I just want to say the team at state farm galena KS are a wonderful group of people. They are hands on an very helpful. Like a good neighbor state farm is there for sure!!! Seemed like decent people, but I feel it's a bit shady to get personal information in exchange for something they didn't hold up their end of the deal. "Fill out this paper and spin the wheel for a gift"Well I gave my info, we've spoken, and the gift never came.. that's odd.

Its not often I say I LOVE an insurance company, but I do honestly love this company with Grant Dearddorf the agent. The reason why is my agent Lisa. She proves herself to be a caring person who goes beyond what anyone would expect of her! If I need her help she actually helps with making phone calls and even staying on the line until I safely reach a gas station. Its truly a great company!

I would like to say simply that if you're not only looking for a good, reliable insurance company but also find it important to have amazing customer service and genuine, wholesome human interaction, well look no further than right here! Alistasia is the bees knees! You can't get a sweeter or more dependable person when it comes to getting things done with your best interest and personal needs in mind.

Never had such horrible customer service. Would never use this company or anyone that associates with them.Horrible follow-up. Fraud services called numerous times. What a bunch of jokers.Please pick a company that has your back. It's not this one! Using a new company is so refreshing!

wonderful customer service!! I spoke with ali and lisa about a car insurance quote and both were VERY helpful. response rate is very high and these ladies are super kind! they helped me find the right car insurance and life insurance for my children and I :)

I called this insurance company directly just looking for quotes and was connected with the most polite lady named Ali. She was literally THE BEST with answering all of my questions!! Switching ALL of my insurance needs over to Grant DearDorff at State Farm! Finding a decent insurance company can be difficult, but Ali Cady at Grant Deardorff- State Farm sealed the deal for me! Your employee J.B. Is a very kind and helpful in knowing how to sell your insurance and getting me the BEST Prices possible compared to the other companies I have tried! He was helpful in showing the price comparison I personally feel that JB is very knowledgeable and very helpful and he will go far in helping your clients and future customers!Thank you for giving me a chance to tell you what a great experience I had when I talked with JB!!!

****16 minutes for a tow****I broke down on Campbell right in front of bass pro was unable to get safely out of the way..I went to my app sent in a roadside within 16 mins the tow truck had my car towed back to my house! Lisa is absolutely AMAZING!!! She went above and beyond to get my insurance switched for my new car outstanding rates and all the continued support!!!Can't put enough stars on the rating!! Highly recommended!

Mrs Alistasia Cady , is such a good worker she cares not only about her co workers and customers, she makes sure she goes out her way to make sure to get what we need , a very outgoing caring person takes a lot of pride in her job and making sure she gets the job done right such a good place to get any insurance I recommend it to anybody

Grant took over for my previous agent that retired. He has went above and beyond to make sure my family is properly insured and his team is always there to answer any question, from my home and car insurance and in between.
