I m giving two stars simply because on the phone the man was nice,yet I m also only giving two stars because he refused to help me tune my sound system in my car because I had already purchased, and installed it myself. He saw that he wouldn t make money off me so he opted out of helping me. Over the phone I had asked this Man if he had an oscilloscope for testing my distortion and he didn t seem to know what an oscilloscope was. So, not only is this man unprofessional and a knowledgeable but he is also not very good at business. I was not asking for a free tune or anything of the sorts I was just wanting to take 15 minutes of his time to pay him for testing my system more thoroughly.

Very disappointed. Have had my vehicle in every year for 3 yrs after install with issues. Did upgrades after last issue to entire system. Rockford has 2 yr warranty. Christy says they only give her 1 yr. Could never actually keep an appointment. Now blown sub, blown amp, and want another 700 to get me a bigger amp that I suggested doing before the last one was installed, AND ANOTHER SUB. Won't stand by their work. Ive had 2 head units install, 2 amps now will be 3rd, rewired twice, and remote start. WONT BE GOING BACK! And lie to your face straight through their teeth.

Tried making an appointment to get subwoofers installed and the owner gave me an excuse and said he couldn't help me that I should go to Wichita. Horrible, don't ever go here they won't help you unless you buy from them.

They were most helpful always I like going over there Father's Day coming up I plan on having them to do some work for me best place in town to get stereo equipment install or to buy

Had them.install a remote start system in my 2013 gmc 3500hd.they got me in and out fast great friendly service I would highly recommend them.

2016 ford fusion. Nic installed professional and could not of been happier. Fasts service and affordable price and very knowledgeable in his field explains thoroughly with no surprises financial or mechanically

This place is the bezt in town i got my auto start done,alarm ,then month later got my windows done there the nicest place honest good prices...ide recomend them to ev1....

TRASH! I told the lady I wanted some stuff installed and asked me to show her what I got. As soon as I showed her my setup she said she "didn't wanna do it" what kind of business is that?

Evidently they don't install equipment in your vehicle unless you buy it from them..there goes money out the door

Pretty disappointed I called them multiple times on different hours and different days. Even though online is says it's open they never answer the phone. I'm done very unprofessional

Lady was rude, told me what i wanted to do couldn't be done and was over charging me, highly recommend you go somewhere else!
