The facility and restrooms were clean. They had a good selection and reasonable prices. Gas was easy and there is Hunts pizza and Subway on site. It's right off the highway for an easy stop. There is room for semis and large RVs.

Have always had good experiences with Pete s convenient stores besides this one on the east edge of Fredonia. We got breakfast sandwiches and they were all still cold and half frozen in the middle. The manager was not helpful and a little disrespectful.

Well second time in less than 12 hours I've had to leave my merchandise up on the counter because you don't have a cashier or I've been told I have to use the express check out and check myself out. It's not my job. You just wasted money and just lost money. Now your employee has to put what I was going to purchase back, and you don't make the sale. Doesn't make sense to me. Oh yeah, your bathrooms could use some help badly, too.

The place was convenient and clean and the folks behind the counter were very nice, quick to help, knowledgeable about what the had and helpful. Definitely a welcome opportunity to be able to have seat inside and eat too! No complaints at all.

It was nice, bathrooms had clean sinks to do lines off of. There were nice ladies behind the store who were extra nice for some money. All and all good place to stop and recharge your batteries on a long trip

Really friendly and helpful staff. But whoever designed the plans to build this place, sure did a trash job. Can't even get in line without blocking the door. Too busy and crowded for such a small place. I ended up putting my items back and leaving. I'm a truck driver and this is a place I don't wanna ever stop at again.

This is another great spot to pick up some dinosaurs squeezins for your diesel truck, and some snacks, and monster energy for the human beings in the truck. Restrooms were nice and clean and well stocked. I will definitely stop here next time I'm going in this direction.

I was impressed with the clean restroom and they had big truck parking, But the management was not friendly and charged me a full thermos for Hot Water. What a bad business practice with out telling you first.I hope the upper management can see how much they look like ####$$Greed and un friendly....to actually tell a customer that they do not need his business

I know that the branch is not to blame for having dirty bathrooms since too many people use them, but they should pay a little attention

It alright for a mom n pop truck stop but what I want to know is what the point of 3 cashiers behind the counter if they make you use the self checkout anyway

Plenty of parking. You can pull off the rest here. The bathrooms are clean. They offer a variety of snack food, including hot or cold food.Phillips 66 & Conoco card users can use their credit cards here & get points for their Kickback Loyalty card. Gas prices are sometimes lower than average, but similar to area station prices.

Located and easy to see right iff the highway. It is a simple entrance making it safe to enter into from the highway. Large area and welcomes all drivers. There is large area to park out back as well so you can take a quick nap and be safe while driving. The inside is just like the pumps in front of the store and offers wide isles and easy to see all products. Amazing coffee station that was clean and nice display! Cashiers we presented themselves as clean and respectable. Then when I was turned the female began gossiping to the male about the customers which was very unprofessional. Aside from that I would totally recommend that you use Pete'47/Phillips 66 for your needs when in the area

Good place to take a break between Pittsburg and Wichita. Not the cleanest place, but the people working there are always friendly. They also have a decent selection of convenient store food but it's at convenient store prices so...but there isn't much else in that area so make use of it!

Great Mom and Pop Truck Stop, clan and friendly AND has a $5 shower for us truckers, just remember the shower faucet (cold is hot and hot is cold) . They have their own sandwiches that are good, gallons of milk or tea for your truck refrigerator if you need it, Subway is good, and Rick's next door is awesome, the hotel is good too if you're on a 34 he reset.

Pete's 47 is where we stop on 400 road. We stop at least once during each trip to Wichita. Cinnamon rolls, coffee, water, food, restrooms and gas. Win win

Must be only restrooms in town. Have fun trying to get in. $3.26 for a cup of their junk coffee. Ridiculous.

Clean facility and friendly staff. Restrooms aren't accommodating enough for a truck stop. I haven't been here enough to know if it's an issue.

Had quite a bit of truck parking and a decent food selection inside. Clean bathrooms. What else can you expect from a travel center in the middle of Kansas?

I stop here every time I make the trip from Wichita ks. to Joplin mo. It's always clean and very well ran.

Just had the most delightful lunch at the Subway here. A young man by the name of Terry Hite. All the employees are cool but this boy was just about the sweetest kid on earth and very helpful. We will be making this place a regular stop.

Stopped in to fill my gas tank. Went inside to get a few snacks.Store was clean and stocked with convenient store items. No long line so I was in and out fast. Good place and friendly staff

Crystal is by far the Best Manager I've ever Worked with & I've ever came in contact with. The Petes on 47 is always Clean, Customer Service is on point. The Location is always Fast even when its Jammed with People. Crystal Trains her employees to have Compassion for others and Promptness. I Literally will drive to this Petes to Buy my Items over Chanute, & Trust my Family and I are constantly in Chanute to shop or Gander. We Prefer our town Petes on 47 because of how effiecient this store is Ran. I Live closer to in Town petes and Still Run the extra mileage to 47 Petes because i just love the experiance.

Will never go here again. Travel for work stopped for fuel. Receipt did not print at pump and forgot to get a copy when I went inside. A day or two later when I realized I didn t have a copy I called and asked for a receipt to be sent to me via email or text. I was assured it would be done. Over the next 4-5 weeks I called and requested it 3 more times and each time was told they would send it and never did. I even drove 1.5hrs to visit the store to get a copy but was told by the manager that too much time had past and she would have to go to the company office to get it. She offered to do that and said it would be either later that day or the following day. It has been more than a week and still have not received it. I realize it s my fault for forgetting to get a copy originally, I accept that. But there is no excuse for them telling me over and over again they were going to send it to me and not once did they follow through. Just be up front and honest and say your not important and we re not going to help you would have preferred that versus being lied to. Rediculous.... had to pay the cost out of the fuel that was put into a company vehicle out of pocket because they weren t willing to help at all. Any other business can get you a receipt with simply a date, time and last 4 of credit card. Not that difficult. Like I said, will never go back to this place again. Awful.

II no longer live in the area where Pete's are common but they did have a point system a rewards card that if you spent there in use your card you would accumulate points that were the equivalent of cash and I Accumulated over my stay there in Miami Oklahoma Enough points to fill my tank up 3 different times also I bought cigarets in sodas and coffee in all kinds of things with the points you was a very good program

Great place to stop on 400 highway in the fredonia Kansas area. Truckers are welcome. They have a good selection of food.

Clean restrooms the only thing that I didn't like is that they where selling Reese's Halloween candy from last year for $1.89 a pack today is January 23 2018 that's ridiculous!! For the candy sale.

Great to have the product consistency of the Pete's franchise. Good coffee and tea. Friendly staff. Watch out for traffic, going through before you park and when you leave.

It's a pretty nice gas station the staff were amazing we are traveling to Colorado from Arkansas and got caught in a bad storm and they let us crash there

This Always seems to be a stopping point for a restroom break and a smoke break, when i pass through this area. At least the restrooms are clean, and the place is usually busy with traffic.

It was nice and clean inside and out. There are plenty of pumps so we never had to wait.
