Candie Conley at Briggs Auto in Fort Scott, KS is the woman you want to call if your in search for a vehicle. My honest review: I honestly have always dreaded vehicle shopping. But there comes a time when you have to, and when you have to, you want to have someone who You can trust. Someone that isn't pushy, that listens, that has true character and integrity. These are just a few of many qualities that sales women Candie Conley has that makes her incredibe to work with.I didn't have time to waste and Candie Conley made the process for me so smooth. She worked with me, was patient and kind and I'm telling you she got me an a vehicle that I completely love!Briggs gave me an awesome trade-in value for my other vehicle.I have had my vehicle for a week now and had some questions about how to operate the audio system, I messaged Candie she told me to come right over and she helped me figure it out.She just has a great sincere presence about her And I truly appreciate the service I received at Briggs Auto in Fort Scott and would refer anyone looking for a new ride to check them out, but I absolutely recommend Candie Conley who's office is on the North side by the Toyota department. She's the best and will help you!

I called to make service appointment for 12:30 on Mar 12. No problem. Due to personal reasons I needed to change the time so called day before to see if I could come in earlier on the 12th. Was told 10 was full but they could get me in @11. Great. Got here at 10:45 to be told I was scheduled at 1:00 and was also told they never schedule for 12:30 because everyone is at lunch. Showed them my text confirmation but they just shrugged and said they would try to get me in. I do not appreciate the incompetence and disregard for my time. Even the sales department here is awful. Have made an appointment in the past to look at a car and got here to find out the salesman we made it with was unavailable although he is sitting at his desk chatting with another coworker. Will be buying a new car soon and it will not be from here. Would rather drive a distance to a dealership that understands customer service

Their service department is great! Adam and the whole team have gone above and beyond to help me out with a car that wasn t even purchased there. They have gotten me into a loaner car when needed and very fast. At the time I had just had surgery on a broken foot and Adam and the office ladies even helped me move over the car seats because I couldn t carry them. Adam has always advocated for my vehicle to be repaired under the warranty and succeeded in getting the repairs done at no cost to me. He is very friendly and easy to work with and always kept me updated on the status of my vehicle and the repairs.

Drove 2 hours they said they would beat topeka ks briggs price and I drive the 2 hours and they off me same price ... wast of time and want top dolar for damaged auction junk... tahoe I looked at leaking oil when I got there

They took advantage of my grandfather when he went into there. high % rate, extra for extended warranties, just took advantage of an elderly man. DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THESE PEOPLE!! CON ARTIST!!

Wont negotiate. vehicle i went to look at wanted top dollar and it was missing knobs in the interior and had pain pen pouch up work. very disappointed
