I ve quit going because the automatic stalls don t have enough pressure to wash anything off your vehicle. Tried to hand wash it in one of the bays myself and the super soap wouldn t come out of the nozzle. Just got a call from my son, the automatic bay took his $12 and wouldn t run when he pulled in. No one ever answers the phone when you call and they don t bother to return messages when you leave one.

I won't do the auto wash again. Left with my car covered in streaks, even though it was supposed to be a spotless rinse. I don't think the sprayer is working well at all.

Was a super nice place to wash your car but getting pretty run down and there is usually at least one automatic wash closed. Needs some money infusion

Tried getting a $12 wash and after the super soak the arm just sat at the front of my vehicle for 10 minutes. Tried reversing and the arm scraped up the front of my truck and just stopped the wash. Went to a self serve stall but couldn't get any water pressure. Went to the 2nd auto stall and it finally worked. Called and left a message so let's see if they care enough to respond.

That s seven dollars we will never see again. AFTER the wash, my husband picked off the tree crumbs. I would have thought it could have at least done that. There just wasn t enough pressure to do the job. The car doesn t look any better than when we started.

I like this wash. My favorite part is the dryer your car goes thru before you leave. Always clean. Great job!

2024 and once again still the worst automated car equipment El Dorado, don't bother spending your money here the owners do not care about their customers period.

I paid $10 and my van was still muddy and gross. The only reason they get 2 stars is because I liked the pretty soap.

I might as well use my garden hose to wash my vehicles. So many things wrong. Times out after $10, used the brush and it left black streaks by the time I got to the rinse cycle.. and on top of that, cold water? Smh , I spent $25 on this car wash and it their products and machines are not great. Their machine I used felt like the check valves were out on the pump. Or they were out of soap and was sucking air. Needs to be maintained better for sure. Sorry but wont be back. I'll use that money and get a good one in wichita for the same price, that's automatic as well.

For the rare times I use an automated wash. The owner was there one day offering a free wash with the purchase of future washes. Today was the last voucher used. Thank you, the car looks great!

Has multiple options for a good cleaning of your car, inside and out. Vaccumes, and cleaning wipes for the interior, and 4 manual wash ports, one having a powerful dryer. They also have 2 automatic wash ports, one having an automatic dryer.

Cant even clean my car. Cost an arm and a leg! The takes 2 minutes to switch from soap to rinse. Dont get me started on the auto wash! They keep increasing cost and shortening time.i recommend lazer wash, much better! Andover Rd and one on 13th and woodlawn. If you must wash in El Do, use your hose.

Paid $10 for wash. Got a lot of green, pink soap. However, got no water to rinse off. Wound up driving across town to another car was to get the now dried soap off my car. Left message with them but never got a response back. Won't be using again.

Leaving with a soapy car to go to another car wash. Change machine short changed me by $2. Car wash bays are disgusting and $3 for 3 mins for cold water that smells awful! I won't be back.

Didn't take nearly all of the bugs or bird poop off even after they let us go through a second time.

The self wash is fine I'm not a big fan of the automatic wash pay for the ultimate wash and drive out with a half washed car it might handle some light dust but road grime,bugs or anything else will still be there

Love it. Best place to wash a vehicle and they have Car Wash attendants if you need help with anything. Also they give out free carwashes a lot. Great place only car wash I use in town.

There was almost NO soap. It wouldn't even clean the bugs off the front bumper or the windshield. I paid 6.50 for nothing. Won't go back!!!!

Not a bad place to get a car wash if you want to wash your car yourself. The automatic car wash is a waste of money and always leaves dirt on my vehicle.

Not at all again wife went through and I had to do it again. Not impressed at all. Skip it! DIYS. Everyone needs a Lil more movement / exercise!

I go to the 1.00 wash and do fender well first. The car wash never gets the dirt off under there.

Car wash ate my money, but did not wash the car. Called the local number(they didn't answer) and the nationwide number(they hang up on you).DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE

Historically a good carwash but not quite as good now since attendants aren't onsite as much.

Not impressed. Paid $7 and the machine went around my car 3 times from start to finish. Not clean at all. Not impressed and won t be back.

This car wash is the best in town by a mile. The only one that has an automatic wash AND dryer combo.
