Sales experience was fine- what happened after was an absolute nightmare. They didn t send my title, so I called and asked. Apparently there was an issue with a payment from the bank and the title would be sent out by the end of the week. I called at the end of the week, everything was good and title was sent. Halfway through next week (after I emailed and called several times without a response), I finally got ahold of Angela and it never was sent. Payment is still an issue. At this point, the story is back and forth, manager Court has given me one story, Angela another. Owner, Danny, is supposed to call me, never does. I m emailing and calling trying to just get communication from them, but it s rare they would give me any news or firm info. Finally talk to Danny (owner) to find out they still have not done anything right, payment is being overnighted as well as the title. Title came 4 days later. Payment for trade in is still not done and they have already sold the trade in to someone else. He says he will communicate but doesn t. He did admit they did everything wrong, but he gets upset and mad when I continue to call him out on taking accountability for himself and his horrible communication. He blamed his sales manager Court and his title clerk Angela for not giving him messages . Worst dealership owner I ve ever dealt with. Horrible experience. Mind you, I ve been doing all the communication and work for them since January and it is still continuing today.

I wanted to Thank David McAdoo, Patrick Hill, and the whole service department for taking care of my son and his vehicle as it was getting its routine maintenance. My son currently plays football for Butler Community College and they were able to work around his busy schedule with school and practice. Being that we are from the Kansas City Area it feels great to have another dealer take care of your family. Thank you again guys.....!!!!!!!

Absolutely fantastic. I took my Buick in for AC work and the service Advisor Patrick was the best. Not only did he keep me informed but the turn around was quick. Very pleasant people to work with and the prices I though where reasonable.

On a trip our Acadia shut completely down. Not from the area, we had it towed to Dutch Miller, since it was the closest GMC Dealership. Found it was mice chewed wires. They had the car 4 weeks before finally saying their mechanic with 30 years experience couldn't fix it. Had to have it towed to a Specialist in Wichita and they say it's in such a horrrible mess that they have to go back and undo what the DM mechanic messed up before they can even try to fix it. DM wasted so much of our time by not admitting they couldn't fix it.

Always honest and upfront when doing repair work on our vehicles. May not be the cheapest alternative, but can always be assured it is done promptly and correctly.

My husband & I purchased a vehicle from this dealership yesterday. Our salesman was awesome. We clicked well with him right away and everyone that helped us get the deal done was all very laid back & friendly folks.We had a great experience!! We love the car & hope n pray it does us well. Worst dealership I have ever been to, they let my car sit in the back lot for a month waiting for an alignment. Wouldn t answer calls. Would never take my car here again.

The staff were very courteous. They kept me informed with what they found and the costs. They were very honest about only needing to replace an item which was a lower price than what they originally thought, which cost more.

My only problem was that my attempt to make an appointment online did not work, which I was not aware of until we arrived the next day, only to find that we were not on the schedule. We made an appointment then, at which time we were taken in at once and treated with courtesy. An explanation was made of the problem and of the options available.

I had an issue with my truck the day after Thanksgiving. I was four hours from home and took a shot and stoped in to see if they could check it for me, I know service facilities are extremely busy right now. Kindly and promptly the service department handled my needs. Thank you for your help!

Car shopping is the worst but they made it easy! Had a few bumps in the road but they fixed the durango up for free, gave me a loaner and it was done in a timely manner. Chose to buy local for a more personal experience and I'm glad I did. I'll be back when I decide to get a second, more fuel efficientcar. Appreciate it..

I would highly recommend the service department at John K. Fisher. Their service manager David did an excellent job in dealing with my warranty company and getting a replacement motor for my vehicle. They kept me up to date during the whole process and am very pleased with the turn around time. Not to mention David made sure I had a vehicle to drive while mine was getting repaired. Good group of people and will be taking my vehicle back for all my needs. thanks, Dustin A.

Had to have body repairs done after being hit. They did a good job. I just need to co tact them because they replaced my headlight on the driver's side and now my parking light doesn't work. I'm confident they'll fix the problem. Very nice and helpful staff!

Between my mom, dad and myself, we have purchased about 15 vehicles from the previous owner and I can honestly say that I have not experienced a buying experience like the one I received. Tim Madden has been my car salesman for years and never disappoints and still continues to provide an excellent car buying experience. I was skeptical to give the new dealership a try, but so glad that I did. Those Texas boys outdid themselves. I will for sure refer everyone I know looking for a vehicle to the new guys in town Cody Foster Motors! Keep up the excellent customer service and work!!

Buick was offering a great rebate on the car that I wanted. The dealership made that deal even sweeter with an additional discount. We were treated very courteously; the staff was up front and honest. We appreciated all they did to make the deal work for us.

These folks know customer service. Every single part of the vehicle buying process was seamless and I was Made to feel like I was Their top priority. I am thoroughly disappointed. I came in to get my radio looked at & was told there was a fix. It cost $70 just to have nothing fixed & the men were extremely rude to me. Of course, i m going to say i was charged extremely high & treated without respect because i am a woman. I tried to go one more time to see what could be done about the two pieces that go around my rear view mirror. The man told me he would look into it & give me a call back. A month & a half later, i called & asked what was going on and was told they had the piece and simply forgot to call me. Weird, right? When i came to pick it up, it was just handed to me so i left. A few days later, i got a letter in the mail for ANOTHER $70 receipt. I was told they were around $5-10 so of course i was okay with it. Not only were they over $20 EACH, but i was charged a labor fee as well which i stated earlier that i simply was handed them & left. Terrible service & experience overall & a whole lot of wasted time & money.

My wife and I had a really great experience here. The salesman and finance guy were both really laid back, good people. We were used to everyone being so serious and stone-faced in the car buying process before we went to John K Fisher. Our salesman and finance guy were both very easy to get along with, and were good at doing business while having some fun. We drove away with a vehicle, and it felt like we were just hanging out with some buddies. We drove from Hutchinson, and will be driving to El Dorado for our future car purchases.

Love John K Fishers, Inc.! So easy to work with. The service department knows what their doing and I always know my car has been checked over thoroughly and I won't have any unexpected problems. I always recommend Fishers to purchase a car or service their car.

Tony helped me on purchasing a cadillac cts. It was a great experience and Tony is very helpful, patient, and transparent about the process. I ended up buying another local deal but I will definitely consider this dealership again next time.

Came to buy a used truck today cash in hand ,drove from south Wichita ,5 mins from getting off the turnpike you have to buy the SUV. There was supposed to be a package deal with a suv no problem . SUV nowhere on site . I said it kinda hard to buy something when it's not there so I can check it out . (Sales manager stood up got cocky said we don't have to do business. Better yet were not doing business .Get out of my store) !

My family went to John K Fisher on Friday March 24th to look at a specific vehicle. Upon arriving and inspecting the vehicle we found it to have 2 warning lights on and they didn't know why. Who tries to sell a vehicle with clear problems in the first place? They assured us that they would put it in their repairs department on Monday March 27th to find and fix whatever issue it had causing the lights to be on. By Wednesday March 29th we had not heard back and called that evening, about an hour before close, to be told that it still hadn't even been taking back to repairs yet. They would call us when it had. We gave them yet another 2 days and my husband called on Friday March 31st- a week from our initial visit, and was told by a different sales representative than the one we had been dealing with that yes it was back being inspected but they didn't have any answers yet. We gave them the weekend and I called back again on Monday April 3rd to be told by our original representative that no, the other guy on the 31st lied to us, it's still not even back with the repairs department yet. Today is now Friday April 7th, 2 full weeks from initial visit and we haven't received a phone call back. We have already purchased another vehicle elsewhere. I understand that we were not in the market for an $80,000 car- but we worked hard to save up to purchase the $10,000 vehicle that they had and clearly they had absolutely no interest in our sale. Pretty poor salesmanship on their end, when someone's trying to hand you $10k and you can't be bothered to do anything about it. It could have been a very easy sale to make and they completely disregarded us. Don't waste your time here.

I had an opportunity to purchased a used 2013 Ram 2500 several months back through Ebay. I did want to share my experience working with Tony Grunder and Jim Kittle. The truck was fully disclosed and all items they said would be accomplished prior to picking up the truck were done on or before promised time.It was a pleasant experience and I hope I have the opportunity to buy another vehicle from them!Thank you Tony and Jim...Terry Cedar
