My semi truck broke down just before the Christmas holidays and it was arranged to be towed to this dealership by Volvo. I stayed at a nearby hotel for the holidays. After the holidays, when they reopened, I brought my truck to their shop. There was a delay in receiving a couple of parts. Their Shop Manager Cory drove me back to the hotel and picked me up again when the truck was ready. Also, he kept me informed about the work progress. From front-line staff to their mechanics, everyone was welcoming and helpful. Their customers' waiting area is not too big but has a reasonable variety of free snacks. Nice dealership in a little town.

took my truck here on August 30, 2023 I can confirm Ethan McDaniel's claims that these people are awful and have no idea what they're doing; I went in with an ABS problem, but all they wanted to do was install parts on my truck until the problem, which never got fixed, was supposed to be fixed. The truck left the shop with more issues simply because this place is money-hungry, therefore I advise avoiding it.

Very nice people here! They did a great job on my Pete! Very professional staff! Parts guys are awesome and the service lady is awesome! Even the receptionist is awesome! I'll will be back! You folks are the best! Didn't find one thing negative. Thank you all very much for your professionalism!

Will never come back here! Advise you to stay away! Been here twice the first time they had my truck twice as long as they said and bill was twice as high as what it should've been! And they didn't even fix my problems and actually broke a hose from my exhaust manifold and wouldn't stand by it and fix it! The second time I brought it to them they had to replace a leaf spring bushing on drive axle and a Leaf spring on steer axle! The second time I came to them they had it for two and half days and each day they called me 4 times "finding new things that were broken" and told me it would be done at 2pm on Wednesday and I told them I would come get it first thing Thursday morning since I live an hour away and had a alignment appointment first thing that morning. I get there and they say it's going to be another 3-4 hours but they couldn't call me Wednesday night to say it wasn't going to be done before I drove up and had appointments scheduled but could call 4 times a day trying to get more money from me! They are the kind of garage that just wants your money and does not care at all about the customer! Will never bring my truck back here! The manager Cory reached out and tried to correct things and seems honesty and sincere and the Front desk is nice but the main problem is back in shop!Services: Exhaust, Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim

My semi truck broke down, Bruckner s customer service was awesome from the front desk to the technicians, they fixed my truck and got me back on the road on time to make it back to my family for the holidays.Thank you guys and girls for excellent 5 stars customer service.

Manager Albert Fonseca is such a nice guy in here, and mechanics .My semi truck broke down on friday 5/25/19 due to transmation failure. Albert and his mechanic (I'm really sorry , I forgot your name) tried their best to help us overtime.unluckly, new transmations needs to be ordered. So we have to fly back home on Sunday. Albert came back his shop in the rain storm on Saturady to help us pack up our personal stuff and gave us a ride to hotel.Thank you Mr. Albert and your mechanics, Wish you guys wonderful day everyday.Sean

Worst truck experience ever! Took 5 minutes to adjust my clutch charged me 137.00 dollars and took 1/2 hr to write me an invoice! I asked em why they charged me so much and they said it usually takes a hr???? In what world does it take an hr to adjust a clutch I will never take another one of my trucks here! Wish i could leave less stars!
