Absolutely spectacular!I am a college student, and on my way from Thanksgiving break, I got into a pretty serious accident. I was three hours from home, and my car was taken to Collison Center of El Dorado. I am so thankful that was the case! Throughout the entire process, the team kept in contact with myself and my family to make sure we were in the loop despite living in a different state. Frankly, I couldn't have been happier with my vechile. They went above and beyond, and my car looks almost brand new.Incredible customer service. Great team. Thank you so much!

Rusty is the man! They made my bumper look brand new and like nothing ever happened. Highly recommended as they are the best in town! We are extremely fortunate to have this great team in El Dorado!

My truck was in a hail storm. I took it to them and they did a fabulous PDR job on my truck. They replaced the moldings that were damaged. My truck looks brand new. I would highly recommend this body shop. The staff was great to deal with.

Collision Center did a excellent job on my car. The paint job and body work was done with perfection ! They also detailed my car, which they did a excellent job on! My car looks brand new . I thought I had new tires. They didn't say I didn't. But let me believe I did. Under Carrage cover already fell.Deodorize and carpet cleaning was not done. Still have plasic on floor.Back end is still loose. Motor burnt out on insurance papers but not mine. As I can tell charged $750 for collision protection. Rims not on paper. Tire finder looks like my tire hit it. Over $7000 worth of damages they got paid. And they still would not bypass putting gas in loaner car. Hell they didn't even check my oil but why would they. Every thing is 100% lifetime warranty. But if it is not listed how do I know. Won't email the information I inquiring about but u have to drive 30 min so I can get talked to about the billing sheet. I don't even want to go there again.

This place is absolutely amazing! They completed a complete repair on my department patrol vehicle and man o man I have to say it looks as if it never left the lot! Most professional body shop I have ever been in business with. And they are currently working on my personal vehicle that was involved ina vehicle versus deer. I can't wait to see the results!
