I initially applied online for an insurance quote. Over the next few hours was just bombarded with emails and texts to my phone,Farmers Ins I've had in the past and not complaint one, The quote I received was lower than I was anticipated and quite a bit lower than many I've relieved.The staff has swift, curtious and professional getting my needs met.

We are always so pleased with the work that Stephen Mills and his crew do for us in all our insurance needs. We have been customers for a long time. Recently our roof was damaged and because of the insurance that Stephen Mills has directed us to purchase we were covered and protected. Most of all, we have always appreciated how this agency is extremely helpful and easy to contact when needed. They go to bat for their clientele.

FARMERS was very throughal with seeking out the best insurance for our money. Details were explained and questions were answered in layman terms. We were given more than one estimate to choose from, each estamate was gone over in detail. Estimates were compared to our prior policy for same amount of coverage and adjustment were made where needed. Returned phone calls in appropriate time frame. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.

I rarely, if ever, have received the quality of customer service that Stephen Mills has provided for our family. When our daughter was in an accident, he arrived on scene, offered advice and helped us through the claim process. When our insurance payout came back too low, Stephen went to bat for us, and was able to resolve the situation. Stephen has combed through our homeowners policy, providing us with the best rates possible. He is a genuinely a respectable person, and gives 100% to his customers!
