Had to buy a battery for my Harley while in town and the dude working let me change out my battery in the lot before charging me a core charge. Really nice.

Typically the staff isn't great or helpful seem to be annoyed that there are customers. However this latest visit I was pleasantly surprised and was helped quickly and politely with my purchase. Though the push on filters sales was kind of overdone I did appreciate knowing about the deals.

My car needed 3 different bulbs and they had them all. Customer service was exceptional! The guy came out to my car to run a free diagnostic scan and after doing so, he offered to change two of the three bulbs that were burnt out(they were the most important)! He did so in a matter of a few minutes and was so kind and caring. It was my first time at this place and I'll definitely be going back for future business.

Had are car battery light come on as I was driving through town. Went to Napa and they didn t help at all went across the street to you guys and a really nice guy came out in the pouring rain to check to see if the battery was the problem or alternator. Then when he found out it was alternator even spent time looking up and talking to his coworkers about who would might be able to fix it tomorrow since it was a Sunday. Even checked to see if he would have the right part in the store and everything. Thanks to him getting are car fixed and going to make it back home later.

Went in today. Asked for help & the the young man that helped was completely RUDE!!! After I told him what I needed he proceeds to tell me that I am wrong. So I pulled out the picture of he Manuel & he rolls his eyes & go gets the filter I need, slams it down on the counter & tells me the total. I wasn t even done ordering everything I needed. So I just turned around and walked out. Drove down the street to Auto Zone where the people where a lot more pleasant.

Ordered parts on a Saturday. Was told they would be in Sunday morning prepaid for the parts get their Sunday morning. I am told I didn't order parts I didn't prepay had to produce my receipt to prove it because it was not under my account. And then we're told the parts won't be in until midweek. Made the 25 minute drive especially for these parts last time I will do business with you.

I go to auto parts stores all the time first time I've ever visited this O'Reilly I was surprised at how excellent I was treated and how knowledgeable everyone there was about my needs for that they give five stars

They have good quality stuff my problem is with trying to take Parts back after you find out it's not what you need I found AutoZone to be a lot more willing to work with you

I just Buy a part right in front of O Reilly and a piece there s no need so I returned it I didn t go nowhere I was in the front so I went back inside to see if I can return and they told me cannot return this place is shady
