Stopped by their shop this morning to have them fix my side x side tire . Fast and friendly service. I left their shop and was heading to Burlington area for work and had a blowout on my trailer tire . 2 of their workers was heading in the same direction to work on a tractor tire . They pulled over and helped me with my flat tire . I was very thankful for their help .

These guys were an absolute life saver!We had a blowout on our drive back to Indiana from Arizona. We were able to get the donut on and drive slowly in to town. We found them as they were close, but it turns out that they couldn't have have picked a better spot: they were friendly, helpful, quick, and very reasonably priced!Service: Tires

The service here is some of the best I've ever received - they are affordable, and their service is profession and quick. I brought a tractor tire in that was no longer staying sealed, and they resealed it without charging me - it lasted 2 years before the holes in the tire (my fault, not theirs) overcame the seal material and needed to be replaced. In and out quick. They found a nail in my tire and patched it up in no time. Super affordable. I'll always take my car to mels for all my tire needs!

Highly recommend. Tire was loosing air, changed the plugs and wouldnt charge because not sure problem was fixed, it was. These guys are there to service not to scalp out of staters. Even brought treats and wster for the pups.

Mel's got to us quickly and changed our trailer tires in no time! We were 25 minutes out from them when our trailer tire blew and he had us on our way in less than an hour from the time it happened. After getting a ridiculously high quote from a different dealership in town Mel's quote seemed like pocket change compared to the last guy. Mel's also got the problem fixed and had my vehicle up and running in no time. They are kind and courteous as well as understanding. They have a new customer for life. Thanks guys!!

We loaded up into our car to head to Wichita to catch an international flight - and realized that we had a nail in our tire. We frantically called Mel s, and they squeezed us in to their morning appointments. We were in and out in 15 minutes. These guys have been professional and friendly, every time.

The place seems good to people. But the tire they sell are priced very high. The same tire I found another places in low rate. But their behave is good and they some are provide free service of tire alignment if you buy from them. Service time is much more and commensurable.

Got a flat tire outside of emporia and Mel s was honest about getting us a real time estimate on when we would get our tires. We did have to stay overnight but they provided us excellent customer service and were fast at getting them put on our car as soon as they arrived. Had us back on the road 30min after receiving our tires! Super nice to our 10month old baby too Service: Tires

A big thank you to Randi and the team at Mels. Woke up to a dead battery this morning, got a jump and got to work and it was immediately dead again. Hit up Mels using their website and in less than an hour they called me with a couple of quotes and even came to my place of employment and swapped out the battery. Five star service, they will be getting my business from now on.Service: Battery

We were traveling from Wichita, KS to southern Ohio and our rim was cracked on our BMW. Mel's Tire went above and beyond & took the rim to get it welded. We made it back to Ohio thanks to their help!! We definitely would use them if we lived there.

AMAZING! Got me in and out in under 20min. I got a flat on my quick turn-around trip to Wichita and back to Kansas City. The entire staff was friendly, my kids felt included, and I will definitely stop by in the future if I ever need work done while in the area.Service: TiresService: Tires

These guys were awesome. They got is in and out and down the road very quickly. He even spotted that a couple of our other tired were low and filled em up. Great customer service at a more than fair price. Thanks guys! If we ever come through there with your troubles again, we know who to go see.

We lost a tire on our trailer. The gentleman came out very quick, and was on it, putting our tire on. He even noticed the other was not right and we replaced that as well. Very impressed with the little time it took him to get us back on the road!! Thank you!

I called ahead about an hour and when I got there they told to back up to the door. Start to finish semi tire repair. 28 minutes.. really fair price too. I can't say enough good about these guys
