Drove in here at 515 for an oil change. Nobody in line and they said they are not taking any more customers only one car in the bay. They said there wanting to go home? Maybe you should change your hours till you can get competent workers?

Could care less. Passing through Kansas had a flat. They ordered the tire. Waited a week in the parking lot. When the tire came in they wouldn't remove the tire and take it to the shop and put the wheel on it and bring it back out and put it back on the car. They want me to drive on the rim instead.

i would give then zero stars.. went this morning for an oil change.There were 4 customers all lined up in the oil change lane. We were all just sitting and sitting.. The two techs were just walking around in the garage and not helping us.. well after 25 mins ov this non customer service i went inside and garage and asked one ov the techs can i get an oil change .. The tech replied we have no syenthic oil.. OK... Why didn't you come out and tell the customers that have been in the lube lane you are out of oil.. Terrible customer service..

Taking a two day drive home to Arizona and one of our tires goes flat. We replace it with a spare tire and drive to this Walmart Auto Care Center, the only place in town available to replace tires after 6pm. We get there at about 6:15 and we were refused service, since they were closing "soon", which was 7pm.If you are expecting them to be helpful after 6pm.Don't.

Had an oil change here and they got me in and out in a hurry.Friendly staffGood valueOverall a good experienceI stopped the afternoon before and they were busy so I got there at opening time the next day

These folks are true life savers! Only place open on a Sunday in about 300 Square miles for tire repair. Not only did they get me in on a Sunday but they helped solve a problem I discovered only when I they got my car jacked up (the last tire place stole my tire-key), this team worked to solve the problem and get me back on the road. If I could give them negative stars I would. First off it took a good 15 minutes before we were even acknowledged that we needed something. Finally after getting checked in we were told it would be an hour at the most cause there was one car they were working on and one ahead of us. So we went and did some shopping came back a little over an hour later and it wasn t done so we went and grabbed something to eat came back and they still HADN T EVEN STARTED ON IT 2 HOURS LATER. It wasn t until after a scene was made that they FINALLY got started on it 20 minutes before they closed and over 2 hours after we were told it would only be an hour at most. Y all need to get your stuff figured out cause you re loosing customers with your POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!

I had an issue with ny power steering, the hose cracked on the way and was leaking badly. I show up and ask if they could help me fix the hose so i could drive an hr home and they said no, they could only fill my fluid if needed, I said ok, that'll work, I also need an oil change. I get my receipt and the guy barely spoke to me, didnt tell me a single thing they did. So I sat there and read through the invoice, and said uh excuse me, did he fill my power steering fluid up? It only says "checked." He said, uh yeah, they checked it and it didn't need it. I said well it was pretty much empty when I got here. I guess I'll go check it myself. Get out there. It was very low. Only 1 guy would help me but I had to go in and buy my own PSF and he kept trying to do it for me in the parking lot...which i know how to, I just don't appreciate being lied to. And they were giving me advice that wasnt correct. Like 1 thing, he wouldn't check the level or put the fluid in with the engine running. He told me you aren't supposed to. Idk, I feel like they jacked me around being a female who came in with her kids and is "dumb" and to top it off, all of my sensors are messed up since pulling out of there. My oil change required sensor isn't reset and several are going off when they didnt before

Spent three hours one day arguing about my road hazard warranty. Finally got my tire in and Sergio replaced the wrong tire! Will never do business here again. Another afternoon wasted and Walmart tire and Lube.

Wal-Mart's auto center has a reputation for taking a very long time. They did not disappoint. I stood by and watched an associate change a single tire for over 45 minutes. They should only be used if every other shop in town doesn't have the tire size you need.

Had to give them a star but if it were up to me I'd give them a negative amount. I have had so many issues with them in regards to the tire onto wheel installations, balancing and rotations nd continue to go back to them since they are what fits my budget. But this time issue is just too much. I took in my vehicle early in the am because I needed to leave the country for an emergency the next evening. They were to do a tire balance and rotation. As I was heading out of Dodge, on highway 50, my vehicle shook like I have never before experinced. Obviously not safe to drive. it would shake starting at 40 mph. I called them to let them know I was going in to fix it and the lady at auto dept. who answered said okay I'll let the manager know. I get there at 6 27 PM only to find that they now close at 6 PM and even though staff was still on the floor , the manager refused to help me out rebalancing them because "his men" were already finishing up with the clean up. Obviously my safety our family safety was no but consent for them even if it was their fault. So I opted to go to a simple tire shop down South 2nd and then there they told me that 1 of my tires were probly not even make it half way to my destination because it was so low threaded in the inside part of the tire. How in the world did Walmart auto service personnel not notice that while doing my tire balance and rotation? Comes to show How knowledgeable they are at what they work at.

Evidently the kid working the check-in only has one speed and it wasn't fast. Bought another pair of tires to replace a pair of tires I purchased from the same Walmart. Had the new tires put on the front and moved the the fronts to the back. Was charged $24 for a rotation, and $20 for this, and $15 for that which brings the total up to what it would have cost at s place with pleasant help.

Lost lug nuts, loose lug nuts, ignored for 15 minutes. Very very frustrating and it's the second time in a month I've had problems. I also had to further inflate my new tires after installation.

They do not open there doors at 7am, they open when a supervisor shows up (in my case it was 7:45am). They also close there doors at 6pm, not 7pm like advertised. First person I spoke with acted like he didn t want to be there. Overall terrible experience, I would recommend any other Auto Center besides Walmart s.

I had 2 new tires put on my vehicle. They were very nice and helpful. Honestly, the service was a lot better than I expected! I'm very pleased!

Good drop off service. FYI, if you ask for.a tire rotation, also ask for them to reset the sensors so the tire pressure shows the correct order on the dash info. Also check the owner manual for the correct pressure needed.

I took my car to the tire center to get my oil changed. When we went to go shopping I watched them "fill" up my tires but they really only took air out. And that isn't even the worse part. THEY PARKED MY CAR IN THE BACK WITH THE CAR UNLOCKED AND THE KEYS IN THE DAMN EGNITION..... APPARENTLY THEY DON'T GIVE A DAMN IF MY CAR GETS STOLEN. NEVER DOING THAT AGAIN AND I DEMAND A FRICKEN EXPLANATION FROM A MANAGER.

Extremely slow service.. I understand they are understaffed just like every walmart, but the sense of urgency and welcoming customer service definitely doesn't exist.. You almost feel like your an inconvenience to them.

Everyone must be new cause they don't seem to know what is going on. Can't find tires that are ordered. Don't know company policy on tires. Also a lot of standing around or talking with friends or playing on phone.

Oil change, second in line. Tire rotation, no one in line. Still took 2 hours. Will never go there again and wouldn't suggest it to anyone unless you have nothing better to do than walk around Walmart for 2 hours.

So far it has been good with my experience only thing I don't like is no price checkers I don't want to have chase down an employee if you can even find one

The change the oil and they had to push my truck out of the shop because it would not restart got it to another shop got it fixed to find out that they got oil on one of my sensors and it put it out so my oil change end up costing almost 500

the technician that helped us there was really helpful and avoided us from having to buy a battery by telling us what was really wrong where other places told us it was the battery and it wasn't I highly recommend Walmart auto center.

1st of all I was there for 2 hours to have 4 tires changed in a battery Put in while the staff took breaks their lunch breaks it was plumb nonsense.
