We originally bought our pontoon here in 2014.This is our tenth season with our pontoon and using Shady Creek.When I went to put the Pontoon in the water for the season today, I had a small mechanical issue.Kudo's to Mike Morgan and the handy crew at Shady Creek Marine for helping me out.Then, Mike was helpful and helped me get the pontoon launched, storing my trailer away for the season.So if you're looking to buy a boat or pontoon, or have your boat serviced or repaired, then by all means go check out Shady Creek Marine.They'll even take you for a test drive and ride in the boat of your choice.

It was great I worked with Mike and it was the easiest buying experience iv ever gone through. The communication was great would highly recommend using shady creek for all your boat needs. This was my first boat purchase but not my first experience with them my dad bought his there probably 20 years ago and they did a great job helping with anything he ever needed I ll never go anywhere else

We were very pleased with our experience at Shady Creek. Super friendly staff and very knowledgeable. It means a lot when they are willing to spend time with you and you are comfortable with them. Highly recommended!

I tried to go to the show room to look at a boat today 3/9/2024 at around 1030 am which according to the website and even the sign on the front door indicated that they were open yet they were not. Now if you live in eldorado this is no big deal but I drove all the way from haysville which was a total waste of my time due to the fact they weren t open even though the website stated they were open till noon. I m writing this review and giving a 1 star review is because of the wasted time spent driving 45 minutes one way to just turn around and drive home if you aren t going to be open change your hours, it s very unlikely I will ever shop here again just like every other small business it s getting harder and harder to justify shopping there it s just easier to go other places either out of state or to another city, it s very irritating because they had a boat I was very interested inIn response, the door on your business is clearly marked 9-1200 on sat you may want to change that to accommodate what the website says. I may have looked at the website incorrectly and so I will apologize for that. To me it seems odd to not be open for people that work all week and live out of the area, seems that this is the time of year that people start looking to buy boats, but it is your business and that s your option to do so that s fine I will just go elsewhere to purchase another boat more than likely out of state. It truly is getting harder and harder to support local businesses.

Absolute class act from first call all the way to pickup! Jake and Mike, the owner, are guys of integrity. I am a buyer from Minnesota and at no point did I feel like they didn't care about my business, in fact Mike told me he would support my boat post sale all the way up here.Keep up the great work, can't wait to get the boat and family down there to visit!

Boat sales & service doesn't stand behind what they sell. Good example is I bought a brand new Ranger bass boat from them in the spring of 2018. I fought with them from day one about how I wanted the boat equipped & honoring the special rebate offer Ranger had for military veterans. One of the problems I have been having, including today, is my trailer bunk pads only have one bolt in the bracket that attaches to the trailer frame which causes one or the other bunk to flip over on end when loading. It doesn't always do it but no matter how tight I have the bolts, which I found were not tight at all from when I first purchased the boat, it still on occasion pivots on the single bolt brackets. This has caused gouges & scrapes in the bottom of the aluminum hull from the edge of the bracket .Even though I have sent pictures of this & complained to Shady Creek Marina along with Ranger boat, nothing has been done to resolve the issue. I do not reccomend purchasing any watercraft from this dealer if customer service & satisfaction is what you are looking for during & after the sale.

I bought a 2017 Supreme surf boat from Shady Creek, love the boat tons !!!! We have enjoyed every single thing about it. Jake from Shady Creek came out and showed us how to set the boat up and taught everyone how the surf !!! Jake is a master instructor and impressive to watch surf !!! Thanks for everything Mike/Jake.

Online site posts weekday hours at 9:00 am. Wrong. We pulled in at 9:00 am to buy gas as we had been camping andfishing for a week. After waiting 30 minutes we called the number listed on the door. Marina Manager (lady) answered and said, " yeah we changed those hours, now we open at noon and close at 7:00." We had to wait 2 and a half hours for her to come to work so we could buy boat gas. Several other customers came down as well. They were also quite irritated they weren't open. She was non apologetic.My husband suggested changing the online hours or posting a sign. No response from manager. She seemed oblivious. waiting 30 minutes Afte30 minutes

If there was a 10 for these people, I would certainly give it to them! They were so helpful for a part I was looking for. They did have it in stock but were willing to call the place and see if they could get one ordered for me!! They went over and beyond great customer service!! Thanks Jake!

Was able to sit down with Jacob, and spend some time in the showroom. All in all this place is well put together and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They carry the Cobalt and Ranger brand boats which are both highly desirable and reliable. If you're in the market for a new boat, need service, a slip for your boat or any kind of kayak gear, give Shady Creek a look. Definitely worth the time. This place is a Top-notch establishment!

Mike and his staff were amazing. I drove 400 miles to purchase a boat from them due to not being able to find what I wanted closer. This business is very knowledgeable with boats and has great customer service. I highly recommend Shady Creek.

Had an amazing experience with Shady Creek marina and Mike. We traveled down from Kansas city to look at a boat. With the weather being not very accomadating for us Mike did everything he could to be sure we were well informed of buying our first boat. The entire process was smooth and went off without a hitch. Mike is a stand up guy and wanted to be sure everything was good before we left. I would highly recommend working with Mike or Blake. Will definitely keep Shady Creek in mind on our next up grade. Thanks for everything you did for us Mike.

Boat ramp way too small for weekend crowds. Needs docks in conjunction with ramps, having them separate complicates loading and unloading. This isn't the Marina'a fault tho.

Mike goes out of his way to help me with my boat and accessories. Most recently, he ordered a Heritage trailer to pull a boat I purchased from another dealer. That demonstrates that Mike isn t only out for a sale. He s there to assist boat owners/buyers in finding the boat that is right for them. I strongly encourage anyone shopping for a new or used boat to visit Shady Creek, and give Mike and his team the opportunity to find the boat that is right for you.

Mike and is crew are top notch and go above and beyond the call of duty when taking care of customers! Shady Creek was the only boat dealer that would take the time to take you out on the water with no sales pressure after the test drive! If your looking at purchasing a new or used boat, I would highly recommend talking to Mike before you make your purchase! Thanks Mike for taking care of Annette and I, we love are R5 Wss.

Recently purchased a new chapparal boat from Mike. Being a first time buyer mike put my worries at easy from test ride to the hook up all was well. We can t wait to get out and make some summertime memories. I would strongly suggest making the drive to Shady Creek for a purchase.

Rented a pontoon boat for a half day trip. Boat was in great shape, very clean and ran well. We encountered some bad weather and Deb even called my cell and warned us of the incoming storm. We were off the water and out of harms way before any issues. Great customer service, would recommend them to anyone.

This is our home 3 days a week from June to August. Debbie is awesome, directing operations and giving great service. "Grill Master" Rachel and Kayleigh cook your favorites in the snack bar perfectly.

Great experience. Staff was friendly and helpful. Place was well organized, and the bathroom was clean. Boat was very nice and ran great, no problems at all. Wole family had a great time.

We rented the 115 hp pontoon very pleased with the experience it would have been nice to keep it later into the evening but that's minor. We will probably do it again if I don't buy my own.
