I was shocked. I was mad and frustrated that my def warning system was going to start reducing my speed in 50 miles. Headed to Pittsburg, I called Nick in service. Since this was a diesel emissions fluid (def) issue Nick said they would get me right in. Diagnostic reader was attached under my dash while truck was still in parking lot. Code read: temperature sensor bad. Within 10 minutes truck was pulled into the shop, and a tech confirmed that wires were tight and code was correct. They had the temperature sensor in stock. Nick explained exactly what was wrong and they had the part to fix it AND that part was specifically covered under an extended 10 warranty! Bam. Installed, no cost, in and out under 1 hour. Tragedy averted. Thank you Jay Hatfield and your service team for exceptional service. Great job!

We came to look at a used car. It was what we wanted and I feel we had a fair negotiation. While waiting we also looked at a new Traverse and were able to make a deal on it. We came home with two cars that we are pleased with and had a good experience at the dealership.

Rashid was not prepared at all for our appointment. Did not research any vehicle we inquired about. Was pre-occupied with other customers. Sales manager only cared about getting a deposit on a vehicle they didn't have and couldn't promise a delivery date. Terrible experience and a waste of time. Go anywhere else! Rashid and Joe are a JOKE!!!

Worst dealership I have dealt with didn't keep their word. 20,000$ in fees that weren't explained. Ruined our credit because we traded in a vehicle and over a week later are still getting calls because they didn't do their follow up or even notify the other dealership. Check your fluids before you test drive their vehicles. The vehicle we drove and bought and also told them the coolant was empty and still didn't fill it. Scratches all down the side. Still have yet to have any of my calls returned. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Horrible customer service.Follow up from previous review: Took said vehicle in yesterday were told over a week ago the scratches would be buffed out and all the things we had brought to their attention the first would be dealt with. They were not in 10 hrs a 30 minute oil change was completed and the windshield washer sprayer has yet to be fixed because parts were not approved that can be bought at the local auto parts store. The scratches still remain down the side of the vehicle with water marks to cover up what they didn't do. So as a customer I wouldn't recommend buying a car here they do not keep their word nor do they care about their customers.

We bought a pre owned SUV this past Saturday at Molle. Josh helped us and he was phenomenal! He was friendly, helpful and did not pressure us at all. We got our new SUV at a great price. We have looked for a new vehicle for about 6 months and worked with multiple dealers. They had the best deal and service that we had found from Joplin to Springfield up to Kansas City. Mike with finance was not like most of the finance guys. He worked with Josh to make sure we understood the the different payment options, interest and who we could use to finance. They were upfront and transparent on all costs from the very beginning.10/10 - I would highly recommend taking to Josh and Mike if you are looking for a new vehicle.

While heading home from vacation our A/C stopped blowing cold air on a 100� day. We still had about 3 hours to get home and our dogs were starting to over heat. The service dept worked us in quickly and one of the ladies even gave us a fan to help the dogs cool off. We appreciated their excellent customer service in our time of need!

Jonathan and Jason (service advisors) have always been professional and very helpful very time I call or visit. All of the mechanics are exceptional because I ve never had to return there for the same problem. I will continue to use Molle for repairs on my truck.

Jim was fantastic. He helped me through the process I asked for and also offered ideas for the problems I was having. Turned out he was spot on! I appreciate the extra time he took to really listen and run through the diagnostics and schematics to find the root of the problem.

I had never bought a new car before. I was kinda scared cause you hear about how sales reps pressure you. But it was an amazing experience here. Josh was amazing. I told him what I was interested in. The feature I was looking for. He gave me a few options. Got my approved for a loan. I had an issue with the key fob that when u came in they got fixed right away. This place truly was amazing and when i buy another vehicle I'm coming straight back here. Than you guys so much

Always prompt and courteous service when I'm there. Most recently I was just there for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation on my 2016Chevy Silverado PU. While there the Service Advisor (Jason) noticedthat a brake system recall procedure had not been done on my vehicle..I was not aware of this issue and was told by Jason that it could be donewhile I was there that day because they have the needed parts in stock. Itonly took a short time to do this while I was already there and saved me the need of scheduling another appointment. Nice! Keep up the good work!

I always recommend the service department at Molle Chevrolet in Pittsburg. They are courteous, friendly, and do a great job working with the customer to discover and fix problems. I work 1 block from another dealership and always travel the 20 miles to Pittsburg because I can trust the guys at Molle.
