Brian at Patten Automotive was wonderful to work with. Was very knowledgeable and took the time to call me when he found an issue with my alignment and again took the time to take me back to my truck to show me the issue. Id recommend Patten Automotive to everyone in Eldorado.

Great customer service. They have worked me in when I had an emergency and I had not been a customer of theirs. The tow truck driver recommended them and I was extremely satisfied with their customer service and work. I have been back three times with different vehicles and repair issues which they fixed honestly and in a very accommodating manner with a fair price. Their repair work has been outstanding on my vehicles.

Me 75 so have dealt with many shops in lifetime. Brian is the only MECHANIC i trust with my vehicles ,quality work ,fair price. You will not be disappointed . He will tell it like it is on your car ! It is your money so decide wisely..

They are phenomenal people! Fantastic work, amazing flexibility and friendly people! They worked me in the day after I called! It didn't take long at all and the price was less than most around. I highly recommend this business for your automotive needs!!

I have no idea how people go to this place. The owner BRIAN is a condescending a hole with the worst attitude I ve ever came across. Had new tires put on and they couldn t even balance them correctly. How do owners treat people with such disrespect and stay in business.

He was very accomendating & patient, he took the time to work in between other customer vehicles & his pressing schedule to work a relatively easy A/C re-charge, but he didn't have too. He was swamped, but managed to do it each time he had a few moments. Wife & I waited not too long, maybe 45 minutes, so very kind to go out of his way to get our a/c very cold. Recommended.

My husband and I have been going to Patton for more years than can remember. Wouldn't take our vehicle any place. Brian is Honest & doesn't try to get rich off you. Thank U Guys . P.S Thank you for everything U done for my husband above and beyond

We have been going to Be up and for about 40 years. I would not trust anyone else to work on my cars. They know what they are doing you do not have to worry about something going wrong. And they are very honest.
