This is an amazing dealership!They had a full schedule for the week but squeezed me in somehow to take care of my issue with my truck knowing that I had a 1100 mile trip back home!I would highly recommend them, and cannot think them enough for their Great service!!The service writers and service manager were all very helpful.

The best auto buying experience I've ever had. Louise was very helpful and no pressure type salesperson. Plus they usually have the best prices around and with multiple lots they more than likely will have something to fit your car search wishes.

Service has always been great. The Ford technician that works on my truck is fantastic and thorough. When I walk in the door scheduling is never a problem and the staff is friendly. However, after you make an appointment, in the next 20 minutes, plan on getting two text messages, an email, and a phone call from a call center 3 hours away to confirm your appointment. Also, when you drop your vehicle off, I recommend getting the direct line to the service desk. Even though you call your local number it will go to a call center three hours away and the person answering has no idea what s going on with your vehicle. It s very frustrating.

I was having transmission issues with shifting when it was first started. I was able to get an air for service. They got me into the service center at my scheduled appointment time. Randy found a computer update that was missing on my truck. He installed the update and so far so good. Hopefully this will solve the issue. Eric, the service advisor, kept me informed of my vehicle s status throughout the process. Thanks Briggs Auto!

I called and made an appointment for an oil change and fuel filter replacement. The day before my appointment, I called again to verify the appointment. After dropping off my truck and walking to lunch, I returned to the news that they did not have the fuel filter, and would have to wait, the length of wait depending on where the filter was coming from. Then I was told that the technician had put in the wrong weight and type of oil.My wife, grandchildren and I were there for over 3 hours for what should have been less than an hour job. Please explain, as they knew I was coming and what I needed.I was billed over $560.00 ( this was after I was told that they were giving me $40.00 off for the long wait). I then received an email message saying my bill was $434.25. Please explain.When I went out to my truck, there was a brand new door ding in the left rear door. I know it was new, because I had just waxed the truck that morning. Please explain.

Had an appointment for oil change. Took 2 hours. Just oil change! They were very nice the whole time but geez. Should be a 10 minute job. 30 at most.

10/10 would recommend and will go back to again. I have had multiple people in the general area recommend this dealership, and when my girlfriend s Ford Escape needed a minor recall, we decided to take it to them We we re not disappointed. EXCELLENT customer service, from over the phone to in store, quick and quality work, and some of the best communication I ve ever had when dealing with a dealership. 10/10 would recommend and will go back to again.

This sales experience was smooth sailing. Candie had no problem trading in my leased Toyota for a 2018 ford that I now own, all within about two hours. I can certainly recommend this dealership if you're in the market for a used car

Needed a second key for a 15 year old car. Key has to be programmed as it has a chip in it. Ace tried to do it, but their blanks didn't work. Would have taken 10 minutes if the code had transferred. Had to go to the Ford dealer: Brigg's. It was $45 more, but hey, this is a dealer and it's to be expected. Made an appointment. After an hour of waiting, I had to check in and ask for an ETA on getting the key, was told there was a problem with the machine cutting the key, and it wouldn't be much longer. After another half hour, I got up to check again. It was just done and next in line for getting the paperwork done. If something like cutting a key that takes 10 minutes normally is going to take an hour or more, someone should come out and let the customer know. This is the second time in 4 years or so I've gone to Brigg's. The first was to fill in a tiny chip in a windshield. That took nearly two hours. It takes Safelite 15 minutes when they come to me house. I hope I never have to go back to Brigg's.

They took care of all my recalls & they got my AC going. I am really thankful to the mechanics. There is one thing that maybe they can improve on & it is to work more on communication with the customers. Overall, I am satisfied.

hold my drink I got a story to tell you y'all. I think for mechanics they're not bad. But the service department management or at least the lady that picks up the phone horrible. Like she will never call you back like never. You can call and they will say she not available. But don't worry you just have to walk In The door to see her at her desk. So calling is useless. My truck was there for over a month. And still didn't get fixed. Story keep changing about what was wrong with the truck. And if it wasn't for me pushing everyday my truck would have sat there for year. Also I had 2 fuel injectors leaking when dropped off. They fixed that under warranty but all of a sudden my dpf sensors went bad. And that not covered. But instead of Ordering the part they just sat there. No one calling for warranty or anything. Also I just got the truck 6 months ago and they wanted me to pay 6,000 for a part witch I would have payed for if they ordered instead of just sitting there doing nothing. So this company is taking advantage of a small town. Go to Pitt or Oakes for a ford.

The only reason I didn't give a 5 is because they said they would call me when the part came in, and instead I had to call them!! Other than that they were able to get us in and out very quickly and completed the programming of the new key fob fory Dad's truck!!!

Customee service is always great and they always do a great job working on my car. The only problem I have is they never call to tell me my car is done until 5 minutes before closing time. Then they expect me to be there to pay and get my keys before they close or they lock your keys inside. I have 2 toddlers...it takes 5 minutes just to strap each kid into their carseats in my husbands car, then I gotta get my husband in the car, then drive there.

Service manager, Jeff Cheney, and his technicians that serviced my air conditioner on my 2008 F-150 went above and beyond what one would normally expect to receive. Their goal was not only to service my air conditioner but to make sure that I was happy and received friendly and quality service. My vehicle was bought new at this facility and has always been serviced in their shop. Although it has changed ownership the service is still the best.

We scheduled a recall appointment and an oil change. When we picked up the car we're told the recall part has to be ordered and we owe $120 for an oil change. That is an exorbitant amount. When looking over the paperwork we see that the tires were rotated which we didn't ask for. Other than recalls we won't be bringing our vehicle back for services.

They changed my oil and serviced my car, but they completely messed up my openers on the visor! Now, I m going to have to lay someone to fix it! More than mad! I have no idea what they did!

Had an awesome experience here. Came in with an idea of what I wanted and after working with Charles and Austin, I got something better at a more affordable rate. They make buying a car seem more like an adventure and less of a hassle. Recommend for anyone, but definitely friendly for first time buyers!

I have always wanted a jeep for myself and I found one I liked at briggs. Kevin Filby and the sales team did a great job in processing my info, I bought my vehicle outright. The entire process only took a couple days and I was on my way! Overall good experience and the staff were friendly and helpful! I am pleased with my jeep to this day. Briggs does have a great team! I would recommend and I have already sent people their way!

Im not sure what has happened to this dealership. I have bought two cars from them. First go was a good experiance. Second go has been horrible on top of service losing my parts not returning calls. Doing half the services and then just put to the side. You can call and call and never get straight answers or get told they will find out and call back. No call backs my parts still missing.
