I called today to Napa parts store talked to Brett Thornton regarding a 5.3 engine.I asked him can you quote me the price for the engine? He couldn't give me the price right away. I asked him again please give me the price so I can make a decision on it today. He just didn't want to make an effort to give me the price. Just blew me off. Then he just came up with a $1500 dollar figure from nowhere. When I told him it sound kind of expensive compare with the other place's he got really upset and was cursing and yelling at me. This place is not worth your time and money. There are other part stores will love to treat you with respect and will appreciate your business. I don't recommend this Napa part store.

Driving from Missouri and had a wheel bearing fail. The people here genuinely cared about getting us back on the road and did all they good to help. Great people. Great store.

Bill is very polite and does his best to make the customer happy. If he dont have your part he can usually get it over night.

The friendliest shop. He was more than happy to help us in and out of the shop until we were back on the road, truly a blessing.

If they don't have the parts they can order them and have them shipped in next business day or two at the most. And they at least know their auto parts, unlike some places in Salina. I don't know what Ellsworth would do without our local NAPA Auto Parts.
