My hubby usually takes my car in for service, but was unavailable and my car was telling me it needed oil!!!!The staff were friendly and the work was done efficiently and quickly. My car purred like a kitten all the way home.

Don t understand the 10 minute name. I called at 4:30 pm Saturday - 30 minutes before store hour closing (hours google listed) and was told it was too late to stop in because they closed in 15 min at 4:45pm. I was paying threw town saw decent reviews, the coffee shop told me oil changed cost anywhere from $75 to $120. I was excited to get an oil change that quick.I ll check them out when I drive thru again next week and hopefully can update my review to five stars!

I have a skid plate on the front of my truck that you got to take off to get to the oil filter and when I checked it the next day two bolts where loss one was cross threaded and one was missing . That's is not the kind of Service I pay for very disappointed might not go back there again

**DO NOT GO HERE** Unless you want your oil pan stripped out. They over tighted my drain plug and it ruined my oil pan and they refused to fix it. Horrible customer service buyer beware.UPDATE: You can no longer bring in your own oil. Wasted a trip to Fort Scott

SB has a great business model and the center is staffed by courteous and knowledgeable professionals. The workers and managers are nice and very helpful. I am not from Fort Scott Kansas. I'm in town babysitting for a week. I was in need of an oil change and tires rotated. The moment I pulled into Strickland Brothers they made me feel very welcome. Went in for an oil change and they told me that I had wires showing on my tires and that it was not safe to drive it down the highway. Tire pressure indicator was not on prior to going there, but was on when I left, because they took air out of my tires.Went to the tire shop immediately and they told me that I needed air in my tires, but that my tires were fine and no wires showing.Drove car to Peerless Tires in Manhattan, KS and had them check tires, since that is where I bought them. And they said my tires were fine and still had a lot of tread on them.My oil change was fine as far as I know, but I won t go back because I no longer trust this establishment.Service: Oil change

Used to mess with them when they were quick lube before they were bought out by these idiots . Long story short yeah it s quick really quick but it costs a fortune for a ten min oil change. Between 80 and 100 bucks or more depending on your car too.
