Don't stay here. This guy will wake you up even if you are parked out of the way but not in a line spot. He even calls the cops to get you to move. Doesn't matter I just spent $700 on their expensive fuel.

I stopped on my way back home from a trip to relatives. It was around 6:30 pm or so and I ordered some breakfast. Had an item called Benedict Southern Style. A nice bed of toast smothered with diced ham and bacon covered by two eggs over easy smothered by a rich creamy hollandaise sauce. Next to it was a nice slab of hash browns. My server s name was Paige and the service was excellent as was the food! If you find yourself in the area you should stop and try something.

This place is TRASH!! Only have small cups .trash cans are full restrooms and disgusting this place is by far the worse truck stop I ve ever been too IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE 0 stars I would

Management must not care about this location much less FJ/Pilot headquarters s. This is one of the filthiest and stinkiest fuel stop from outside to the inside of the store. The fuel bays haven t been pressure washed in some time for the bays are slick from diesel spills just waiting for the next victim to fall and file a major lawsuit and walking up to the store was horrible as you can see from the pics. No greeting from cashiers much less a thank you yet it s the truckers who pay their salary from the revenue FJ makes off us. This place can do better or change management. This place is horrendous.

I have traveled this country and seen hundreds of flying J.. This is literally the worst one in the whole country. The hot food they serve is always dry and the drink machines never work. You could never just use the restroom because the toilets are demolished with feces. This wasn't just a one time deal. I travel for a living and it is always like this. Corporate needs to come in and clean house

Ok been to many of these Flying Js and I'm starting to notice a trend with food portions being served to customers. Example I asked for a bowl of beef stew and was given enough barley 2 scoops it barley made half a bowl yet I paid for a full bowl now none of this is the lower staffs fault or management this comes from above them staff was great as always. Pilot we as truck drivers pay for fuel parking showers and many other items time in time out please don't go down in smaller serving to save a buck or better a profit to fill your pockets. Imagine if there were no truck driver hmmm no business.

Quite unimpressed. I used to park here often years ago, and fully enjoyed the cleanliness and no reserved parking. I understand having reserved parking, but use the money to clean up all the nasty garbage from the grassy areas. This has become a disgusting place to get stuck for the night!

I'm a paying costomer and was conversating with another costomer about politicsand the young cashier told us both that we cannot be talking about politics in their store as we where in line to check out. I told her its a free country and i can talk about anything i want. She just butted right into our business, we wasnt even talking to her at all.She instructed us to go outside and talk but not in her store. Rude and unprofessional

If I could leave ZERO stars for this dump I would. Restrooms are nasty, food sucks and you can't get a shower after 11. This flying J like most of the others are garbage. Love's needs to build a location here so drivers would have a BETTER option other than this nasty, filthy dump.

Good place for a quick stop while you are traveling. This place has fresh coffee and friendly staff. I wish the restrooms were bit bigger. But other than that well maintained place.

Fuel lanes can get hectic. Not enough space to pull straight forward and park after fueling. I don't even think they have a fuel line painted on the ground. After fueling I would just park and then go in. Blue beacon to the immediate left of flying j. Very convenient location with the Tyson plant 3 miles down the road.

Pump don t work, next pump was all greasy and the handle wouldn t hold up so you had to manually hold it at half.Price is different then listed on the board and you must pay the toll to get to the station

Clorox spray would go a long way for the tile grout in the shower. It looks like guaranteed foot fungus. Air duct didn't have a cover, shower handle and fan knobs were broken off. Towels were a faded brown so safe to say they don't get bleached at all. Oh I almost forgot, the lock latch for the door was just completely gone.

I'm embarrassed for this Flying J location. I choose Pilot because they have always been there for me, and I spend thousands of dollars BY CHOICE here every month but, but this specific location needs new management1.I mean half the pumps were not working2. The ones that were working either the DEF dispenser was broken or the satellite pump handle was broken3. The keyboards were broken so forget about mobile fueling. Either 1 or 2 numbers on the pad wouldn't punch in4. Trash receptacles were over flowing especially by the entrance to the store (can bring vermin)5. All the window washing fluid buckets were empty or there were no good squeegees, broken ones or ones with the sponge ripped.Pilot/Flying J is my chosen haven for truck fueling. Come on Guys get it together please

Oh boy...where do I start! Bathrooms were clean. Huddle house was very slow service but the food was good. The shower we had though...it was bad. Super small even though the lady knew 2 people were going to be in it. She could have suggested 2 showers. No light in the shower stall. Had to was in the dark. Plus the hot water wasn't working. Kept going from warm to cold until it was just ice coming out. Had to buy some hot chocolate just to warm up so I could get to the truck. Its 30 degrees outside so that was fun. The staff seem more interested in talking then they do about working. Very poor service.

This place is dirty and gross. The only worker that seemed to be doing anything was the shower cleaner and they could use some retraining not very good at all. Floors are dirty trash cans full and garbage all over outside. Management is NOT doing their jobs. I always thought Republicans believed in hard work. This is a very republican area and don't seem like anybody wants to work, very gross here! Would not recommend to stop unless you have to.

I would not have paid for this shower..water would almost get warm then back to cold, stall was nasty. I would bet they take used towels and just run them through the dryer and put them back out. Used my own towel.Oh yes, fuel pumps take 20 minutes to put on 80 gallons.Sub par.

To entice us to spend $800 on fuel you offer a free shower. Then charge us to park and wait 90 mins while every shower is empty and no one cleaning.You don't deserve my money and you won't be getting it.

I was just in the store to get gas and stood there for 10 mins and saw only a janitor. I whistled and was pretty loud trying to get anyone s attention and nothing so I left

The manager here was Marlo or Marla, she was extremely rude to 2 sweet employees. I asked an employee about a cappuccino option, she asked her manager over her radio and the manager came storming out of the back room telling the employee that she can't hear her over the radio, She was so rude about it. I asked her my question and she didn't even make eye contact with me, she dismissed me with a wave of her hand and walked off. I didn't end up buying anything there and I feel so bad about how the manager spoke to the 2 employees trying to help me. I hope this is just an off day for the manager and she doesn't treat all of the employees like this.

THE dirtiest flying j ive been too. And surprised because usually Kansas truck stops are clean. Not only that, time stamp 11/3/23 9pm, whichever employee was working the register, hella rude. Decided to send there text or finish what they were doing on there phone then helping me. While laying over the counter acting extremely tired from helping people all day.

My first reason here is safe sleep 10 hours with my load but worker hit my door in middle of dream reason I park over yellow line no block trucks move,no hydrant or fire line wrong flying J team I have 60 years after drive 11 hours need sleep,dirty bathroom, cool water in shower final a mess

Same problems as others have posted no change from General manager. Sinks broken in showers and mold everywhere. Water has been messed up for a long time Luke warm for a few minutes then cold so you cant even shower, and they do nothing because it's truckers showers. MOLD EVERYWHERE SEE PICTURES! When we went their dryer was broken so they had no towels to provide. My husband asked why not use one of the coin dryers and the night manager told him "Im not spending my money." No trash cans or dumpster for truckers parking so trash everywhere when asked about that we were told General manager dosent want to pay for one. YOU CAN BE A RUN DOWN TRUCK STOP BUT YOU DONT HAVE TO BE DISGUSTING!!!GO ELSEWHERE TRUCKERS YOU WILL BE GLAD YOU DID!

This is my preferred pitstop for my drive between Topeka & Wichita. Huddle House restaurant connected. I travel with my dog but not other people. They allow me to bring my service dog into the restroom with me & don't give me an attitude about it. Little gas station deli inside also. Large selection at the self-serve foundation drink area & coffee bar.

Visited here for a shower and it was clean which was important to me BUT it was very small and every time someone flushed toilet my very warm water turned cold for a min so I switched it back to hot and it turned scolding hot then adjusted it back someone else flushed then water turned cold again. Posted photos of shower.

This place needs to be taken down and make a new one, or just remove the Pilot Flying J brand, even fuel desk attendants where just celebrating the jokes of an old clown instead of doing their duties
