Gary and his son were very knowledgeable about my car. They did what I asked them to do and they found the problem and fixed it. Everybody else wanted a lot more money than what they charge. This is one Service Station that you can trust. Been going there off an on for many years. Thank you Gary and your son. And now with me living closer to them, they will be doing all my repairs. We've used Jackson's many times over the years with our vehicles. Fair prices and honest work. I've never been pushed into anything I didn't ask for.

My family has used Jackson's for years for random tire repair, alignment and a couple steering issues, and the service has always been top notch. Gary and the Cree down there are always helpful and sometimes even go out of their way to repair a tire and have on occasion not even charged me. So I highly recommend these guys if you're in Edwardsville or Bonner and you need a reliable mechanic.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

After buying new tires in another town, I had a flat tire late on a Wednesday afternoon. Everyone else was busy. I called Jackson s. They said they could help. Their help was a tremendous blessing for me. Good attitude. Quick. And No charge! No charge? Wow! Excellent business ethic! I highly recommend them.

My son s tire was flat and he stopped by Jackson s just before they closed, hoping to leave it to be repaired the next day. Instead they immediately repaired the tire and didn t charge the boys anything. We so appreciate this shop and their help to get my son back on the road!

Gary and his crew are great! I m a retired Soldier and have seen a lot a mechanics, good and bad. I am so glad I heard about his shop. He has taken great care of my old Jeep and the three other newer cars in my family. He has done everything from oil changes, fixing flats to replacing a blown engine. And he does it at a fair price.

Don t go to Jackson they don t know know how to work on cars from experience they didn t change my oil it s still black, I have to go somewhere else to fix it. They didn t fix my overheating problem..

I have been using this service station for years even though I live about 20 minutes away because I have never had a problem with any repair they've made. Ever.I have never had to go back about the same issue, they have always told me exactly what I need and, to this point, have never been wrong even though I've brought them all kinds of cars with all kinds of different issues. The guys are all friendly and explain how and why you need specific repairs or services. They almost always get to fixing my car the same day I drop it off.You get what you pay for, and I trust these guys way more than my dealership. If you want it fixed, and want it fixed right, go to Jacksons.

On my way to Oklahoma my truck started throwing a fit so a quick GPS search along my route brought me to them I walked in and was greeted very promptly with a friendly smile and the service tech there scanned my truck to find out what was wrong with it. He cleared the codes and got me back on the road and refused to take any kind of payment. of course I wouldn't let that slide knowing what it takes to run a shop so I threw him a 20 (hardly enough) but he was reluctant to take it. very good people! I would recommend this place to anyone! who would have guessed that on the back of a gas station that hardly sells hot food is one of the finest auto repair shops around.

After decades, there are new owners. So many old timers in the community grumbled at the change. But I love the changes. The new owner's revamped & updated the convenience store. You can order pizza from here now too. Employees are super nice and it's CLEAN. Unlike the other 2 gas station/convenience stores in Edwardsville. It is my go to service station. One more thing- the service station for auto repair is still open. Another plus should you need tires, oil changes or mechanical work.

One of the most honest and reliable automotive repair places in the Kansas City area. Very reasonably priced for the work that got done . I will be taking my cars there from now on. Really folks if you want good, honest,quality automotive repair go to Jackson auto repair in Edwardsville Kansas

Mr Jackson went out of his was to help get me off the road in an emergency even after hours. Had us in and out very quickly and back on the road. Very friendly service at an amazing price. I will refer him any business possible, Thank you again Mr Jackson.

Please do not go here. They screwed me over with my old car and were incredibly rude. I swore I'd never go back. However, when I got a flat tire in my new car, they had the cheapest tires so I went with it. While I was there, my car was parked behind someone's in the shop. They backed someone else's car into mine. Right in front of me. No apologies, no discount, and most of all, not a WORD from the manager who saw the whole thing happen. These people do not know what they're doing and I do not trust them with my car. Never again.

After moving to KCMO this year, I can confidently say I found my mechanic. Jackson's is very fair, honest, and efficient. Multiple mechanics misdiagnosed my car problems. Jackson's found the root problem ultimately saving me money immediately. Although I live in Parkville, the drive to Jackon's is worth it!

I was not impressed. I had a tire that needed mounted on a rim and Jackson Automotive refused to do the work because I didn't buy the tire from them. I was flat out told that buying a tire from them is how they make their money. I went to a local shop down the street and they had it put on in less than 3 minutes and it was $3. I will not refer anyone to Jackson automotive.
