Used the basic wash. Some bird droppings and old dust remained on the trunk lid. Returned to the cashier with my receipt and received a 2nd wash which removed everything satisfactorily. The vacuums are the best around. Well worth the money!

Listen folks, over the years, I have become quite the auto-carwash connoisseur. I have had dozens of memberships at places all over the country. So trust me when I say that this is the most well ran, clean, and well equipped car washes I have ever visited! I was greeted with smiles and good conversation and every staff member that I encountered appeared to be very knowledgeable and committed to making their place of work better!Now the beat part.... The actual owner was on site, in uniform, and actively working to make his business better. Super inspiring!If you like keeping your whip clean, definitely check out the monthly unlimited was plans! They are the absolute cheapest that I've seen yet!Thanks again for everything Mr. G. And good luck on your upcoming election!

I'm from out of town and stopped in there with quite a few issues with a lot of bugs on the front of my car. The lady that was working the car wash was honest up front that it would be tough to get. All the bugs off was so helpful and went above and beyond my expectations to get most of the bugs off. Stopping in emporia again. I would definitely get my car washed here. This world needs more employees like she was. Thank you

I went there Friday to wash my truck. After paying I was driving forward and the gate arm came down on my truck. The arm was already damaged, so they are aware it hits vehicles. When I reported it after riding through the wash I got nothing but obfuscation and lies from the mgt as they tried to deny they damaged my truck. I never even got an apology for the arm hitting my truck. I won't take another vehicle to a Mr G's place ever.

I was not impressed with this car wash. I did the deluxe package. My truck still had alot of mud around my tires after going through the wash. I had water spots on my vehicle. I used there vaccum and the hose was broken. However the worker at the window was very nice and friendly. Overall rating . I will not be referring them to anyone I know.

I went to use the dog wash for my dogs. I washed them and when I was done I went to vacuum them off and the vacuum didn't work. When I told the girls I saw outside about the issue, they did nothing to try to resolve the issue. I ended up having to leave there with 2 soaking wet dogs. Was not happy they should have at least tried to resolve the problem.

Got the "Executive Deluxe" wash. Total waste of $15. It just kind of rinsed some of the dust off my car. Still had dust on my windshield, top of my car, and trunk lid. Could have gotten the same result at home with a garden hose. Don't let the snazzy appearance of this place trick you. You don't get a quality wash. It rushes your car through too fast and doesn't use enough water to even make a difference. I won't be returning.

Doesn't do a very good job. Had to go thru a couple times. Don't have anything to wipe car down and the vacuum didn't work very good tried 3 different machines. Tried it for 3 months never got any better.

This is such a great car wash! It has floor mat cleaners with dryers! With dryers lol! The employees are amazing as well. I have been cleaning my car with Mr G for probably closer to ten years. He s a stand up guy. If there were ever any issues with the vacuums (at his old place) he would give free vacuuming and a top notch wash in automatic car wash. Chris is THE sweetest and best sales lady probably ever lol she makes this car wash experience 10000 times better Very knowledgeable in what the car wash has to offer and so upbeat!Back to the new place, love how convenient it is and and how well it cleans my car. They use top notch products for cleanliness! Their equipment is top of the line. I ll never go anywhere else

Employee reached into the back of my truck. Took ratchet straps out of my truck and took inside. I would have had no problem with this. If someone would have been there to give them back or told me that they had removed them. However, the blowers were turned off & ratchet straps were NOT returned! If the reason for taking straps out were because of risk of blowing out when blowers were turned on. That risk was eliminated when they turned OFF the blowers. Leave my straps in my vehicle. Or at very least. Be there to return my belongings when I exit. Very disappointed. Oh after calling the girl out on it. She offered to run me back through with just the dryers! No thanks I'll use Club Carwash from now on. They don't appear to be as shady!Service: Auto detailing

CHRIS! She was AMAZING! She made me feel valued even before I decided to become a member. I love how nice everyone is, how fast you get your car clean and how amazing my car looks after I leave. The only thing can be improved upon is putting shelter over the vacuums to block the wind and sun while using them.

Very nice staff. Awesome car wash that does it all!! Washes, dries, has a car mat cleaner, powerful vacuums and a Pet Wash all in one place. I love it!

Chris is such a fabulous employee! Little did she know I was running behind this morning and she came out to my car while I was vacuuming and asked if I wanted her to run my mats through the cleaning station. Super sweet lady, & she made my day.

Okay so I'm so glad that Emporia got Mr. G's. I paid for the monthly plan and it is so cool to go in there every day and get a car wash if I want.Fun excursion too and I come out with a clean car!

For the price, I will go to the car wash at Caseys or farther down on 50 Hwy. I still had a good deal of mud and such on my running boards and dirt on the sides of my car. Too fast for the price.

Was surprised how well this washed my car. The vacuum was awesome!! Unlimited time was nice!! Watch your stuff or this vacuum will make it disappear real quick!!

The girl that helped me with the payment machine was presiosa and the ride through the wash alone was worth the cost of the wash. Plus my truck got clean and shiny too.

Was here yesterday and the wash was very busy and let my anger get the best of me I would not want to take my car anywhere else to be cleaned for the easy and great job this place does there is no equal in Emporia and for the young woman I honked at when being impatient I apologize to you for my short temper thanks so much greatfull to be a club memeber

It's the nicest car wash in town. Automatic. I do believe you have to have a membership. I think it's $17 the first month

Went with a friend in her 2020 Toyota and it about took her passenger side mirror off. Way to expensive. The back window was still dirty afterwards. Not worth it
