Never in all my years in the car business have I witnessed more unprofessional behavior at a dealership. Kim in service has no business dealing with customers or suppliers. We all have bad days but you don t have the right to take your frustrations out on other people. Would rate zero stars if that was an option.

John North Ford did an amazing job of repairing the front end of my truck. I wouldn t hesitate to reach back out to them for vehicle repair and replacement.

Called to get assistance with MIL lamp on my 23 rogue with less than 3K miles after Exton dealer in PA didn t take time to look at it, even though we scheduled an appt and it sat there for 5 hours!! After returning home I made an appointment with JNF Nissan and Within 15 minutes of looking at it, they called with the problem; fuel sensor, so have to replace fuel pump. Was told would take 3-6 days to get part. It was 7 days by the time they got part and I could get vehicle in at 8am, by 10:30 Brian called and said it was fixed. Brian was very helpful, let me know what was going on and they would take care of the problem. Will take vehicle back to them for service!!!

The cost of repair was as quoted. The time was reasonable...actually was quicker than I expected. Staff was helpful and friendly. Transportation was friendly, quick, and extremely convenient.

I ve had many problems, on multiple vehicles that have not been fixed properly the first time or a job isn t completed, information is not relayed. I had a vehicle in for a service airbag light multiple times, it kept returning until finally after having my vehicle all day I was told they needed it an entire day again after they ordered all new wiring. I ve had hail damage fixed and although I understand accidents happen, when my driver side window was shattered during repair, I was called and advised it was my driver side mirror, so I picked it up after hours as it s our family vehicle and I needed it for the weekend plans, I showed up to pieces falling out of the window not the mirror and had to drive it that way until the window came in the following week. This time I had a leak from my sunroof, the drain tubes needed replaced and I was told after the work was completed it was $177 because aftermarket warranties don t cover leaks, although it was sold as a bumper to bumper warranty which I paid extra for the sunroof and electronics in. I paid it, again picked up after hours and it wasn t even completely put back together. The side panels on the pillars between the front doors and rear were still popped off, marks on the gray headliner from what appear to be dirty hands, etc. I ve had nothing but issues every single time I bring a vehicle to Ford or to Quick Lane. I won t even be using my last free oil change for this vehicle, as that only results in MORE problems like a washer fluid line being screwed through when replacing an air filter. I have zero good experiences with John North, from buying, trading in, service, body shop, etc. Mind you I didn t buy a cheap or extremely old vehicle, a 2019 Nissan Armada purchased less than a year ago.

My sales person Gort was fantastic and he made the buying process easy. Also the person who did our financing paperwork was great as well. I probably wouldn t has service work done the since I live 1.5 hours away. Thanks for a great buying experience.

Today was my first experience with John North Nissan. I received a recall notice for a hood latch on my Nissan Altima. Preston and the tech team took care of other recall repairs I had no knowledge of. The sales department was friendly and the waiting room was comfortable. I left trusting them with any repairs in the future.

I bought a car from this dealership and immediately began having issues. It was unaligned, clicked when turning the wheel both directions, the service engine soon light was on, and they made me pay for alignment even though the vehicle was messed up when I received it late Saturday right as they were closing. It wasn't detailed until I brought it in to be detailed and after paying to "fix the issue" it still was present. I am coming in this week to discuss about them fixing my vehicle for free and refunding me the money I've spent thus far on repairs. They had assured me upon purchase that nothing was wrong and it passed their inspections with flying colors.

Both of my vehicles were picked up from my house they were serviced. This made the maintenance required easier to do since I didn t need to take both vehicles.

It was a small need. One of the windshield wiper blades had a tare in the rubber and needed to be replaced and also a battery in one of the key fobs was dead. I sent in my friend who is driving the car, and they took care of it without much expense the next day. Very happy how they get things done, well,

Took my car in to replace a damage on delivery issue. I had the impression that I would drop off my car and they would call to have me pick up on a few days, but much to my surprise they called in less than two hours and I was able to collect my car the same day!

I was treated with respect. Mark Schaefer was patient with me in answering my questions,, explaining all the electronics to me and assuring me that I can come in anytime for help in learning about the electronics of my wonderful Nissan Rogue.

Horrible experience, sales manager was rude and the service manager apologised profusely for his actions. Very unprofessionalService for brakes was a joke. They said I needed brakes after I just had them replace then said they didn't look at them correctly. How can you trust the diagnostics?

I am extremely pleased with their service, picking up and dropping off my vehicle, while i am at work and when I questioned a price issue the service manager reached out to me and negotiated a fair option. I will continue to do business with John North and refer friends and colleagues to their establishment
