Great place to go to!!! Not only do they do their best to get you in and out they do great work and everyone there in service, parts and the techs all seem to be friendly and have great attitudes.. I ve been in there several times and have never come across a person that was rude..

Called mhc in okc for a window switch. They said they called around including the paccar dc in okc and told me it would have to be ordered. Emporia kw went out of their way to look around. They not only said there were some in the dc but found one in stock at peterbilt in okc. Walking distance from where i was. I will remember good customer service. They own emporia, wichita and liberal ks. Frequent them. I will.

Air dryer was making noise when I rolled into town so I stopped to have them replace it for me. Guys in parts were great but I would NEVER EVER spend my money there again!!! Air dryer was $375 and it took them almost 2 hours and they charged me $498 in labor alone!! Keep stepping on the heads of others to get to the top of that ladder! One day you ll step on the wrong one and you ll come crashing down!

Excellent service. I took in my truck, not a Kenworth, and they track down parts from outside vendors, fixed my truck and got me back on the road for an on time delivery. Thank you

Dropped off my T680 that went down in the area. Due to scheduling challenges, they were not going to be able to get it in for 6 days. Well, they got it in early and had all my repairs completed well ahead of schedule. Great people, great staff and super helpful. I highly recommend them.

What a great experience! James, Ryan and Jeremy in the service department were great!I had an exhaust issue and they got me in ASAP They made sure the repairs were exactly what needed done, no costly extras that some shops have done in the past.Knowledgeable, courteous and professional. They got me in and back on the road quickly. No sucking up extra hours to pad the bill. Will go back to them if I need other repairs, fair pricing and fast service.Thanks guys!!!!!!!

Company truck broke down in Lebo so we went here to have them repair it. I think my company was expecting it take longer but they got it done in just a few days. Which I've heard in dealerships it can take weeks. Lounge room was nice. Kelly was very nice and informative of the area since I had to have my company pay for a hotel for me.

I was experiencing electrical problems last night in my leased company T680.The service provider used by the leasing company contacted several facilities, none available to give me help. They finally called Emporia Kenworth, and I received a call from Kelly letting me know that she was working on putting together an estimate for a service call. Getting approval for the service call took some time, but Kelly did not give up on trying to help me out. In less than. 30 minutes, Isaac, their service tech arrived. He quickly diagnosed the problem and tore apart all the battery connections and cleaned and reassembled everything45 minutes later, I m back in business! Your people made the difference!Thank you Emporia Kenworth for not leaving me for dead!

The communication has been the best I've experienced at a truck services company so far in my truck driving career. James, Jeremy and Mike treated me as an equal and were patient as a difficult fuel leak gave them a heck of a time to solve. The parts staff also help with parts with no pressure to buy. They also arranged overnight accommodations. Great place to be if you experience a break down.

I can t speak to everybody at Emporia Kenworth just because I haven t dealt with them much but I gotta give it to Jon Smith in parts. I was there today & he didn t have the part I needed so not only did he write down the part # for me but he also looked at other dealers (even outside their network) just to try to get me what I needed. That s the kind of service you just don t get these days. He also happens to be one of the most knowledgeable truck parts guys I have ever met in my entire life. I ve known him for 5 1/2 yrs. Folks go see Jon if you need parts & tell him I sent ya!

Words can't explain how they know how to take your money, replaced a 10 amp fuse at the end I paid $1642.00 told me it would be done by noon but I guess they just wanted to milk the clock, $150 of that was a service call 400 feet from this place, mechanic didn't know how to start my truck and was leaving when I told him maybe a wire might be loose behind the fuse box he said hmmmm let me check so he checks and there it is truck turns on! Just unreal how they let you have it!!!! I will never use this place again!! Good luck if you do, remember to bring your wallet!!! Did I mention they don't even give you a warranty????

James in the service department is top notch, skip mhc in kc and drive down here, you will save money, trust me. They don t charge you for stuff you don t need, everyone is friendly, plus you don t have to compete with all the trans am guys. Drivers lounge is super nice, food right across the street, plus delivery.

These guys are great....21 years on the road and NOBODY has taken as good of care as these guys. James the service advisor told me to come on over and looked at my issue...when he didn't find the answer he called Jeremy the shop for man over and got it handled. The nicest bunch of guys around. If you need work in Kansas these guys or the sister shop in Wichita are the ONLY place to go. *****

Truely a blessing to have had my repairs performed by this fine dealership! Everyone from Tech to support staff were super nice, accomodative and very patient! Definitely will return for any more servics are needed. And I would advise anyone in need of service, no matter the make of Truck, just to stop by and check them out!

Great dealership,had a problem with my truck going into derate mode, I got here right before they closed and a tech went out to check out the problem. They pulled my truck straight into the shop so they could start working on it the next morning. Had my truck fixed in a day and a half, no issues. I would recommend Emporia Kenworth to anybody, really freindly people who take care of there customers.

The employees here are extremely awesome and kind, helped us out on fixing our truck. Since we are fans of kenworth we even bought a few caps and t-shirts... Totally will recommend the services here to all our friends and family! Thank you guys for the job well done!

Emporia staff is well equipped for any truck, car, plane or boat......LoL!!! Just the right place for any repair for your truck in any timely manner you want to get in and out they will stand by their word on it!!!!
