Have used Norris for all my auto repairs on cars that I don't feel comfortable doing myself. They are honest and have a fair price I towed a vehicle from Haysville ks to make sure the job was done right the first time that's how much I trust these guys

Joe and Tony answer the phone then they have great customer service. The place is super busy so that's the only negative however it's not enough to deduct a star.They work on my 2014 F-150 and my wife's 2015 Ford Fusion. They're always super professional and they will tell you what's wrong and give you a price before they do the work. It's a very good shop, the best auto repair in El Dorado.

Joe at Norris Auto Repair ihas the most honest, reliable and trustworthy shop I have dealt with. My daughter had a breakdown on the interstate and the vehicle was towed to Norris Auto Repair. Joe quickly assessed the damage and let us know what was wrong with the vehicle. It is nice to know there are shops that are upfront with people and truly let them know what s wrong with the vehicle. I have utmost respect and appreciation for Norris Auto Repair and would highly recommend them.

Usually pretty good about getting what needs to be done fixed quickly. Labor prices are slightly higher than I'd like. But definitely best mechanic for the area

I have been blessed to be a customer of Norris Auto for many years. Tony is always honest and fair, and his shop is one where I know I will receive the best service without being upsold. Tony and Rod always explain what is needed and get the job done as quickly as possible. I've had multiple vehicles worked on by Tony and his team of excellent mechanics. They're honest workers who always figure out the specific root of the problem, saving you time and money. Pickup time is usually between the same day to within the same week you drop your vehicle off. Great customer service! They won't let you down.

I got my car aligned there, with my oldsmobile. I love how they kept me updated. They were really polite. Aswell as they made sure my car left the way I wanted it to. Even if my car was giving their computer troubles. The wait was alittle longer than I wanted but I totally understand. I'm not mad about it. GREAT JOB GUYS! I really appreciate yall able to compliment my vehicle being in great condition. That made my day.

What a fantastic shop. We blew our turbo hose clamp while pulling our car trailer. They went the extra mile, worked on immediately, didn't have the clamp and couldn't locate one in town. But came up with a fix to get us going until we could get to a town that had one. Then they refused any payment. Wish I could give a rating higher than 5!

I have had multiple vehicles in this shop. Each time the price was VERY competitive and the service time was exactly as predicted. Once, my son had broken the head off of a couple screws in the blower motor housing (difficult to get to). The guys at Norris were able to fix what we broke for a very low price as requested. I always go here for any problems and questions I have.

I got my brake pads and rotors (along with a brake caliper replaced) fixed in January. It cost me $500, which was fine at the time. However, 2 MONTHS later I had issues AGAIN with the same brakes. Knowing that I had a warranty at this place, I called to try to get my car in only to discover that they will be closed for who knows how long due to COVID-19. As you can imagine this was very upsetting. Other auto shops are open and I would consider them an essential business. But I could look past them being closed. I just find it ridiculous that I spent a lot of money on something that I expected them to fix, to still be messed up. So, now I'm having to spend more money to fix it somewhere else.

The guy that answered the phone was EXTREMELY rude and sarcastic. He wouldn't even let me explain to him the problem that I was having. He just kept interrupting when I tried to talk. I'm not doing business with someone like that!
