The room was clean and comfortable. Also, the staff was exceptional, especially Nicole working in the kitchen. She kept the breakfast bar stocked with delicious food, greeted every guest. Even when I had a mishap resulting in a dome lid flying across the floor, she was still so sweet and kind toward me. Elizabeth was also friendly and welcoming at check in. Top-notch service!

Every time we stay at this hotel, we have excellent service and this time was just as exceptional as every other time. The sweet lady with braids who helped us with our breakfast was the best. She was so friendly, helped prepare our food, was so kind to our 4 year old, and kept checking to see if we needed anything. It was the best customer service I ve had in years and she deserves a raise!

Can't say enough about the kind Staff there. My family had come in for a funeral, upon entering our rooms we noticed a basket of snacks with a sympathy card signed by all the Staff and the GM in each room. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. In the morning, the breakfast was great and the lady taking care of all that was so kind, she not only did a great job with breakfast, she was concerned for us as we were headed out with the nasty weather outside. As we entered and left the lady that checked us in/out gave her condolences and told us to be careful with the weather. As we walked oit the door she told us...I know it is going to be a hard day but try to have a good one or the best one you can. Thank you to all the Staff for your compassion, kindness and smiles on your faces. Truly ment more than you know. Thank you!

First time staying at this hotel - highly recommend - pool was heated and great for our kids - hot breakfast was average but staff was excellent - best service I ever had and would stay again Nearby activities: Food, Shops, and Bars all within walking distance of hotelWalkability: Hiking, sports, and other outdoor activities all around

Visiting Fort Scott NHS and this was a very nice surprise. The person who checked me in was exemplary at customer service. She gave all of the amenities and really made me feel welcome. I really can t express how nice she was and how she really represented the Hotel in a very positive way. The rooms were very clean and the location was outstanding.Nearby activities: Fort Scott NHS or awesome!

The friendly staff is amazing. The rooms are well kept and comfortable. The owner is exceptional and is always looking to improve your stay. The location is convenient for anything you need. I have and will continue staying at the Sleep Inn any time I am working here or passing through on vacations. I always feel safe and underdisturbed. It's a great place to stay and I will recommend this hotel to friends and family!

Staff is always very lovely and very accommodating. Rooms are very comfortable and spotless clean. We stay here several weekends every year, and have since they opened and have NEVER been disappointed. They have a great meeting room, amazing breakfast choices, great indoor pool, plenty of safe parking, and zero issues with internet speed. Having traveled much of my career, I assure you this is a top notch, very clean & inviting environment.

We enjoyed our recent stay at the Sleep Inn in Ft Scott, KS. The hotel was clean, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Lori, at the front desk, was very pleasant. She truly seemed to enjoy her job, and that joy spilled over to the guests with her pleasant smile. I was traveling with 4 small grandkids, and while we were in the breakfast room having our breakfast, an employee came over with a treasure chest for the kids to choose a treasure ! This was a big hit with the kids. Thank you for going above and beyond to make your guests feel special.

Enjoyed my stay here! Was here for a work trip and found the hotel to be clean, staff to be helpful and friendly, room to be nice, and the complimentary breakfast to be good. Would stay again.

Ashley at night on the 5th of May was super friendly. Kayla directed me where I needed to go for survey and Miss Heather heard a opportunity for solution and looked up needed information. Sulley takes amazing care of the pool. It was so beautifully maintained and color amazing. Ashley was down to earth and so professional with welcoming kind charisma attitude. Love our visit.Noteworthy details: Room was quiet.

Really comfortable beds, very clean, lots of amenities and super friendly staff! The breakfast was soooo good! Waffles, omelets, cereal, oatmeal, sausage, yogurt, biscuits and gravy, the list goes on. Danielle was the breakfast attendant and she killed it! It was quite busy at breakfast but she kept everything full and clean and was quite personable too. There's an adorable downtown historical area just about a block away. We walked from the hotel and explored a little. I'd 100% stay again!

We did my daughter's birthday party here! She was so excited! The hotel was amazing at working with us and other guests so the girls could have a swim party. Check in with Samantha was a breeze and she gave my daughter a birthday gift from the Hotel staff which was absolutely amazing and so sweet! Brenda was a fantastic help during breakfast and so kind! We had a fantastic time! They even booked our adjoining rooms near the pool so we had easy access. Thank you so much for all you did for us during our stay!

This place is fantastic. We ended getting in sooner than expected and Samantha did a excellent job of giving us a very comfortable room. Brenda who the breakfast was great, she was always checking to make sure we had everything we needed. The staff were all very nice. This place in my book should be rated a10. Had a great time. THANK YOU.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in in a long time I've stayed in several in the Kansas City area I don't have employees here are so friendly and nice to breakfast was excellent I'm just so totally satisfied with this place. I had my director of emailed me some papers that I needed to complete my job while I was here in town and they got them at the front desk they were there waiting for me when I got ready to get them this morning it was just all totally all around an awesome awesome state I would recommend it to anyone

Our whole stay was amazing. We had three rooms and were there for two nights for a graduation. Stephanie at the front desk was very impressive and got us everything we needed. Brenda the breakfast host was amazing and if something was empty she filled it up before anyone really knew, and made sure we all had what we needed or wanted. Morgan the housekeeper did a wonderful job, we only had two of the rooms refreshed during the stay but she did great,
