I've been going to Clint Boyer Auto Complex for a long time and even though I've had a previous issue with my car after an oil change I felt that maybe my car had been inspected a little rougher then I'd like since my waterpump went out a couple days later but I was already aware that it was on its way out so after the service manager let me bring it in to have it looked at we both agreed that was what the noise was that was coming from my car. I was quoted about $1000 to repair it with my own part so I went ahead and replaced it myself for Free.99. Otherwise I do bring my car hear fir it's oil changes due to being unable to get underneath my car to do it myself and so far they've always done a good job. I know dealerships can be costly but in the end they do document what ever work you have done so if you decide to sell your car then you have the proof the works been done. As long as they're good to me from here on out, I'll always go to them when I need my scheduled oil changes done and possibly more.

My wife and I bought a jeep from these gentleman about a month again and the whole process was great! They worked with us through the entire thing and overall I don't think things could have turned out any better! Will definitely be giving them our business in the future!!

I have bought way more cars than I care to admit, from many different dealers. Clint Boyer was one of the best. Not only was the sticker price fair, the whole staff was kind and helpful. Jason was great, and even made it possible for my wife to get to see the truck before we purchased it. Marty had my financials setup in a very timely manner. Actually, the fastest I have ever experienced. I didn't have to sit and wait for hours on end and that was always the most painful part of a new vehicle purchase. We just purchased a used 2020 Camry here, and it was one of the best car dealership experiences we have had. Drove here from Wichita to avoid our Toyota dealer, and the super friendly and non-pushy staff made it well worth the drive. Monica was amazing as was D. We will definitely be coming back to buy our next Toyota from here!

The purchase of our Jeep at Clint Bowyer was one of the best car buying experiences we ve had. Excellent friendly staff. Gary Winslow worked with us long distance answering all our questions and all the paperwork was ready when we arrived to pick up our new Jeep. After a walk through the car s equipment with Gary, we were on our way enjoying our new Jeep. Recommend Gary and Clint Bowyer if you re in the market for a vehicle.

Always a great place to bring your vehicle in for. The front desk is always very helpful and the staff are always very friendly and attentive. They always let you know how your car is doing and what to expect in the coming weeks/months. The only downgrade is the waiting area. The seats are not the most comfortable. But it s a small thing compared to the service you get. Will continue to keep coming. Thanks to all the staff and mechanics.

Absolutely fantastic service department. Had an unplanned stop here when a check engine light went on mid-road trip. The service department investigated the issue upon arrival. I received a preliminary assessment and updates as they investigated further. When a part was needed that they didn t have in stock, they found a same day solution to get me and my family back on the road. While awaiting the fix, multiple team members checked on me and my kids to make sure we were taken care of. I am so thankful for this team - they truly went above and beyond; turning an unpleasant situation into a positive experience.

They are thorough with their servicing and quick service. The waiting area is clean and comfortable with cookies and bottled water for customers. A five star experience!

My husband got the car he wanted here. We live out of state and had to wait a week before we could get it. Because we are out of state it resulted in a few more hurdles that would have been avoided if we were in state. The customer care here was excellent. They jumped the additional hurdles and held the car for us for a week! Great people to buy a car from.

They were able to get my Jeep in quick and had the problem diagnosed in under an hour! The repairs needed were done just as fast. Highly recommend and will definitely use them again for anything I may need in the future.

We had thought there was a possibility we would have to get new brakes. When they checked it out they found we did not need that service quite yet. Nice to have the honesty when they easily could have taken advantage. Great folks to work with for sure!

Gary did an excellent job of listening to what features I needed and wanted in the vehicle I was planning to purchase. He asked relevant questions and was soon able to match me with a new car. I have no experience of the dealership side of their business, but I can assure you that you do not want to go here for their mechanic work. Being the only local Toyota shop, I have tried a few times now to get quotes on various fixes with my Prius as I am busy and rarely have time to fix anything myself, and each time they were extremely rude while talking to me, and they were always way overpriced/out of my budget. Just recently I was quoted for close to $600 to replace my tailgate handle. I figured it was due to the extra electrical hook ups that come with owning a Prius, but I finally found some time for myself. They had told me that most of the cost was the part (as they have said before), but I found the official Toyota certified part for $90 (there was also an option for $30 cheaper if I didn't want to match the color). I watched a video of a professional mechanic doing it in 15 minutes with no time skips, and it only took me, someone that is probably the farthest thing from a mechanic, an hour and some change (and maybe a few cuss words). Unless they charge $500 for an hour of labor, they're nothing but a bunch of crooks. Trust me, the time I lost doing it myself was well-worth the money I saved.

Jason was an excellent sales person. He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He has gone above and beyond making sure my Camry is everything I thought it would be.Jason called a couple of days after I bought my car to make sure it was the right car for me. He also has checked with me about how my service experience was and helped me get a second key fob. I truly enjoyed working with him.

I trust the service department yes it may cost a little more then the other places that do oil changesBest part is when I get my truck back I know it's serviced right and road worthy

Usually I m not ever one to complain, but I had the worst service on my car here. I had an oil pan replaced/oil change and within a few weeks my car broke down bc no oil was getting to my engine. I called to tell them about what happened was immediately told not their fault/problem and nothing they could do. I m out 7,500$ buying a new engine and they could care less. After I spent 1,200 getting my oil plan replaced that they broke in the first place. Worst customer service ever!

Super service. They want you to come back again and again. So, they treat you like you are royalty. I guess they have a fair price. I'm satisfied. Nobody gets 5 stars. Maybe 4.999
