Ordered the Ultimate Hawaiian Thin Crust Pizza. What I received is NO Ultimate. There is barely any pineapple. There are several pieces that had zero pineapple on them.It's barely more than a Cheese Pizza for $17.

The pizza's we ordered were disgusting. We asked for light sauce and it was overflowing with sauce. Then to make it even soggier the crust was almost raw, completely undercooked.

If zero stars were possible it would get zero. Seriously, never go to this Casey s, it s probably the worst in the world. I suggest going to the Andover or Augusta location instead you ll thank me later :)

Google needs to update this location's phone number. It ends in 1202 for this store location. The gentleman upfront was awesome and let me know. Pizzas smelled great and tasted good, and the wings were nice and crispy.

There are Many reasons we Normally go to Quick Trip instead of Casey's in El Dorado. #1 Casey's stores are not very clean. Quick Trips are most often clean. Casey's stores don't keep shelves stocked. Quick Trips Do. Casey's does not keep the parking lots clean. Quick Trip Does. And one of the Most Annoying .... You can Never Get a receipt at the gas pump. Seems staff is to lazy to make sure the pumps have paper in the printers.Its sad that this is a fairly new store yet it is rather run down and poorly staffed with Management and staff that seemingly really dont care. I will not be spending my money at Casey's for Pizza or any other reason. Low Quality for the same price. These complaints are NOT EXCLUSIVE to just this locations. Holds true for Every Casey's I've ever been to. Perhaps Owners/Managers should look at the Quick Trip Model and Step Up to Quality Locations w Quality Employees Starting at the Top.

My family had to shelter here during a tornado (4/29/22). The staff did everything they could to keep people calm and comfortable, under the difficult circumstances. Thank you so much. Your grace under pressure won't be forgotten.

This place never has pepperoni singles in the afternoon. It s always beef and nothing else. Made the suggestion to the guy that always does it but he insists on putting out pizza that people don t wanna buy.Seems like he would like to spend more time talking to the girls upfront then put sellable product out.

I really wanted this Casey's to have great pizza... but it doesn't. We've given it several chances and have been disappointed each time. The pizzas are generally undercooked. They have so little sauce that when the cheese is lifted, there's barely a pink tinge to the gooey dough. The onions are under the cheese and are crunchy and raw. The other Casey's pizza is flavorful, but this one's is just flavorless. I hope they change whatever is needed to improve their pizza.

I only stopped by for gas this time, but make it a point to look for their familiar sign when choosing where to get gas and travel needs. This one, as with most, was easy to find and was in good order when I pulled in. Meaning, the store was set up to accommodate gas and inside visiting customers.

I drive through eldorado for work 6 times a month and i stopped here all 6 times over the course of the last month. There is always something wrong with this location. the first two times i came here none of the credit card readers worked at the pumps the third time i came here they didn't have any pizzas or food made up because of an issue with the cook. the fourth time i came here they also had issues with the kitchen and the food. The fifth time and today the credit card readers don't work at most of the pumps and i couldn't get a receipt at the pump. I told the girl outside that many of the credit card readers don't work at the pumps and she said yes i know they never do.

I love going in the store and getting a hello from the employees. I work different shifts so I go in different times everyday. Ive noticed thou that the night shift has been doing a great job at keeping the store looking great when at times the morning it could be improved some.

Gas station not the cleanest place around. Will go to quiktrip next time. Can t even clean car windows since they didn t fill any of the squeegee containers up, and no paper towels either. For a chain connivence store this one is lacking..sounds like new management is needed

I'm never sure what to do when you see somebody shoplifting? I was waiting in line for the bathroom so I had other things on my mind than to try and play "law & order" with a customer that was hungry and thirsty.

Always clean, good food... Don't bother trying to custom order a pizza online though. This place rarely gets the order correct.

They lock the doors way before they close so they dont gave to deal with people cuz I went there at 11pm and they close at midnight but the door was lock worst Casey's I've ever been to

If you haven't had their breakfast pizza recognize one thing, thats the only reason they're still in business. Its good. The bacon is best. Full send.

Pump card runner doesn t work, and the diesel pumps here are SUPER slow. Like 30 minutes to fill up.

My sub wasn't ready when I got there,15 mins after I called. Then the lady in the back was mad. Pepsi machine was broken. All this at 1:30 am
