Prompt, excellent service, came out and picked us up on a dirt road West of Lake Kahola. Driver was there in under an hour, got our vehicle w 2 flat tires loaded quickly and safely. We were at Walmart Auto center for tire repairs less than an hour later. Thanks for the fast courteous service!

We had some issues with our 2009 Dodge journey not wanting to start, i called and someone was out in less than 20 mins was Friday night around 730pm. After getting hitched up went to put it in N and started right up after over an hour of myself trying to get it to start. No charge was due as the tow driver said he didn't do anything. But he was wrong i will remember this for the next time i need a tow, nice to see good people out there. Thanks Williams Towing & Recovery for a stress free night.

I am the Owner/COO with SOS Towing & Recovery and have had the unfortunate need for my Equipment to be rescued on the side of the road not just once, but multiple times. Williams Towing & Recovery has been the most impressive, professional and experienced group of Tow Operators I have ever had the pleasure of having to deal with in an unfortunate emergency situation.Being in the business myself I automatically look at the way they do their job in a different light than a normal truck driver. To say they are exceptional at what they do is an understatement. Thank you to Clint, Chris and every single one of the boys at Williams for being there for me and my company.

We had a semi go off the road when the weather was bad. Williams towed it to their yard. The freight inside the trailer still needed to go where it was being delivered. However, Williams held our cargo hostage until the $19k tow bill was paid by insurance then charged us another $5k to transload it onto another trailer 1 month... 1 month later. I understand their position, but they get away with it because there are no laws and regulations on what they can and cant do.

William's Towing really helped us out of a bind when our trailer broke down about 10 miles out of town. The kept it in their secure lot for a few weeks until we could come back and get our stuff. When we came back they let us get to work, with no issues, and everything was exactly as we had left it. Great, friendly crew!

I don't believe I have ever experienced a company that goes above and beyond to help their customers! They truly made a day that seemed so grim and there seemed to be nothing to smile about they TRULY cared and did everything in their power which allowed me to smile! Thanks again!

Unfortunately, we hit a deer on our way to a family vacation. Our truck broke down and we contacted Williams wreck services since they were the closest to our location. On our first call with Shane, we requested a quote for different towing locations. He asked for our location and about 20 min later he and his manager Joe showed up to our location. We had never agreed for the services, as we wanted to first call and check with our insurance to see if we had roadside assistance. Regardless of any of the agreement they charged us $120 dollar for just coming out there, which we paid, as they were very demanding about the situation.After we called our insurance we found out we had roadside assistance, which service was requested and provided by William s through the insurance. CLINT (THE OWNER) WAS Very helpful and understanding he was able to refund the $120 through Venmo right away!Service: Car towing

Was driving through Kansas for the first time and didn't realize the gas stations were so far apart. Ran out of gas like an idiot! The gentleman I spoke with was super helpful and polite. He had a truck there in 20 minutes!! Awesome company.

Our tire blew out on hwy 50 just east of Strong City. Freddy showed up in less than 30 minutes, changed our tire, and followed us all the way to Emporia. Also it was 104 degrees. Freddy was friendly, quick, and helpful. Thank you!

My daughter's car was stolen and when law enforcement finally notified us there was a $450.00 storage fee on top of the $140.00 tow fee. The gentleman was very rude to us I'm guessing because I refused to pay the storage fee that the city had already said that we were not responsible for due to them not notifying us on the day the car was recovered. I called around and the other companies do NOT charge a fee for the victim of a stolen vehicle. I find it disgusting that they charged a young single mother this fee when she is the victim in this situation. You should be ashamed of yourselves and I guarantee myself and my family and friends will not be using your services and I suggest others to not either. The situation was made worse by the rudeness of the man who "helped" us. If I could give zero stars I would!!!!!Service: Car towing

I called them and told them my wife was broke down they told me it would be about an hour and they got there is in 25 mins. Got my wife towed and the service was amazing. These guys got you anytime anywhere!!Service: Car towingService: Car towing

Shane picked us up quickly. He then took us to get the needed part and found someone to fix our car so we could get back on the road. It was late at night, he was kind and professional. Both he and the gentleman who fixed the car were wonderful with our 6 year old son who was excited by the trucks and shop. It s nice to find the good people out in the world and the men at Williams Tow are definitely in that category.Service: Car towing

This crew is amassing. They all went above and beyond what they needed to. From first time they arrived to the accident to driving me to a hotel after the day ended the professionalism never stopped. Would recommend Williams towing 100% every time.

Picked up at 1930 on 9/21. Excellent service, terrific employees. Great prices honest and upfront. Got straight to work on my rig. 10/10 would definitely recommend. Shoutout to the tow truck driver who serviced me. Man deserves a raise!

I got stuck in the mud on an unmaintained road and Freddy from Williams Towing came out and got me out. He couldn t get out there with his truck but he helped me maneuver out until the truck came free. He made sure that I made it down the road to pavement before heading out. Excellent, quick, kind, and friendly service. Would definitely call on them again if the need arose. Highly recommend.

These guys helped us tow our tractor because it wouldn't start back up and it had an oil leak, they said they could diagnose where the leak was coming from and then we could decide if we wanted to hire them for the mechanical work. It took them over a week to tell me where the leak was coming from and that was because of my constant calls for update. After pricing was discussed and we didn't agree on the price given we told them no, so I guess he didn't like it and over charged us for another 1 1/2 of labor, after we had already agreed on only 3hrs of labor for diagnosing. When the truck gets down to our yard we had a mechanic come look at it and he says that the only issues with the truck was a loose oil filter causing the whole issue. These folks overcharged us and couldn't even or maybe intentionally mal-diagnosed the issue.

Good overall service, but I am rating them 2 out of 5 for price. You do not want to tow your vehicle to their site as it will cost you $30/day! This cost should have been made clear to my son when he had to choose where to tow our vehicle. He racked up a $345 dollar bill.

I was stranded 2.5 hours away from home this past Mother's day. I called Williams towing and was quoted 850.00 for a tow home that day. I called around other places and the I called back thru said tgey couldn't do it that day to call tomorrow. I called the next morning and was told tget would call me back. When they called back they said it would be the next day before they could do it. Needless to say I called their competitors and they brought me home that day.I would no recommend this company.

Unfortunately I broke down and my truck wouldn't idle. I have no Apu unit so no way to get heat. It was 10 degrees and the wind chill was below zero degrees. Anyway I called Williams Towing Inc. and Clint the owner came out to pick me up so I didn't freeze to death. I'm thankful for him and his employees. Everyone was professional and courteous! I would definitely recommend there services!

Nice people! Had an emergency needed a new u joint replaced on my PTO drive line. They offered to help when no one else could or would. I came by, they pulled it apart, went to NAPA to get the parts and got me back in business.
