I tried to cancel the first night (of four nights) 24 hours before our first nights stay, but no one answered. So when I got to the motel and explained myself the "manager" (i felt as if he was a neighbor, watching the place) insisted I come back in the morning and talk to the owner. Well I had planned things to do with my family. We basically put our bags in the room and left.That night when we returned to the motel, This was suppose to be a three king bed room.... It was a four queen bed room.. So we decided who slept where.... no big deal...The worst part about the trip was the bugs. we had bugs in two of four of our beds. I woke up early the next morning and cleaned the bathroom and shower free of bugs and spiders before everyone in our group woke up. I ordered this hotel room with confidence and it let me down.The shower, bath, kitchen, was one entire room. If you take a shower, the only way to dry off is to step into the kitchen (where breakfast, lunch, and dinner is being made) to dry off. And to use the toilet, immediately when you open the door... it is the kitchen. So for a group of couples it was awkward.. I didnt want to make breakfast and see my best friends wife walk out in a towel... It was a pour design...They did not return my money for the lost night. The weeds were so over grown, we could barely make it to the door of our room, the bugs, the service...I do not recommend staying here

The manager is an amazing person! She delivers an amazing right at home feeling along with prompt service and extra towels! LolRooms: Very neat and clean!Nearby activities: Eldorado has a beautiful park less than a block away! Tons of activities include a tennis/pickleball courts, picnic area's, and a water park!

Don't waste ANY money. This is the same hotel, as across the street, just a different name ? Not sure why???Stayed there two or three nights ago #17. Same owner as red coach inn.DONT waste even a penny.My room had no toilet paper. The boss is AWFUL at handling any common sense situation. There are health regulation's. The worker Amber said "go ahead they were just out here". Trust me... Unless you want to hear peoples doors slam until 3 am, or come and go in their car.....I'd advise you, not to stay at ANY of his hotels. Especially Red Coach.I have four videos of evidence of health issues along with how they treat their customers with bribery, crude co-workers (except one male, whom checked me in). It isn't his fault. The boss needs to fire himself and tare down the 1900s building.

03/22/18, 1 star review: Last night our room was broken into while we was sleeping, apparently every room can be open by the same key. Thankfully the chain was latched. The women that was trying to get into our room must of told the employee because he banged on our door, was very rude, and yelled at my mother that we had to get out even though a friend paid for another night. He left to call our friend up then came back and apologized for the misunderstanding. We won't ever stay here again! And on top of a bad night they don't have cold water, only hot water, no hand soap, and you can't get another roll of toilet paper. 04/03/18, 3 star review: A friend put us up at Stardust Motel last night and the employee was glad to see us again, apologized for how he acted, and tried to make it up to us. No water from the sink but you can get water from the shower and a extra roll of toilet paper.

Room smells musty/moldy, blood stain on pillow case. No soap or trash can for that matter. No batteries in the tv remote, must push button on tv remote in order to operate the tv. Were charged $65 a room. Ill stop there I could go on... Keep driving, the side of the road in your car would be a better option imo. Gets one star because mini fridge worked as well as A/C.

If you're looking for a quiet, inexpensive place in El Dorado, this is it. I've stayed here a couple of times, and always felt very welcome and comfortable.The owners are very friendly, and while this is a pretty old building, it's well-maintained. And you can't beat the location!

Love how secluded it is and love NAN....she is pretty awesome and doesn't bug ya! Down to earth and understands how life can be. Second time we have stayed here for several days and would recommend to anyone! Good place all the way around!

Room 26 is horrible. One posistive is newer mattresses, but when you can not take a shower, you deserve the lowest rating. When I arrived (and through out my stay) the shower was running. Not dripping or trickling, but running out a stream the size of my little finger...I estimate 500 gallons of water wasted. And the cold water would not turn an.Will not return.

The pictures that were posted on the internet were false. The bathroom shown was very nice, but what we got was very disgusting. Moldy walls and bathmat, paint peeling from the bathtub, and under the bed hadn't been cleaned for a long time. Will never stay there again.

Obviously not a national chain but the room was comfortable, well equipped and priced at $55. I had a quiet restful night and would like to stay here again and explore the area.

I think most the reviews were posted by the owners. The american flag made me believe that it was american owned but its not. Found spiders in my room where they sprayed em and didn't get rid off em. Reminds me of a prison cell. I won't be there again

You know normally I'm not one to even leave anything like this but I gotta say the new manager they have really can turn an interesting situation that was dropped on him and really do a great job with what he was given.. Juan was this fast working out of place character from Florida I think he mentioned that really went above and beyond to make me feel as if I were a friend.. he even offered to pick me up if I was going to be unable to drive and just his personality and work ethic really changed my thoughts on the establishment and I can honestly say I hope they take care of him he's going to be what sells them.. I will most definitely recommend this hotel just keep your eyes peeled for the young energy they got and he will not disappoint!

Miracles change from 20 yrs ago exceptionally clean rooms are spacious. Its quit no roaches. Manager is friendly Corteous very helpful.

Stayed there for almost 8 weeks and not once did they clean my room or change the bed sheets. Now they are still charging my card and I've been home for almost 3 weeks now. Some damn thief's and crackhead running that place.

Good prices clean rooms the juan the manager is always willing to help with whatever you need. Never have had an issue with anything good location by stores and water park would recommend motel to anyone.

Decent price and clean rooms ....Doug at front was quick to check us in. This place has changed a lot sincevwe visited 20 years back. New management is very professional!

Very good place to stay. Desk is very helpful. Room is clean and housekeeping is good. Best place to stay as all store is near by walking distance. Big parking place.

No heat. Door wouldn't lock. Tv had 1 volume very loud. I would not recommend it to anyone

Very clean rooms. Micro/Fridge in rooms. Friendly staff. Doesn't look like much on the outside, but when we opened the door to our room, we all said "WOW!!"

Horrible run down stealing place. I have always had up to date Driver licence . And credit card . The management and a worker tried stealing from me and it was put in bank dispute.

This is a very strange not costly at all motel. It is blocks away from the local bar scene. Not a very great hotel however it is exactly what you pay for and its a great location.

Smh this place was gross and creepy. The lady at the front desk couldn't even help me and my mom get our tv to work. There were dead bugs on the floors and stuff. Lol next time ill just sleep in my car
