If I could give it zero I would! Our home was without water due to freezing problems in our current weather conditions. I agree with EVERY review that is 1. We previously explained our circumstances and when we all walked in they called the room phone to let us know that 5 were not even allowed in the room, even after clearly explaining there would only be the 4 max actually staying there. (Even offered to let one stand in the hallway until checked in.) They refused to accept our explanation and we were left to find another hotel (thankfully right next door, the Holiday Inn Express saved the day) to make it through at 0 degree temps. 10/10 do NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! I stay in hotels for work throughout the entire United States and have never had an experience as unpleasant like this, and it happened to be in my own hometown! Take your stay elsewhere!!!!

The man at the desk SAID a paw print and "PET FRIENDLY" meant only service animals. No, it does not, i showed him on my booking site " pet friendly, he was so angry....that weird angry when some can't handle be wrong. Shame on him....and I was out in the cold. I always pay the extra fee, and ck for pet friendly, I will now have to call every place before booking. Not my job to fix, correct booking sites.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times and it hasn't failed to impress me each time. I can't believe these negative and misleading reviews. I personally have had a great experience each of the many times I have visited. Let me just start off with the staff, the staff is very generous and friendly. For instance, I was needing a luggage cart and there were none on the bottom floor. And one of the employees went out of their way and went upstairs and brought me a cart. Their lobby and breakfast room are super clean unlike other hotels. The sofas in the lobby are nice and comfortable. They have the lobby well decorated, and it always feels welcoming. Needless to say, I will be staying here in the future.

It was great the beds are nice and comfortable pillows well taken care of also a new building so not that old on the build. This is an extended stay as well so theirs a full size fidge sink and oven with cook top in the room. Room service makes sure the rooms are clean and sanitary for the next guest definitely recommended if needing to stop for the night and parking lot is well lit and no problems at all.

The rooms were nice with the full size refrigerator stove and microwave. But the Breakfast was very disappointing no toaster for toast no eggs just waffles or cold cereal very very dissapointing. And the pool was supposed to be heated and it was coldNoteworthy details: Step up game on breakfast other hotels at least have egg sausage and toast

Tried staying next door at the Holiday Express but they were full. Tired from road tripping, we ended up at the Days Inn. The room was fine, nothing special. Saw the pool from the CCTV behind the registration desk. Looked like a concrete room with nothing but a small box of water. We skipped it. Was disappointing because I stop at hotels specifically to stretch out and swim after driving all day. The breakfast was sad. They did have waffles and pancakes but not much else. Good for a quick overnight if all you want is a bed. They were comfy.

We stayed here while passing through. We only chose this hotel because the Holiday Inn next door was fully booked. We're not usually Days Inn customers, that being said this place was great. The facility/rooms were very clean and the rooms were updated. This location is operating well above your typical Days Inn. Great job, we enjoyed our stay!!!

This place is nice. Easy to find. The room was very clean. There was a full size refrigerator, stove and a microwave. The beds are so comfortable. The pool was nice. The staff was friendly. Nice breakfast room with good choices of food. We will be coming back to stay often. What more could you ask for?

My daughter have very bad allergies and we booked at an another hotel that was much older and after viewing the room and she began to break out into hives we went back to check out!! We then went to Days Inn & Suites. A very new establishment that was clean and have a nice representation. They had an availability and after viewing the rooms it was well cleaned and smelled fresh. . I will most definitely be staying here the next time I'm in town. The staff was extremely friendly from checking in to check out . Thanks

Breakfast is about the same every morning and they don't have bacon, real eggs though. The room had a full kitchen and fridge but no silverware, cooking utensils, or pots and pans. All of the lamps had power connections which was nice. They only change the bedding if you strip the bed so be aware of that. Staff was friendly for the most part but had a problem with guest coming into the room.

Rooms were very modern and clean. Beds were comfortable. Lots of options for the TV, and different than many hotels I've been to, this one actually has a guide on the tv, instead of clicking through each channel. The staff was okay, not great not bad. Ultimately a very good stay, very a very good price. Would recommend to anyone.

Disappointed in the covid response: check in attendant did not wear a mask and no sanitizing items were easily visible. No basic friendliness either. Good thing we didn't expect breakfast, but paid for it in the cost. We got a room with a kitchenette but no supplies for it. The walls were so thin that I could hear the words on tv and conversation for the room next door. At least the bed was decent. Good for a night's stay but not with the expectation of a high rating

My weekend stay was incredible. Spotless clean rooms Mike who checked me in was very nice and professional, and house keeping did an excellent job. Usally on a 2 night stay they don't pay much attention to detail this time was it was the best. Definitely my place to stay when El Dorado, Ks.

Hands down ...worst experience ever in a hotel.we are in town to work.we go ask for things we need .so unprofessional.he fuzzes when we ask for things.the reason why im writting this review was because i had it.the man told me not to be bothering him because its 10 at night....yet on the web site it says 24 hour front desk service.its not like i abused it ...i really needed something.and that was not the first.i will never come to this hotel in my life!!

I travel all over the US and when I was in a jam for a room Days inn was there, very clean, excellent staff, best hotel I've stayed at, and everyone was very nice to my dog as well, full kitchens was also a surprise to me, felt like home. When the staff cleans they open the windows so no harsh fumes and smelled like mamas house fresh breeze is what everyone needs.

Be aware, the kitchen only has appliances. No pots/pans, dishes or utensils. I was told the kitchen is for long term stays where people bring their own, so they do not stock anything. My son at the local college was looking forward to some home cooking, so I had to go buy pans and utensils from Walmart. The pillows were lumpy and the walls were so thin you would think someone was in your room talking. The woman at the front desk was rude and even hung up on me! I will say the place was very clean, but I will never ever stay there again. The Holiday Inn next door is much nicer.

Horrendous service from the manager on site. We got to the hotel with our 2 babies under 2 after a 7 hour drive and They had pet friendly advertised all over. The woman asked if I had a dog, I told her we have a 5lb hypoallergenic dog and they wouldn t let us stay. They said they were sold out of the rooms that are specifically pet friendly and turned us away and told us to go to someone down the street. The first 2 hotels we called were sold out so I had my husband try and chat with the manager and once again rejected and told to go elsewhere. Disgusting customer service, id highly advise everyone to go to the holiday inn right next door instead.

Front desk clerk refused to allow my son and I to check in to our already paid for room due to the fact that I was traveling with my diabetic alert dog. He would not bother to read the basic ADA FAQS and tried to blame the policy on "corporate" despite the fact that I was on the phone with corporate at they time (they were very familiar with the ADA and very apologetic, but the hotel is independently owned and operated).

Clean facility, friendly service & easy access from main road. Pet friendly but at a price higher than most other places we've stayed. Ample parking for trucks & trailers. Pizza delivered in a flash but part of the order the driver had to go back & get.

Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. The place is very well kept and clean. Staff is very friendly. Each room has a full stove, full size fridge, Microwave and coffee. All the comforts of home. The Hotel itself is close to stores, restaurants and located right off the freeway. I would recommend this place to anyone.
