Car wouldn't start. Called them and they came right over. They noticed the car was in "drive" Started it right up when put in "park". DUH! Canceled my card payment. Had a chuckle. The guys are great... friendly, professional & reasonably priced.

Break line broke on I35 on our way to Texas. They towed us back to their shop and started working on our car immediately. Very fast and reasonably priced.

So my girlfriend locked herself out of her vehicle on a Sunday right before Labor Day. They got to her and the vehicle in less than 20 minutes and unlocked in under 5. Very fast very professional and she said the person who came out was really cool and relaxed and had no issues helping out.

James is a wonderful owner. Couldn't be happier with service I received for being a out of towner running between KC and Witchita. RON, is a awesome tow driver, timely , funny, and courteous. These two are the crew for you.

We had our engine light flashing and the engine running rough just outside Emporia. A service member gave us great advice on whether or not to have a tow into town or to try to drive it in. So impressed with their kindness and their willingness to help out. Would definitely recommend.

Broke down on the turnpike today driving from Kansas City and just chose these guys because they were basically the only shop open on Saturday. So glad I did! The owner, tow driver and Julian the mechanic were all extremely nice and didn't charge me much at all when the problem was an easy fix! Now I wish I lived closer to Emporia so I could always come here for auto repairs!!

My car became disable on a blustery day in the middle of the Flint Hills. I called BMW Roadside Assistance and they dispatched Kim from K&S. He was extremely professional and courteous. As it was cold, and he was giving me a ride to the dealership anyway, he offered to let me get in the cab immediately and he'd take care of everything. I declined as I wanted to help him get me going as quickly as possible, but it was a nice offer. I was (hopefully) helpful with getting the tow eye out of the truck, getting the fiddly transmission in the N, and steering the car on the flatbed from a precarious, off-camber shoulder. His truck was clean and comfortable. BMW Roadside took care of the bill and he dealt with the BMW dealer to offload my car while I was sorting out a loaner from the service rep. In a world where you don't know what you're going to get with a Roadside Assistance service, I'm delighted that I got a good one. I'd call him again if I'm disabled in the area.
