Absolutely the best customer service. My son is a very long ways from home for college and they took the best care of him. They went above and beyond to take care of my son. I called several shops in the area. Hands down the best service and fair priced!

We were traveling through the area while on a travel vacation! The night before I checked my tires on my trailer and noticed that they were well worn on the inside of the tires! I contacted them when we came into the city and they said to come right away and we'll see if we have the tires and if not will help with finding someone else in town that would have them! As soon as I arrived they found they had the tires and quickly installed them, jumping us in the cue. Staff and manager were friendly and helpful for this Canadian traveler!

Scam artists here, beware!These guys will fabricate issues with your vehicle and will likely damage it in the process.I went in for a simple valve stem replacement and tire repair and these guys managed to tear my bead off and ruin the tire, I had it checked at another place this was the diagnosis and was evident from the condition of the tire.A tire that went from a simple repair, to a replacement thanks to these guys.Don't waste your time or money with them.

Definitely nice people Had my tire fix there today Price to fix my tire was awesome couldn't ask for more nice people nice work everything was done right I couldn't ask for more not to mention they even jacked up my truck and we found out that we need bearings but other than that really nice people

Picked up a screw coming into Dodge City. Right outside dual went flat while registering at the Gunsmoke RV Campground. Next morning called a few tire stores in town either too busy or their mobile truck was broke down. Called Dodge City Tire & talked to Bob. He said they had a full day but he d send his truck up before they headed out. Bryant showed up faster than I could walk to the office. He had the tire off & repaired so quickly I didn t even finish my coffee. Courteous, friendly & experienced. A++ &. very fair price. Make Dodge City Tire your first call.

Avoid like the plague, especially if you own a truck.I purchased a set of 4 tires from them for my 2009 F150 and requested an alignment check and slot for an alignment to be made if it was too far out of factory spec. I waited 6 days for their first available slot, scheduled at 3:00 PM (their recommendation). They close at 5:30 PM.They mounted and balanced the tires and told me my truck was in fact out of spec and required an alignment, but they couldn't do it because they forecast it would take 3 hours. The "manager" there at the time told me he couldn't authorize anyone to work after and that I was out of luck.I drove an hour and a half, one way, to this business from Protection because it was the closest place that could get me the tires I wanted and perform the alignment all at once. I work in the oil field and work on site where we work 12 hours days, 7 days a week until the job is done. The staff person I talked to told me they needed caster/camber plates as parts and they had to unhook a sway bar which was going to take a lot of time. When I set my appointment I gave them my make model and year of vehicle so this should not have ever been a barrier to getting my scheduled service done.Upon calling the owner he did not answer or return my first call. I had to call back the next day to discuss this matter with him. All of a sudden the reasoning as to why they couldn't perform the alignment was because the underside of the truck was "packed with mud" and it was going to take an hour or more to clean it out. Anyone with common sense knows that you can take a hose or pressure washer with a truck on a hoist and clean it out in minutes if that was actually a problem. In the end he offered to do a free alignment ($60 value) if I brought it back, but due to me having to drive 3 hours round trip and have to have my relief hand cover me again was very much out of the question, especially as I would have burned $60 in gas making the trip again. He flatly refused to give me any money off of the tires or any other compensation.So, you hard working individuals that need stuff done when you schedule it; avoid this place. It sounds to me someone was too lazy to do a job and made excuses, and who wants a lazy person working on important components of their vehicle.

Christian is the most unprofessional employee I ve dealt with in a while. Made the simple task of contacting a fleet management company for payment/approval seem like an excruciating task.I ll make sure my coworkers find business elsewhere.

I took my mom's car in to get a tire repaired the guy informed me that they do not offer that service they just sell tires and as I was leaving he stopped me and said he would take a look at it and see what he could do. They went out of their way when they did not have to and helped me out! I am so greatful for them and if you need new tires go here these guys are fast and friendly!

Don t go to this place, they do not want your business. I stopped by to get a tire repaired, and they sent me away. Funny part was they had no customers at the time, and suggested I go to Goodyear. I went to Goodyear and received great service. Moral of the story, go to Goodyear if you need tires or one repaired here in dodge city.

Do yourself a favor and actually use the services if you like it, great if not, find somewhere else rather than taking reviews to heart. I ve went to places with great reviews but terrible service, bad reviews but actually good services. Please .. just don t be dumb and take every review to heart

I work for Warner Fleet in SLC, UT and one of my drivers broke down in the area and I sent them to Dodge city Tire! THE BEST choice! My driver called back and said that the techs were outside ready to change out the affected tire, and he was in and out of there within 10-15 mins! Thank you so much and we will continue to use you as a company for all of our breakdowns!

They took a torch to my wheel. Melted it. Made no effort to even be honest about it and then charged me $48.Horrible customer service.Do not take your vehicle to this place.Now I'm forced to purchase a new wheel for $300 they refused to take responsibility for the damage they did.

Avoid this shop as if your life depends on it! Called for road service at 3:15 am. Tech came out and changed tire, while waiting for a comcheck he kept adding charges to the bill, then proceeded to throw a fit because comcheck didn't come as quick as he wanted it to. Then threatened to call sheriff to have my truck locked down until it was paid. I had no desire to run off without paying, he just wanted to make someone else's life as miserable as his must be.

Very nice guys did a great job at a fair price cant go wrong here. And if you pull infront on the west side there is plenty of room for a semi with a spread axle grain trailer!

No after hours service. And I agree with the 3 or 4 other people that reviewed this place, and must say, these guys are lazy. They don't care about getting a job done well or accurately. It just seems the overall demeanor of the technicians is poor so don't expect much out of this place. Sad to say, I think this is my first negative review of a place.

TOOK MY RIG IN TO GET A TIRE FIXED AND 20MIN LATER I WAS ON MY WAY ......THERE FAST AND GOOD AT WHAT THEY DO ILL BE BACK THERE AGAIN IF I NEED A TIRE FIXED AGAIN
