Gave me a comprehensive understanding of priorities for my own car. Pictures, breakdown of test results, verbal conversation,, Tom was great! It was illuminating for the modern mechanic. (With the right tools, I can totally do those things.) Worth the diagnostic, and trust they could fix everything wrong with my little Honda if I cannot. I trust the prices they would offer.Cross your fingers for me!! Thank you so much for the education.Appreciated.

I asked for a diagnostic/quote for my car and they tried charging me for a bunch of other fixes that were totally unnecessary. They tried charging me $1700 for something that my own mechanic quoted me for $200. They saw that I was a girl, needing a fix during their slowest season, and they tried to take advantage of that. Good thing I actually bothered to ask around! Otherwise they would ve cheated me. If you aren t already a customer with them, they ll take advantage of you. Don t come here.

My whole family has been taking vehicles to these guys for years. They re always so friendly and helpful! They back/guarantee their work and it s always the best quality. Plus they re great at communicating with their customers. They ve sent me back to my dealership before and saved me a lot of money on fixing something that was covered under my warranty at the time. They ve really gone above and beyond to help us over the years and I couldn t recommend them more.

Very honest and accurate in their descriptions of mechanical issues. They provide pictures and videos of any issues they see, which is a feature not many mechanics have in the area. Highly recommend.

These guys are fantastic to work with. I myself own a car dealership, and when I found out how fair and detailed they were servicing my wifes car, I was hooked! When we broke down on our trip all we could think about was how are we going to get our car back up and running for a fair price. Our plates are from 3 states away so we were sure we were going to get taken advantage of. We weren't far from Wolf's place and since the reviews were great we decided to tow it there. We assumed they would be busy and shorthanded (as most the world is right now) but hoped they would understand our situation and help us out. Turns out they were super helpful and understanding of our situation. I could tell that they cared and wanted to get us fixed and back on the road just as soon as possible. Yes they were busy and yes I did have to be flexible with their schedule, but I am sure glad we found them. I was certain the water pump was bad, but after their thorough and impressive valuation they found it was just the idler pulley. We talked about a few things that were recommended and with no pressure we decided together the best way to fix the car. Never once did I ask for the costs because I just wanted to get back on the road. When the time came to pay the bill I was extremely satisfied. I felt like I was treated like one of their long time regular customers. We drove 10 hours the next day without one problem. I would recommend them to anyone.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Cost of repair was outrageous compared to anyone in a 40 mile radius ( more then double) and was higher then the dealer .If I wasn t in a bad spot ( over heating ) and was closer ( broke down on way home from the lake) I would had just took it somewhere else. But I felt as if they knew they had me.You claim your prices was competitive to local shops. I challenge you to pick up the phone and make the calls yourself to find out that that s not true!I lived a hour away, had that not been the case I would had just picked it up and took it elsewhere.Water pump and thermostat replacement on a 06 Yukon 5.3.I was charged $770.00 . Great service as usualCalled Wolff's to schedule service on my 2006 Honda Element. Car was running horrible and dying frequently. Code showed a misfire on cylinder #1. Tom said it may need a valve adjustment and provided a detailed written/emailed breakdown of all mechanical issues with vehicle including cost of repair of my immediate concern. Had the vehicle repaird in 24 hours and it runs better than it has in a long long time. Thanks guys for your honesty and expertise.Steve Ross

Wolff Diagnostic is at the top of my list now. After experiencing great service and satisfaction with the work performed on my vehicle. I took my vehicle in with a couple of issues. Wolff Diagnostic not only repaired the problem but went beyond and did a full inspection of vehicle and gave me a list of repairs car needed. They want to make sure my vehicle is safe. I have had 2 Toyota 4 Runners serviced here in the last 2 years. I could not rate them higher. Their diagnostics are wonderful. With their color coding, red being needing immediate attention to yellow in the future and green being good, you know exactly where your car health stands. My personal experience is I trust them with all my family vehicles!

I've used Wolff 2 times now - the very first time for a conventional visit - my headlight wasn't working, and they were quick and very helpful with fixing the issue. Extremely professional, reasonably priced, and a knowledgeable team.The 2nd visit I've had with them was this afternoon - I had picked up a screw in my tire earlier that morning, and before leaving Eudora to head into Lawrence for repairs, I needed more air in my tire. The only place in town I could think of that I knew would be open and have an air pump was Wolff, so I hurried over to their building, told them my issue, and they filled my tire, FREE OF CHARGE, and sent me on my way.This was a small act of kindness, but it really helped me out - their generosity was incredibly appreciated, and it truly shows that Wolff genuinely wants to help the people they work with. Thank you all so much for the excellent service during both of my visits. 5+ Stars!! Would 100% recommend.

I recently had issues with my car and ended up having it towed to Wolff's. Despite it being close to a holiday they squeezed me in and were able to look and determine the issue was a broken water pump - I had feared much worse. Excellent shop! Broke down on I-70 and they were the only shop that were willing to work on the car the next day. Clutch went out and they ordered part before the car had even showed up to their shop. They were able to install the clutch the next day and I was on my way with no other issues with the car. They also do a detailed and excellent inspection before working on the car, and the people there are honest and very nice.

The guys always do what they can to get you in as soon as possible. They always give you honest feedback on what your automobile needs and what is a priority.
