Love the taco pizza, even cold it s still great, this one was not at all, barely any toppings, the lettuce was spare and wilted so bad like it had been sitting in the warmer way too long as well as the tomato s and the chips were soggy as heck, I didn t call it in or take it back because the roads are bad but really disappointed in what I received!

We love Casey s General Stores! This location did not live up to our expectations, though. The facilities and grounds were relatively clean. The towels were out in the restroom, the squeegees were out of water at our gas pump, and there were 7 things out of order in the drink area, including the ice cream machine. ?!?!?!? We got some snacks and coffee, which is always awesome at Casey s!

The kitchen staff were extremely nice when we went there a few times today. The cashier's weren't at all respectful or anything. My fiance and I went there a few times and yes I agree we sat there this morning trying to figure out places to go since we just got a job up this way for one of us. They said we had to leave when I am 24 weeks pregnant and had to pee and then one of the kitchen staff called me over to talk for a minute. He was extremely nice and respectful. That is the only good thing about this Casey's. I hate writing bad reviews but sometimes I am given no choice.

Stopped here for gas and a quick snack. When got in line to pay the cashier had a dog that she was holding and playing with behind the register while she was just chit chatting with the customer (apparently her mother). There was 1 person ahead of us and 2 behind us. Even though the cashier was nice; but, we had somewhere to be and she had no since of urgency and I thought it was very unprofessional to have a dog behind the counter . I would think that would be some sort of health code violation since the dog was resting on the counter potentially??? Anyway, someone needs to tell her that she needs to not worry about playing with a dog and talking to her mom/ friend/ whoever it was and wait on the customers in line.

Got 2 slices of pizza there that were almost 2 hours past there fresh time, and got charged full price for it. I feel like pizza thats old by 2 hours or old at all should be marked down if you're gonna sell it. They have done it for me before when the pizza was past its fresh time. But being told, "there isn't anything i can do about it" in a rude tone while the employee is rolling their eyes at me should not be acceptable.

Stopped at 12:00pm traveling from NW Arkansas back to Omaha Ne, hoping to pick up a quick bite for lunch. Two icky looking salads was all that was in the cooler for quick foods. Only a couple pieces of pizza in warmer, no other food ready whatsoever. Ordered a fried chicken sandwich, wanted lettuce and tomatoes on it and was told it would take 4 minutes, 15 minutes later I was taking my sandwich with only lettuce on it and squished into the wrong size box. Very disappointing .

I ordered two pizzas on your app. It said it would be ready to pick-up at 6:04 pm got there they had no record of me ordering it. They got real rude about it had to make them look at my phone to prove I ordered from that store. This the third time this has happened at this location. The last three times I've gotten gas the pumps ha e been out of receipt paper. This is at the ft scott location.

It was our first time going there and we had just stopped to get gas and maybe snacks or whatever because we were headed back to Texas all the way from Wisconsin and we stopped and got their pizza and we had pizza all over the US and there's was the best we've ever had it wasn't greasy was fresh ingredients made right in front of us if you get a chance stop there and you won't regret it.

Jessica always makes the best food and always makes my food right the first time. I'd give her a 10/10 she definitely deserves a raise she makes everything consistently and is always nice to me when I come in.

I have ordered pizza from this store twice. Both times they have said it will be ready in 20 minutes. When I get there in 25 minutes they have not even started the order. This time there there were NO Pizzas in the oven. THE ORDER WAS JUST SITTING THERE NOT STARTED! So Here I Sit In the stinking parking lot for 30 minutes! NEVER AGAIN!

Love Casey s most are ran very nice however the manager at this location is quite rude, almost always!EDIT TO ADD REVIEW UPDATE FROM 1STAR TO 5 !!!: I am so happy to be able to update my review 7/14/23 This Caseys is under new management, and it is running so much better, almost all of the staff are now friendly and helpful great job to Caseys for making necessary changes and entrusting your business to someone who represents it well. Leslie (new manager) has made huge strides in improving this Caseys. I am changing my 1 star to 5 at this time because they are working hard in here and I appreciate the change, this is the first time in my opinion this Caseys has run well since it opened in this little town. Congratulations on turning 1 star into 5 with the right people!

The reason to stop at Casey's is they are typically clean, well run shops for gasoline and snacks. Not so much the Ft. Scott location. Half the pumps were out of service. The urinal in the men's room was also not functioning. No paper hand towels in the men's room (my wife noted the same issue in the women's room). Some of the fountain drinks were out of service, but the ginger ale was "working". We should have checked before we left, because once on the road it turned out to taste like straight carbonated water.Maybe my bar is set too high based on the positive experiences in almost every other Casey's store, but Ft Scott's a disappointment.

Always a pleasure and relief getting to ft scott caseys from olathe ks. A needed restroom break, Always a caseys pizza or 2,a couple scratch off tickets AND a caseys coffee ! The people are much friendlier both in the store and out compared to olathe, Johnson co. ....Then just 40 more minute ride and wife and I are visiting daughter and grandkids in oronogo mo.

The food is amazing. I love their pizza, even though sometimes the cheese likes to slide around. What matters is the taste and its great. It can get super busy there though. Especially if you want gas, but I think most gas stations on that highway though there get way to busy at times. Doesn't help the city keeps tearing up the road either.

Clean restrooms, well lit fuel stations, friendly staff. Love the pizza so I stop everywhere. It's a great chain gas station/general store!

Last night I went there and.cooks.were not.weating hair nets. And.were rubbing there.hands on.there.faces. talking on there telephone coughing. Not covering there.mouth. and in the.food area.blowing.there noses yrs they washed there.hqnds.but did not sanatize the.food.surfaces.

I personally always love going to casseys. They have awesome deals threw there app and off the app. The staff is always ready to help and get you what you need if it's not stocked.

I will never go Into this store again after the way I was treated today ever the lady that was making my food was extremely rude to me when I went to make a complaint to the manager she made an excuse for her saying she's short handed and doing a lot of work but another cusromer came up to the counter and she was as friendly as can be to him so I went to an employee that I know and asked for corporates number since the manager just wanted to make excuses the manager became angry and shouted at me from the counter then she told me I shouldn't be talking to her employee about my compat and to leave her store I told her as soon as I get my food I will leave she gave me corporates number and I made a complaint HORRIBLE MANAGER HORRIBLE EMPLOYEE

The lack of customer service they like to close up early so they can smoke dope. Tried to get some food for the road 2 hours before they close kitchen guy was out front smoking looks like going to be stopping at the other place in town from now on

Refused to sell me gas because I don't have a mask. Other Casey's stores haven't said a thing to me about mask but at this store apparently its a life or death situation.

Cheese stick were burnt. Pizza very greasy. Not impressed at all. Worst $40 ever.

Place is nice, the food not so much. Bland is the best thing I can say about it. Tasteless and stale are more accurate.
