Greatest Toyota service experience I have ever had, no joke. And I ve had them all across the country. They took me in, got right to work and had me out before I realized it. I will definitely go back.

I love getting my vehicle serviced here. All of the employees are so helpful, respectful and courteous. Enrique and Cody are always very helpful when I need an oil chance and I m on a time crunch. I could probably get my oil change in Garden which is closer, but I just enjoy getting my vehicles being serviced here! Thank you so much guys! I highly recommend.

I came to the service department at Lewis of Dodge City when things were awful, with my car and my life. Justin, and everyone that I dealt with at Lewis Toyota of Dodge City, was professional, responsive and kind. I think that trust is about the most important component of a good service relationship, and I trust the folks at Lewis.

I was very happy with my service experience at DC Toyota. Cory was so very helpful and my little battery on my 2017 Prius was changed by noon on Saturday. I plan to get my car serviced in Dodge from now on since they are knowledgeable about the hybrid cars.

I can not say enough about the great service that I receive each time I go here. Justin was great in letting me know how my service was progressing. The waiting area is so warm and inviting. Each employee that came by always stopped, greeted us and asked if we needing anything. Kevin, my salesman who sold me my SUV had actually sent me a Happy Birthday text that morning. When he found out that I was actually in the dealership, he made it a point to come out, personally wish me a Happy Birthday and also went back several times to check the status of the repairs.I would highly recommend Lewis Toyota of Dodge City for any vehicle purchases. We were able to get an appointment promptly when we contacted Lewis Toyota. They were on schedule so my car was able to get right in. The waiting area was comfortable. Yes the service is and was satisfactory! Even replaced a small trivial latch that had broken and gave a tip on getting a stain out.

I don t normally submit reviews because the requests for them are addressed to my husband. However, I am always the one who takes our car in to the Lewis Toyota service department for anything that needs to be done.I am comfortable discussing normal maintenance work and any necessary repairs with Justin and Cody. I feel they are taking my concerns seriously and not treating my questions lightly. I trust them to make sure all work that is needed is done and done right.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Guys took care of me was working out of town when my Ford escape went hay wire refused to go past 30 mph they helped me and looked it over top to bottom and even though the vehicle started working they took care of me like i was one of their customers
