I ve always had awesome interactions with the workers, super friendly and nice. Just don t forget to use the kiosk that is located half a hallway away to check in or they will act like you re dumb for not seeing the computer down there. Other than that always a good experience.

Butler County is amazing compared to sedgwick county. It's very rare that you have to wait more than an hour to have license or tags done.

Very unprofessional ladies. How can you not accept my registration sticker from Texas, when that s all they give. The he lady tried to say well her son is from Texas and he had a paper. I explained if she truly had a son from Texas she would know that they give a registration sticker, that is on your front window, that TX DPS officers scan. I have the index card size sticker with all info. But they want me to call someone to see if I can get a paper?? What happened to you knew exactly what I needed because of your son? People should t talk out of their buts.

I moved from AR to KS and had to get my wife s car registered. Somehow, there were major errors on my title when it came into the El Dorado Office from my lender. Penny from the Titles and Registration Office was an absolute saint the entire time. For 2.5 months, she worked on our case: Calling AR DMV, calling our lending office on our behalf, providing updates about our title, providing additional follow-up instructions when she found out that AR put a hold on her car insurance on how to get the hold removed, and helping us to get temporary tags at a more nearby office location. The AR dmv/financial agencies were all absolutely terrible and incompetent in every way possible and should be shut down immediately, but Penny made the situation much better, and I greatly appreciate all of her efforts and level of commitment to helping us get everything sorted out.

Friendly. I used the q-less app. As soon as I walked up the stairs, they were calling my number. My home wait was 1 and a half hours.

We learned that improvements had been made to streamline the flow of citizens through the process, and the clerk who helped us when our turn came was the epitome of professionalism and courtesy! She made our day!

Slow. Be ready to wait, in your car, for an hour. You will get a text, when they are almost ready for you. The people are very informed and nice, but they are also Slow! It's a have to, so be ready to wait long times.

I went to the treasurers office. Associates there are very professional. They however can use a little bit of cheering up. Though it's understandable. Lots of pressures dealing with people paying taxes. End of year you know!:)

First go sign in on a computer, do not walk into the office or you will be scolded and told to go sign in and wait until you are called, I feel sorry for someone who does not know how to use a computer, while the lady behind the desk is doing her job the office is very cluttered and and there is a table full of stuff that does not appear to be for getting your Id or license.

The person i spoke with on the phone about having to go to get a vehicle inspection was kind enough that I cooled off simply from speaking with her. I was in a terrible mood from all the hoops I had to jump through due to the dealerships lack of ability to provide the needed information. She kindly informed me of my best route and made me feel alot better. The woman I spoke with to register my vehicle was also kind and courteous both times I spoke with her. The online "get in line" system is also bery convenient. Overall, i feel this office has improved dramatically over the last decade.

I registered several buses for Berean Academy and Stephanie and Misty did a great job helping me work through several issues with the title. I felt like they went above and beyond my expectations.

I would give it negative stars if possible. Nobody knows what they are doing. Simple things become long drawn out issues. Every clerk has to ask the "head clerk" what to do for every transaction and she doesnt know anything her self. They have been very rude to me and others I have observed while waiting for ridiculous amounts of time. Take the whole day off and be prepared for a level of ignorance like you have never witnessed before.

Check in was easy. Staff members were courteous and helpful. Took me less than 30 minutes start to finish. Good job Butler County!

I signed one of the papers incorrectly so the wonderful woman at the window send out an email so I could get the right signature and waited just a few extra minutes for me to finish what I needed to do. It was a wonderful experience.

I got up at 6:30 am because I thought it was open at 7:00 am. Never assume things cause I got there and there wasn't a line so I was happy at first cause I didn't have to work till 8:00 am and I thought to myself "I'll have time to get some doughnuts before work, this is gonna be a good day". Then after waiting from 6:56 am to 7:07 am and seeing no one I thought this is odd. The only reason I thought this is because the lights in the room were turned on but no one was at their desk. So I called the phone number and the phones in the room started ringing and I thought maybe this will draw them out of hiding. It went to voicemail so I asked a person walking by "what times does this place open it doesn't say on Google?" The woman then regrets to inform me "it isn't open until 8, I'm sorry sir". I was so let down I skipped doughnuts and went to work 30 minutes early and am now writing this review. I know this places potential just wasn't a good day. 3/5 stars.

There is a way to sign in online but I couldn't find it, neither could three of my friends. No one answers the phone anymore so there is no way to check what you need to bring before you go. One guy told a friend it was his third day trying to complete his transaction. If you forget a paper you go to the end of the line. The system is better for the DMV workers but worse for the citizens.

I had a complicated title and tag transfer issue that I needed sorted out. The ladies went above and beyond to help figure out the issue and get me to where I can get everything completed and signed and fixed! Thanks for making a frustrating registration as least frustrating as possible!

Clerk was rude and condescending. She didn't hear everything I had to say because she interrupted me. She then condescendingly started to correct me because of the information she missed due to interrupting me.

Needed to replace my DL, and the Sedgwick county DMVs were all closed on Monday, so I drove out to El Dorado to get a new ID - there was no line to wait in, and the great lady I worked with was extremely friendly and helpful throughout my ten minute stay.

Friendly, efficient had to wait a while but that was just because there were quite a few people there to get tags.
