Carol was amazing to work with. She was able find a better homeowners policy than my current agent who I ve been a customer of for > 25 years. I m very happy with the customer service I received at Jack Insurance.

Very friendly service. Was in a car wreck last February and Lisa took care of everything for me. My car was total due to being T-bone on drivers door. I have no complaints on how things were handled. Kudos to Jack Insurace ! Hear there advertising on 197 9 FM also.

My personal experience with the Jack family started 1968 and has continue to this date (49 years). Lyle & Liz were growing their business and customer service was always top priority. If you had a problem they viewed it as their problem also. As the years went by the family needed more help with their growing business and Lisa stepped up to learn the insurance business. She grew up with the insurance business and her parents taught her their work ethics. She has never disappointed my wife & I.

Went with a friend who recently lost almost everything he owned. A fire. He needed to give them a list of what he lost.With pictures if possible. They bent over backwards to help him recover what he needed. He received his last check approximately 1 week later. Renters insurance, can you believe that.If I was a fainting woman I would of fell out right then and there.
