Great experience however if you know what you need perhaps looking elsewhere for parts is necessary. Don t mind paying more for local goods and service, but 50% markup for a refurbished alternator vs new OEM online is a bit much. Super nice people a working there though. Very helpful.

Jason at the El Dorado store went above and beyond. Needed a car battery right before closing on Sunday. Computer showed battery out of stock but he went ahead and checked shelves knowing every where else was closed. They had one in stock and he helped us tremendously! So grateful to him and the other one helping.

Bryan replaced my battery and checked my alternator. They are always helpful. I was on the other end of town and went to 2 competitors first at 5 pm. 1 was closed, the other was too busy. Suggestion: make O'Reilly's your first stop!

2 bad experiences in the last 2 trips/ 2 out of 2... is there a difference between drive line and cv axel? ! Yep I thought so! Anyhow they gave my wife the axel and assured her it was correct! She told them it was wrong.... and still drove off in 4X4

Got exactly what I needed and side note they do sell rubber pieces to go under clutch safety switches so you don t have to glue a penny to it lol

This is a chain store, and as such, has all the negatives of a chain store. However, I have always felt like each employee cared and wanted to help me. I often see employees outside helping customers with different things. I will continue coming back to this store.

Knowledgeable staff, wonderfully helpful too. Bought a tail light for my truck and before i got the receipt one of the employees already had it installed for me. The military discount is a nice touch and they go the extra mile to help if you have questions. 10 out of 10

We had to purchase a new radiator, took the car up there Dan could not figure out what radiator it was so we took the radiator off and took it back up there and Dan still sold us all the wrong parts. At this point I m mad and when I took the parts back up there I didn t not get further help me, he told me he was just going by what we told him. Well he already seen our car and knew what it was, what kind of auto parts specialist are these. I took my business to auto zone and was in and out with all the right parts in 15 minuets and they even helped me out for all the trouble I was cause at this store. If you want GOOD customer service do not shop here!

Staff was great. I picked up a crankshift sensor for my truck. Took the part off my truck, it didn't match. So I took the new and the old part back to the store. I'm sure the counter man was laughing at me on the inside because it had pulled off my knock sensor instead off the crankshaft sensor. Took the time to pull up pictures to show me where to locate it. Didn't make me feel stupid at all. Got home, got the new part on, truck started right up! Thanks!

Always friendly, always helpful. Perhaps it's due to the proximity to my home that I always go to O'Reilly . . . but I've never had reason to go anywhere else! Heck - I even like to go in and browse!

Have done business with this store for 10 years but never again. Sought air cleaner filter. They said only filter remaining available for my older car was a washable unit for over $80. Turns out washing it requires a $35 kit. I found a reputable brand offering a conventional filter for about $12. They insisted I prepay the special order, which I did via debit card. A few days later I went to collect the filter. Store rep - the same guy who sold me rhe filter in the first place - stated I had not paid for it... this for a special order they would not place without prepayment! I offered to return with receipt but they just kept repeating I'd never paid them. I offered to log into my bank from my phone and show the debit. They declined and just kept repeating I'd never paid for the thing. The store rep raised his voice to me, got snarky, and hinted I was a liar trying to swindle his store. This in front of all the other staff and other customers present was humiliating. I tried to contact the chain's customer service folks but never got a response. I will never again deal with O'Reilly's.

Not bad, the people are kind of Keen to the local town of El Dorado. So that being said it's pretty typical for an out of townsman like myself to walk in and wait on one or all the employees to either get off the phone or stop talking to their buddy so they can help check me out and let me get on my way. I guess there's a thing of being too friendly or friendly only to preferred customers...

I purchased a starter from this store a week ago. They told me to bring my old one back after I got my new one in. I went in to give it to them and the man told me he needed my phone number. When I bought it the man didn t even ask for my phone number ??? So obviously it s not in the system. He said he couldn t just search my name or my card number either, or show a bank statement proving I purchased it from this place. Then he said he knows I bought it here cause of the box, but still refused to give me the money they told me they would give me for it. Terrible service, ONLY GO TO AUTO ZONE. THEY NEVER LET ME DOWN, UNLIKE THIS TERRIBLE PLACE

Bought a car, was NOT going to make it back home with the belt the way it was. Stopped here, they were super friendly and super helpful. Let us borrow tools to install the new belt in the parking lot. Great place!

Mostly good people that know what the doing lately have got the wrong part a. Couple times and to go back and get the right one but over all good place
