Great mechanics and great customer service My engine light while driving home from work one night. I took Crazy R s the next morning and it was fixed by that same afternoon. And they also picked me up from my apartment and took me back to the shop to pick up my car. Thanks a million!

Our radiator blew while we were pulling our horse trailer, 3 hours from home. Ray met the tow truck at his shop, found the problem and had a solution for us, less than an hour after getting our truck, and it was after 9 pm because he knew we were from out of town and stuck. He had us back on the road by noon the next day. Amazing service! I can t say enough good things about how kind and helpful Ray was!

Great people, great place! My car broke down many miles from home and Ray along with his mechanics were able to get a new transmission in my car in no time! Everyone was so kind and turned my terrible experience into a pleasant one. My car runs great and I couldn t be more satisfied with the people, the work, and my experience. Don t trust this guy with your vehicle and especially don t give him money till he gets it done because that will likely never happen not an honest person or a trustworthy shop at all find somewhere else and save your money your time and all the hassle!

The worst place to take a vehicle brought a vehicle in it sit here for 3 months was charged multiple times for multiple parts never got the parts no work was ever done to my vehicle would never ever recommend this place to anybody they refused to refund my money whenever I came and got my vehicle workshop in the world needs to be shut down

Was on my way to visit family with my wife when my Caliper came loose and cut my breakline.The Mechanics were nice and friendly. They got a replacement breakline and got us back on the road without breaking the bank.I hope we are never in a similar situation, but if we are, I'll definitely be asking for their help again. (Sorry for the late review, those car troubles ended up only being the start of a long couple weeks)Service: Brakes

On a Thanksgiving morning our tire blew up just outside Fort scott. As a 19 year old female I knew nothing about tire sizes or how to read them and they patiently worked with me to figure out the safest cheapest option that would work for me! The men who work here are so kind and will truly take care of you whether you are a regular or a total stranger. Even 2 hours away I think I'll definitely come back if I have any other problems.Service: Tires

Came out on Thanksgiving to replace our popped tire. Worked with us even after we gave them the wrong rim size and gave us more then a reasonable price to boot.Worked fast, very friendly. We truly appreciate it! 5 stars!Service: Auto tire replacement

We were driving through on the way to Arkansas and we developed car problems. It was a Saturday afternoon and most places were closed, but these guys were open.The owner popped the hood, listened to the engine, and identified the problem within 10 seconds.Even better, everyone at the shop was incredibly kind to us. We were stranded, as the repair was going to take a few days. They gave us a ride to Joplin so we could get a rental and continue on our way. They didn't even charge us for the ride!We cannot recommend this place enough! Great service!!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

My truck broke down in Nevada, Missouri. The Gas station where the truck broke down called for a tow truck because it was blocking their way. Crazy R s showed up with a tow truck. They diagnosed the problem and since the truck couldn t move towed it to his shop which was in Kansas. He s the best. He went above and beyond to get us the part that we needed. He even went to the extent where he bought the Driver food and took the driver wherever the driver needed to go because the driver didn t have a car and the truck was broke down. He even drove all the way to another part of the state which was two hours away to pick up a part. If you guys are ever in the area, not only is his work good but he s the sweetest guy ever run into. I won hundred percent support his business and I hope you guys do the same!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!!! These people tried to charge us a THOUSAND DOLLARS to fix an oil leak and some wiring in our tail lights, after they told us it was going to be $600 (we paid $800!). They sold us a used oil pan as brand new (Crooks!), which we didn't even need and they didn't bother to check. And to top it off, THEY SPIT TOBACCO IN OUR TRUNK! So petty and disgusting! When we left a bad review, they said "sorry your car had problems" like this was our fault. Our car had problems? It had burnt out tail lights and an oil leak. That's childish. This business is a shame on the community! Those good reviews are lies from their friends!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

The only thing crazy about this place is how awesome of mechanics they have... I travel for a living and was passing through and had some car troubles... Welll,,, they got me right in Figured it out quick had parts a.s.a.p. and even went out of there way to get me a tire I needed and get me back on the road has quick has they could.. the price was very fair and the work and customer service was the best.. its really hard to find good mechanics i was these guys were from my town. They are new to the building they are in so still getting set up. The building is really cool older building with great old features but don't let that scare you away trust me its worth it.. But they are gonna do great with their business with great service and reliability. Definitely saving this place if I ever need it again.. thank you guys soo so much.

My wife and I received the most courteous service from the owner and his employees while they replaced the starter and leaking battery on our vehicle. We were very pleased with the workmanship and cost of the parts and labor. We highly recommend Crazy R's!Service: BatteryService: Battery

�\_( )_/� Who knew that Fort Scott has a hidden gem with auto repairs? Ray at Crazy R's is a great mechanic! He sure knows what he is doing and he gets the job done at a fair price. There is no price gauging on parts and the labor price is the best in Fort Scott. If I ever need a mechanic again, you are getting my business. I was broke down on hwy & these guys stopped to help me repair my hoses. Brought me water & antifreeze no charge. I'm definitely bringing my family to them. They went above & beyond to help me. Absolutely 5stars!! Ty guys!! Keep up the great customer service!!

Got my starter and belts replaced for a fraction of the price other dealers charge. My starter still works past the first 6 months unlike previous experiences. Highly recommend.

These guys are great! I had my truck break down on a road trip, and they were the only ones that would even look at it. Even though it was Labor Day weekend they came in on Sunday and put in extra time to get me rolling again! Thanks guys!

Made an appointment over the phone showed up on time for an appointment and Mr crazy are threw me out of the shop and said he was too busy after I drove an hour and a half to his location you should take your business somewhere else call five times no return phone call you should take your business somewhere else

Vehicle has been in shop over 2 months and owner has not given timely updates. Attempted to move vehicle to another location and shop is holding vehicle based on amount due which they did not inform us of.
