2 days before Thanksgiving my battery died but I managed to get the car to start. I drove to AutoZone in Andover where I had bought my last battery. My old battery had lasted almost 4 years. I bought a new one and the manager there was awesome, Jennifer I believe was her name. She installed a new battery and some new wipers that I also bought. She was so helpful, friendly and the service was awesome. I highly recommend Auto Zone, Dianne

Wonderful experience. Went in to get check engine light diagnostic. Had a fuse issue that was hindering my car diagnostic from happening. Jennifer (store manager) and Haeli stayed 15 minutes past close until we had the situation sorted out, my car s problem identified, and the parts purchased to fix it. Wonderful experience with wonderful people. Thanks!

I have been having trouble with my check engine light coming on and I went and had the guy run codes for the 4th time to see what was wrong this time and he told me it was the mass air flow sensor again and I just replaced this sensor. I asked if he had any suggestions or ideas and he gave me the name of a guy that does mechanic work pretty cheap. I was able to take my car to this man and he finally was able to tell me it wasn't sensors it was a problem with the wiring. Thank you so much young man that works at this Andover location!

I think it s just a shame that people who work at auto parts stores cannot help customers without their computer. Some of this stuff isn t that difficult, like my need for a bulb for my taillight. Since I avoid auto parts stores for the most part, I was not aware that there is a book near the bulbs that could have helped me. So I went to the counter and with nobody else in the store, waited for the employee to ask how he could help me. I asked him if he knew what bulb I needed for my taillight, to which he grimaced, then asked for some information. We exchanged q&a and when he asked me for my vin I gave up. I pulled out my phone and found what I was looking for on Google in a couple of seconds. I walked over to the bulb area, found the one I needed, then took it back to this guy who took a long time to close the sale. If there had been self checkout I would have been done in half the time. A good auto parts store trains the employees, and the employees have more desire, and I really do expect the parts guy to know off the top of his head what bulb fits a 2017 Chevy (you pick the model) because chances are that Chevy uses the same bulb on every vehicle covering a decade or more.

I had a warning light come on so I stopped at Auto Zone to have testing to see what might be wrong. An employee named Tommy helped me. He was very helpful and personable. Gave me a few suggestions to guide me in the right direction. Kudos to Tommy! Thank you for your help!

Strong recommendation for Jason K and the guys here. One of our vans just broke down off the interstate on our way from IL to Colorado. These guys helped diagnose, called a half dozen mechanic friends on a Sunday night for us out of staters, and checked in repeatedly until we got lodging and emergency repairs sorted out. 6/5 stars if I could.

I came in last minute for a headlight and Jason Knipp helped me not only get a light but stayed after closing to help me figure out I need a low beam instead of a high beam and recommended me to a auto zone that was open later nearby, not only top tier service but great attitude towards finding a solution Thank you again !

Had issues with what thought was new blower motor just installed. 3rd speed quit working. Was told by others the blower was defective. Store manager Brandon stated it was not the blower that it was a resistor that causes that. Took his advised and changed the part out. All blower speeds work great now. Thanks for the help.

Amazing diagnosed and replaced my radiator hose leak for me. Saved me a ton of money and did the work on sight. A $25 night instead of a $200 mechanic trip. Friendly and fun to talk to. Excellent customer service. 10/10 5/5 amazing hell. Shout out to Mike.

I came in looking for a part that wasn t in stock but after asking the guys here about it, they ran to the back, dug one out and had me on my way in less than 5 minutes. Great store with great service.

I stopped in today for some new wiper blades and the staff was so friendly and accommodating! Jim quickly helped me find the best replacements for my vehicle, installed them, and filled up my windshield wiper fluid in a matter of minutes. It was raining and 30 degrees outside but he didn't seem bothered in the least. They definitely have my future business.

Was in town and my car said low engine oil . Pulled into Autozone in Andover and went in to buy oil. I hadn t put oil in a car since the 1970 s so was a little nervous and embarrassed that I was nervous. The employee followed me to my car and showed me how to check oil in this car, put oil in this car and proceeded to do it for me! Hero of the day!

We called about a part giving them all of the details needed. They held it back and we drove 30 minutes to get it and 30 back just to find out it was the wrong one. They said they would have to order it and it would be 2.5 hours. We drove back 3 hours later. The truck wasn't there yet, so we waited 15 minutes for the driver. The part finally get brought in, but the guy wants to check the ENTIRE delivery before selling us the part. I had to make a phone call so I let my brother get the part. We drove 30 min home to find out it was wrong AGAIN! we drive back to find out they had the right part in stock the WHOLE TIME! It went from 65 degrees to 30 by the time I was able to put the right part on. The manager gave the part to us for the original price which was cheaper and upgraded the warranty totalling about $70 saving. That kind of made up for 3 hours of driving and 2.5 hours of twittleling out thumbs.

The store manager Josh took such great care of me today!!! He had a battle changing my battery! The nuts were so stuck and corroded that it took his muscles and tools to get the darn thing out! A HUGE THANK YOU again to Josh and AutoZone! Go see them for any car needs!

The gentleman there signed me up for the rewards the first time I went in there. Whenever I go in they ask me what they can help with within seconds and they show me what I need. They call you when you order a part in. They know what they are doing. Well mannered employees. Very professional and helpful. Going here instead of oriellys down the street.

AUTO ZONE in Andover KS has always treated me well Jim Parrot Josh whose last name I don't know are both nice easy to work with managers they try their best to get hard to find parts for me I work on the vehicles nobody else wants to with hard to find parts.

Forget having people that are hired for knowing car parts and deciphering diagrams! This new breed of parts counter workers are strictly parts counter sales people that can only sale parts! No more helping the customer look things up in the old books or helping trouble shoot issues! These people no longer need to know even how to work on an engine! These new folks know how to look up the part only if they can find it in a short drop screen with the info you give them! No more tribal knowledge, no more customer service just strictly parts counter computer operators!

Needed new battery for my car called the store was told they had 3 different ones, drive there and only had 1 in store and of course the most expensive one so I bought it because I needed it, But then NOBODY offered to carry it out or even asked if I needed help WILL NOT be returning for anything

One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had! My car was acting up and I took it there and AJ helped me locate the problem and get it taken care of. Michael was very friendly and helpful as well. Highly recommend this place!
