. The Kansas winds on Route 400 blew the skylight off of my Dodge Ram ProMaster 3500, leaving a GIANT hole in the roof (about 2'x3'). Legacy's staff welcomed me into the service bay upon my impromptu arrival, climbed up on ladders, and drilled a plywood square into the frame as a temporary measure that would get me to Massachusetts where I could get a new skylight installed. THANK YOU Greg and Bobby and Jason and Addison. It was cold, windy, and rainy, and you guys welcomed me in, patched me up, and sent me on my way to Massachusetts. What a relief it was. And I got to visit Garden City. God bless Americans! We're good people.

Worst dealership I ve dealt with. Set my appointment for 3pm days ago, they called a few hours before to confirm. Got there at 3, pickup was still being detailed. Get the pickup to the front and go to start it, batteries DEAD and the salesman had to jump it. Immediately starts squealing as soon as it starts. Drive it and the turbo squeals. Get back in and they offer $4,000 less than any other dealership. Haggle with them a bit and had them put in new batteries. Took them an hour just to put batteries in! We were there for 3 hours on a deal that should ve taken 20 minutes.

April is the absolute sweetest!!!! Down to earth, not pushy, and truly cares about her customers, not the money!! Tyson is just as awesome as April!!!!! There were a few hiccups during our purchase and what not, but they were more than willing to make it right!!!!! I will definitely continue to be a customer of Legacy!!!!

Quality of work was unsatisfactory. My truck sat at Legacy for a week and the work I had requested was not completed. I had specifically stated what I needed to be done multiple times. In addition, upon driving my truck out of the dealership the sensors turned back on. I feel there was some sense of inadequacy on their part. Hopefully in the future they can do much better.

Absolute disappointment of a factory authorized dealership! Brand new Jeep had a check engine light that came on early Saturday morning. Called service to have it checked and was informed they don't have techs working on Saturdays that can do that. Being from out of town this is a major inconvenience not to mention aggravating.

Recently, while traveling home from a vacation in Colorado, we had just entered Garden City, KS and lost power, had a check engine light and towing our travel trailer with our 22 RAM 2500 Diesel we stopped and had to decide what to do or where to get help. A quick Internet search showed we were a little over a mile from the Legacy RAM dealership near us and we headed their way. Upon arrival, we explained our issue to the service advisor Greg who understanding our situation immediately took our truck in to assist us. While sitting in the waiting area, one of the owners Jennifer greeted us, sat down and visited and was involved with our amazing experience. She was truly interested and in addition to a great conversation, she checked on our vehicle status and saw that our RAM was fixed and ready for us to continue our journey. The best experience we've had at any RAM dealer!!! We highly recommend and are thankful for the staff, ownership and service at Legacy Auto (RAM).

Teenagers always think they know what they want. After convincing our young man that he needed to shop around and find that special vehicle that fit him, it was Legacy Auto in Garden City Kansas that assisted us the most. They understood our concern as parents but also the excitement if our teenager. More impressive, was the great deal we got on a new 2022 Dodge Challenger. Sporty for the teen, safety conscious for us as parents. They even went as far as driving the car to our home, putting a red bow on the hood, and videoed the excited unveiling. These guys made me buy a $1000 part for my jeep patriot and when the part arrived and took my car to get it installed they said that it was another issue. Charged me $700 for the other issue and did not used the $1000 part and they made me believe that I was going to be able to return the non used part, but guess what? Just after I got my car back they told me that the part that wasn't used couldn't be returned and I got stuck with a $1000 dollars thing that I don't need and don't use!! Worst service in the area!!!

We have done business w Legacy before so we went there first when we started looking for a jeep again. Nestor was great! He helped me get my jeep ordered and sent me pictures when it came in. He was friendly and very helpful during the whole process. Nestor went out of his way to make me comfortable when they had to do some work on my vehicle. He is a good guy! The whole staff was very good to work with. I'm sure we will be back another day for another vehicle.

Drove an hour to see a specific car, that was over priced to begin with. Upon arrival I am told the transmission went out a few days ago. Even though they confirmed my appointment the day before they failed to mention the car I was after broke down because they were using it. Waste of time.

This place is the best dealership in town. They will go out there way to help their customers whether your a regular, scheduled appointment or just walking in and in need of help. The sales staff and service will move mountains to get you in the right car for you or repair your existing vehicle. Jessica Skrdlant is above all the best salesperson to see.
