The young man named Gabe helped me change my light bulb and even helped clean up some of the corrosion he noticed building up on my battery while he was changing my headlight. The young man has some great customer service! He made the whole experience so much easier and a lot less intimidating.

The WORST customer service I have ever experienced .and not just once either. Twice in the last week alone, the guy behind the counter is rude, just stares at you when you ask a question, actually ignores me when I asked a question and then acted like testing a battery was doing me a favor and not needed. Even when I knew the what the issue I was having could be, this employee made me feel incompetent. Do not attempt to give this location a chance, they will disappoint, have no clue what customer service is and will make you feel like an idiot for asking them question or take the easy way out by not testing something so they can sell you something you do not need.

I came in yesterday to buy a new headlight, the guy kept walking away and didn t seem like he wanted to help me. I bought the headlight and asked if He could install it and He asked me to start pulling stuff out cause he couldn t, once i pulled out the light it was the wrong light so he had me go buy another light and than we got out there just him to realize it was my turn signal not headlights. He unplugged the whole light and didn t know where to plug it in and proceeded to tell me to go over to another shop. Definitely won t be going back as he was very unprofessional, kept making me wait and spend unnecessary money.

Absolutely amazing top notch customer service. Broke down with a broken clutch rod for the master cylinder and they brought me into the AC and went above and beyond to get me back on the road. Amazing and knowledgeable team here. Thanks again!

My alternator failed on me when I was 100 miles from my destination, and they let me tow my car here so I could get it up and running again. I ran into an issue and ended up having a shop finish the job, but the employees at this AutoZone were super helpful and friendly.

We came in about 45 minutes from closing with trouble with lights on our trailer and the 2 guys working there actually came out and helped us fix the lights, wiring and fuses and got us back on the road. They even stayed until after closing to help us. That is the first time in a long time I felt that I received excellent customer service. Thank you so very much. You both are greatly appreciated from the bottom of our hearts.

Amazing customer service!!!! & The workers are very knowledgeable! I went in because my car has been having trouble for a few months and I thought it was going to cost me a lot to fix, so I've been avoiding it. Thankfully today I went in to just have it tested, it led to some bad news, but AJ & Jason got right on it and fixed my problem! My car seriously sounds brand new again! You guys are the best!!!! Thank you!

Had a very scary fire on the engine of our RV. Realized it was caused by a cracked oil pressure sending unit. Called your store (3787) in Eldorado Ks. Court found the part and the tools we needed and Dylan delivered them! We went from catastrophe to back on the road in less than an hour. These guys went above and beyond. Great experience!

Ralph was very unprofessional and rude and charged me for a new key fob battery even when the new battery didn t work. I asked him why I shouldn t just get a refund for it not working he said because the package is already opened and we don t have extra packages to put the returned battery in. Didn t seem like he wanted to help, and acted like my being there was an inconvenience. I took my vehicle to a mechanic locally and he said the reason the fob was not responding to the battery was because the battery was not installed in the fob correctly by the autozone employee. Will not be back.

I HIGHLY Recommend Everyone go to Auto Zone!! They are VERY Knowledgeable & VERY Experienced, & VERY Caring! They go ABOVE & BEYOND their job duties because they care about people's transportation issues & want them to be safe & have reliable transportation when they are on the road!!! I will ALWAYS Go to Auto Zone for ALL my vehicle needs!! I will NOT go anywhere else!!! The guys there are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! Let's put it this way, an Auto Zone Associate put my new Radiator in my van at no cost & saved me a TUN of money from taking into a shop that would have costs me hundreds of dollars! That's why I say, they go ABOVE & BEYOND their job duties because they care!!!!

I cannot thank this autozone staff enough. We were on our way to Colorado from Missouri tonight and had a headlight go out. We just so happened to be 5 minutes away from this autozone but they were closing in two minutes.. not only did they wait for us but they also helped us fix it and make sure it was the perfect fit. We are so appreciative of this, if I could give them a thousand stars I would.

Great customer service best in El Dorado hands down. I am a disabled veteran driving to Oklahoma, had a water hose bust on me and my car was over heating. AutoZone gave me a free hose cause it was only about 6in for free. The of course let me use their tools to change it. And on top of that they have a military discount so I got to save big on some new antifreeze!! Highly recommended for any and all auto parts or accessories you may need!!!

The ALWAYS have prompt service plus, they had exactly what I was looking for.In and out in 5 minutes.They had a generic starter selinoid that match my riding mower for probably 1/10th the price of troybuilt. Eliminating shipping delays and waiting on hold for 20 min

These guys are awsome we got ready to leave town and our diesel wouldnt start and they came and tried to boost us and waited very patiently wile we tried several times. Then we bought batteries from them and they came and helped put them on and waited more to see if it would start. Very nice men. I recomend this parts syore if you ever need anything. The Sartins. The guys there really know what at they are talking about. Help me with the parts I needed for my car after going to oreilleys first who had no idea what parts I was talking about. They price matched everything and were very friendly. They are also big supporters of military and police.

A young lady by the name of AJ want far and beyond her job duties over the weekend of August 8th, 2020. We had moved our son to BCC for that start of school. On Sunday he called me saying that his truck wouldn't start. I called Auto Zone to see if they could sent someone out to check the battery, AJ said that they didn't do that, but if I still hadn't found someone to help to call Auto Zone back and she would see what she could do. We couldn't find anyone to help, so I called Auto Zone and left my sons phone number with the store for them to give to her. She came out after work and pulled the battery to get it tested and the battery was a bad battery and one of the cells had was bad and there was a small hole in the battery. She replaced the battery for my son, the truck still didn't start. AJ got to looking and determined that the starter was bad. She removed the starter from the vehicle and tested it 3 times and each time it failed. She came out after work and put the new starter on my sons truck and now it is running perfectly. I highly recommend Auto Zone in El Dorado, KS because the employees there will go above and beyond to help people out.
