John did a phenomenal job walking me through the whole process that needed to take place in order to repair my vehicle. He worked with me one on one to explain the process that would take place and worked steadily to return my vehicle to me in a reasonable amount of time. He even made sure that I knew that he would take care of any communication that needed to take place with the rental car company. I ve taken my Truck here twice now for two different issues and was promptly taken care of - fast and clairvoyant service. The owner is a autowork all-arounder. The clear knowledge and transparency is what I feel draws me back. Would recommend to others easily.
