Let me start by saying Trey and Jessica were very friendly throughout the buying process, and I love my jeep(mostly). Update: While there was some miscommunication by both myself and Sommers, they have been very attentive in clearing that up and have made every effort, and resolved the situation!That being said I would certainly feel comfortable buying from them in the future and would not hesitate to send anyone I know there also, their customer service really does set the bar high!

Great experience! Jessica and Trey were nothing short of incredible very friendly people. My wife and I went in to look at a few cars, and we ended up with a great Subaru Forester. Cannot recommend Sommer s enough! The service is unbeatable.

Had one of the best experiences buying a car. Never had I met a couple so profecional yet so down to earth and willing to help. I would not recomend any other dealer if you are in the emporia area. Things happen for a reason and wife and I going to emporia was the reason to meet y'all. Excellent service Excellent treatment.

04/10/23 purchased vehicle from Sommers Auto Plaza with a cashier check from Lyon County State Bank for $6696.6704/13/23 Cars pcv gasket and oil pan go bad causing oil to go all over the engine, overheat and smoke out the engine. Repaired for free. Picked up the following day on 04/14/23.06/13/23 vehicles pcv gasket and oil pan broke once again and oil pump also broke. Kept my car for 10 days.06/22/23 Attempted to charge me over $1600 for vehicle repairs and negotiated price down. I was charged $688.11 for vehicle repairs. Vehicle was returned on the same day of 06/22/23 after paying Sommers auto for the service and leaving the car began going over the rpms and revving on its own. It then began to overheat and smoke. Upon inspection and questioning I was told the mechanic never returned my oil dipstick or engine cover as well as raising my hood and tightening the hood release. The mechanic had only test driven my vehicle in city limits and not on the highway and also had not washed fluids off the engine block. Sommers kept it overnight to fix said problems and return it the next day.06/23/23 received vehicle from Sommers. Noticed shifter was very loose but other problems had been fixed and replaced. Was charged $26.08 for parts.06/24/23 Vehicles shifter solanoid damaged after driving to work. After getting into the parking lot the shifter would move freely but would not acknowledge any changes in gear and became stuck in drive. Parking break had to be applied and vehicle was unable to be turned off. Towed to Black Creek Auto and billed $75 for towing.06/26/23 Black Creek fixed the problem on the car. It was missing a bolt and the cord was loose on my shift solenoid. After calling Sommers auto plaza Jessica Sommer refused to make a refund and decided to say I "went behind their back for going to a different shop" While discussing how they did me wrong and that I wanted my money back they hung up the phone.Jessica Sommer is absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful when you actually add tension to wanting your money back and their entire team is nothing but crooks who want money out of any sucker they can. Ruined my first car buying experience. I'll be making a court claim and have reached out to the Kansas Attorney General.

Trey was phenomenal in handling our purchase! We drove from Wichita to pick up our Malibu, and after test driving it upon our arrival, Trey had our paperwork completed and we were out the door in 20 minutes! This is a new dealership, and they are doing it right-no dealer games, extremely fair prices, and very clean facilities. You are treated like a friend, not a nameless customer. Amazing selection and even better customer service. Trey and his wife helped us out every step of the way and we left with a great experience and will definitely be back to work with them again. 5 out of 5 would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

I went in and looked at some vehicles did an app the guy was kinda rude and told me he would call me in the next couple of hours and so I called the next day at noon and he said oh I haven't gotten to it yet and then told me he would call at 2 and did not so I called him again and he told me that it would be 500 down and 275 a month they even gave me the vin number to look around for at insurance and then I called them back again cause I wanted to make sure everything went through and he told me oh now we can't do it for you. Trey is who I dealt with. I would not recommend getting a vehicle from them.

Drove all the way from Topeka on a Saturday morning to look at a vehicle. Called first and the machine stated if they didn't answer, they were helping customers. When we showed up, NO ONE there!!! Horrible, HORRIBLE business practices!
