Just bought a car from here on 6/24/23 and am very happy with everything. There was no pressure to buy anything, no one followed us around the lot , got a 2016 buick, and it is a very nice car. The people were great and a very easy transactionUpdated 1/7/24. About a month after purchase, the check engine light came on, and the car started having a misfire really bad. Then, for no reason, it just wouldn't start at all. Had to have it towed to a dealership. We bought the extended warranty, and it did not cover anything that was wrong. The owner preasured us to leave a 5 star review, and so I did cause everything was fine at first, but we have been dealing with issues with this car since a month after we bought it. Sometimes the back up camera does not want to work properly either, it's a comfortable car and it's what my husband wanted to get but for the price we paid we should not have to worry about it breaking down on us a month after purchase and since then. The extended warranty is useless.

I got a 2015 Dodge Challenger R/T Shaker right off the show room. The staff was more than helpful in my purchasing process and showing me the car and all the info about purchasing it. At the end of buying my new dream car they gave a solid firm handshake to seal the deal and sent me on my way to drive a beautiful tank of a car. Can't wait to hit the highway with my new car. I highly recommend coming to this dealership if you want good quality service and vehicles

Purchased a pre-owned vehicle at the beginning of the year from Car City Wholesale. The no-pressure atmosphere people talk about couldn t be more true. It was my first time purchasing a vehicle and Jeff Massey gave me great insight and let me check every box before making a commitment.This is still a company trying to make money, but these guys are honest as they come on the sales floor. Will definitely look here first on any future needs.

I have been contacted to buy a car here online. After collecting my personal information, he informed me that the car was sold. Why didn't you let me know in advance that the car was sold? What do they want to get my personal information for? I feel unsafe when buying here!

I bought my 2015 Ford Escape from Ivan at this location of CCW, and it was the smoothest process ever! He was friendly, informative and great to work with for my whole family! Everyone at this location was super helpful, knowledgeable and didn t heckle me about prices at all. Most importantly , I love my car. Thanks again guys!

Hoss helped us with our recent purchase of a jeep renegade! We are ecstatic. He made the buying process so quick and easy. We did have our eye on a few other vehicles, but he steered us in the right direction with a great quality car at an affordlable price. Just bought our Lincoln Nautilus from car city. It was a wonderful experience from the no pressure sales all the way to signing of our paperwork. Hoss was excellent in answering any questions, he was honest, down to earth and treated us like old friends. My biggest dislike on shopping for vehicles is the pressure and the feeling of just another sale to them and I m so thankful that Hoss and Car City don t treat potential buyers like that!!! The paperwork was quick and the sales manger was great to work with as well.Thanks again guys!!!

What a great place to buy a vehicle! After test driving what I thought I wanted at a different dealership, I decided to keep my options open and continue searching. I came across Car City online and saw that they had a couple of options that I was interested in. We were greeted immediately by Hoss and he made us feel right at home. He was upfront about pricing and told us to let him know if there were any issues with the vehicle. He would make sure they were addressed with maintenance before letting us finalize the purchase. There was absolutely no pressure while talking with Hoss and he made the normally dreaded car buying experience, a breeze! We are so happy with our purchase and our experience at Car City. I would recommend this dealership to anyone! We will definitely be back when it is time to buy another vehicle for our family!

Purchased my last car in 2008 so wasn t sure what to expect of the car buying experience 2023.Phil in Sales was fantastic to work with. He was very personable, easy to work with and not at all pushy.Kelly in Finance was also incredible. She was very very personable, knowledgeable, able to provide multiple options and answer all my questions. (She also has an amazing singing voice!)I would recommend CCW to anyone looking for an enjoyable, hassle-free car buying experience.

The Shawnee location sold me a Lexus that was not inspected. They had no problem fixing the issue. Even shifting the cross member . But I'm still having handling issues more so on the highway .I've taken it to several local shops they tell me nothing is wrong. One place told me it's the axle which the Shawnee dealership took care of it . But my issue is the car was not serviced before it being sold . Now after all repairs and on car I'm told my axle is ok . So if that's the case then my car is still being affected by the caster on the driver side wheel. The cross member was shifted by the dealership ,but I still feel the steering wheel being loose and wanders and when going over small bumps and holes in the ground the wheel hops/vibrates. So I then tried to see if maybe I could trade it but was told to take my car else where due to the history of the car . I guess the car I happened to choose slipped thru the cracks and was sold with out being serviced upon sale .

They have a great inventory of quality cars at surprisingly affordable prices and very reasonable dealer fees. Jeff at the dealership was very helpful. Had us test drive the car and set us up in minutes for finance. We drove out with the car in less than 2 hours. Jeff even waited patiently beyond the store closing hours as we were calling and setting up the insurance on the car.

Jeff and Frank were great to deal with! My wife and I went in to purchase a 4 runner from them and had nothing but a great experience. They were very nice, easy to deal with, and quick with the financing and the whole car buying experience! Would definitely recommend these guys to buy a car from.

Jeff Massey and Frank Marcurella we re extremely helpful and gave me the best experience buying a car. As we all know, buying a car can be very stressful but Jeff and Frank made the process so much easier and as enjoyable as possible! We bought 2 cars now from Jeff big Jeff Schleicher. He has been great both times and I would gladly recommend him to anyone. He is very friendly and doesn t come off as if he is trying to sell you something if you don t like it. He seems to care that you are happy with whatever you decide to purchase. Overall my experience from beginning to end was great both times with Jeff and the whole CCW crew.

Big Jeff at CCW is a good man. I bought a Ford Fusion and he was exceptional in every aspect of the sale. He is dedicated to making sure you are satisfied with your car buying experience. He even delivered touch up paint to my house. If you are considering the purchase of a used car you really have to talk to Jeff. I can say with confidence that Big Jeff will treat you with respect and make sure you are happy. Jeff understands that buying a car is a big deal and he will treat you fairly. You just can t find a better person to buy your car from. Jeff is just a flat out straight shooter from beginning to the end. Take my advice and see Big Jeff.

I had such a great experience at this place, my salesman was Chris! He helped me with my Jeep Wrangler purchase! He was such a great guy to work with, very social and right away made my fianc� and i feel comfortable! Everything went so smoothly and was given a lot of information but he made everything very easy to understand. I def recommend this place!

Great service! They took care of couple of issues without cost and took 10 days to get it all fixed due to the parts delayed. We did our homework with CCW Auto Outlet before we purchased a van! They re great to work with!

It was a pleasure working with Jeff Schleicher. He saw me as a person and I enjoyed our chats.Last 2 months of searching for a vehicle was a nightmare. I contacted several dealerships which lead to vehicles being sold and not being notified after driving quite a long way twice! Another dealership sold vehicle and didn t even offer to show me another. But at last Car City wholesale was there to save the day! Shout out to Kelly in financing. I went to Car City Wholesale lot after viewing several vehicles online, I got a chance to test drive several of them and make the comparisons, the staff was nice and accommodating, no pressure. Jeff Schleicher was great, he moved a vehicle I was interested in from another of their lots in order for me to come in a test drive it along with the other vehicles they already had on site. He got my questions answered and it was overall an easy buying experience.

Had the best car dealership experience at CCW Auto Outlet with purchasing a 2016 Honda Accord. The team that helped me out was fantastic as they were very knowledgeable and prompt.
